Thoughts: This week I have been very anxious because I had the Calculus exam that I was preparing for. Unfortunately, I think it didn't go well and this is leaving me discouraged. I have a second date to try to pass it in mid-February, so until then I will try not to forget what I already know. But first I have the Operating Systems exam, which I'm starting to study properly in these days; I have high hopes for that, since I already have a 28/30 from the quizzes taken during the semester. Until the end of January I will just try to maintain the habits that I am building and tracking now; in February, I will slowly start tracking my skin-care and reading hours as well. From this point of view, I am getting back on track and the results are already starting to show! I hope to have even better news next week.

Thoughts: So, it's time to start working on my resolutions. In the next two months I will start tracking almost everything I need to track, but it is best to start slow. Even though I didn't do everything good everyday, I already feel the change. I feel more refreshed, less bloated and the most important thing is my brain never felt "empty" (I don't know how to describe the feeling better). For the week that has just started I will track also the hours of study. I will work on being sure to drink 2 lt. of water each day ✌🏻
