Just a question from a fellow system but how do you experience source trauma?

depends on what you mean by that. in my case it seems to take on PTSD-like symptoms. so I'll get flashbacks, nightmares, all that shit. I have strong memories of traumatic shit from my source that wasn't entirely portrayed in my source, but I still remember it vividly. certain imagery or sensations will also trigger it. I also have a tendency to look up triggering imagery on purpose as some form of self-harm behavior (didn't know that was a thing until it was explained to me). I'm sure other people experience it differently, but that's my general summary of how it affects me.
