"we have to go―" the rest of his words got swallowed as your mouth slotted against his again, desperate in the way you tried to steal another kiss ― and then one more.

"m' serious!" but was he really? because his lips responded with a hum as you pressed yet another deep kiss to his mouth.

gods did you love the boy, and that made it just so hard to pull away from him! especially when your first ever kiss with the son of poseidon hadn't been that long ago. and now you were officially allowed to have several more? why would you ever deny yourself more of him.

and Percy was normally just as eager! it was just ― his tummy was growling. the boy had to reluctantly remind himself that the both of you were supposed to go eat. surely, soon enough, people would realize that you and him were amiss, and Percy didn’t really want rumors to start. especially rumors that were actually … true.

it‘s not like your relationship was necessarily secret. you two just didn’t really tell anyone about it. not yet, anyway.

when you tried to press another kiss to his mouth, did he finally pull away. "no, food, now," a frown crossed over his freckled face and you couldn't help but grin a little. the boy knew exactly what you meant by that and sighed, "please..." ― "alright, lets go."

his need for food quickly got fulfilled and soon enough, your pretty boyfriend was reaching for one of your hands underneath the dinner, intertwining your fingers in a familiar gesture.
