🍐- what’s something you do to calm you down?

well I panic constantly about everything, so lots of stuff. usually music, ice packs if available, hot baths. when we're switching a lot or system stuff is out of hand, usually we try to ground ourselves with things we're attached to. Dean has certain songs he likes, I have songs too. stuff like that.

🥝- think of an alter/part, what’s something you love about them?

OK YEAH ALTER APPRECIATION TIME.

I haven't actually met many of them yet but here's what I have.

Dean and Cas take care of us all. like parents. if someone new shows up, Dean is usually right there to get them settled, and Cas is just a generally calming presence. Poison is our hype man, he has the energy, the fight, and from what I can tell he's a big part of why we were able to escape the ex. Karma doesn't call herself a protector but she totally is, she'd kill for any one of us or our friends. Julian is a steady hand when we need him. Klaus always knows how to take our minds off of stress and just party. that's all I've met personally so far but I love my headmates very much and appreciate them all for what they do <3
