do you ever find yourself spiralling after every 'failed' shifting attempt? do you stress whenever you do your shifting method? or worry about what step is coming next, or worry whether you will shift? find yourself doubting your abilities?
shifting is supposed to be fun.
and this does not sound fun.
the number one thing i have been making sure to do when shifting, is to prioritise my comfortability and enjoyability when trying to shift.
i always try and make the process as enjoyable and comfortable as much as i can for myself.
shifting is supposed to be fun, right? it's exciting! shifting should be fun and enjoyable- heck, you're going to experience a whole other reality! a whole other life, a whole other self, experiencing your wildest dreams and fantasies!
how are you going to expect yourself to shift if you're still stressing over the process of shifting?
find or make a shifting method/process that'll make YOU enjoy shifting, and keep you motivated!
do things that you LOVE doing that will make YOU feel motivated to shift/more connected to your dr!
shifting should not feel like a chore. going to shift should not drain you. shifting should not be boring.
it should be a fun and exciting experience!
don't worry about what method is the most popular or most effective or easiest to the general community. ignore the trending shifting methods, subliminals, or guided meditations.
everyone has their own personal journey with shifting and there is no right or wrong way to shift.
focus on yourself first. work out what you like doing the most/what you enjoy doing the most, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and then work from there to find a method/process that works for you!

for example, whenever i shift, i always ensure that during my method, i:
a ) am feeling good! that i'm feeling excited, happy, good, comfortable and am enjoying the ride! i do not force myself to shift if i feel drained, tired, bored, or i feel that i am forcing myself to shift (you can still shift when feeling these things btw! but for me, i don't like to because personally i don't get good results when i do. however, remember that this is just a me thing!)
b ) that whatever method or steps i'm doing to shift makes me feel confident and assured that I WILL SHIFT. by the 'end' or at some point of my 'method' i truly feel that i am going to shift and i can shift, and this whole thing isn't just me 'attempting' or 'trying' to shift.

you love imagining random scenarios of your desired reality, but worried it's not 'proper visualisation' and you're just daydreaming or imagining? who cares! imagination IS reality and if it makes you feel closer to your dr, do it!
you hate visualising and you just want to say affirmations over and over again because that's what you're the most comfortable with and makes you feel confident, despite what other people tell you?
do it.
in my experience, all the times where i've just done whatever i feel like and makes me feel like i'm having the most fun, i end up feeling the most confident i ever will be in my shifting abilities! it's because when you're doing things you enjoy/love, naturally you'll shift to have a more positive and happier mindset!
it also helps me to stress less about the 'process' of shifting and rather, focus on the destination and anticipation of my desired reality!
however, this is just a small tip from me! please take this with a grain of salt 🌷
and if you've made it to the end, just know that YOU WILL SHIFT!

i don't want you to ever think you aren't worthy of shifting realities or your finally having your dream desires. because the truth is: you are.
every single one of you found shifting for a reason. every one of you discovered manifestation for a reason. it isn't no coincidence. and you are more than deserving to experience all these experiences and lives.
you will succeed.
i understand it's hard. i understand sometimes we might feel guilt or anger or shame or sadness or hurt. and it's okay to acknowledge these feelings. your pain and feelings are valid. but it's even more important to remember that YOU are deserving to shift. YOU are deserving of your desires.
YOU will shift.
YOU will have your desires.
in fact, why stress?
you're already a master shifter.
you're already a master at manifesting.
you don't even need to do anything. you can shift easily and effortlessly all the time. you can manifest anything you want within the blink of an eye. you can live your dream lives with zero effort at all.
i'm sorry to break it to you, but you aren't special. you aren't the one-off special being who can never manifest anything. you aren't the person who will never shift to their desired reality. that's impossible.
so don't limit or doubt yourself, because you are more than capable of shifting. you are more than capable of manifesting your desires. and you are more than capable of living your dream life.
so, what are you waiting for? go shift to your desired reality. start manifesting your desires. it's inevitable that you will succeed and i know you got it in you.
realise your power and step into that!
you are the creator of your reality.
YOU decide when you shift.
YOU decide when you receive your manifestations.
so start having trust and confidence in yourself and your abilities.

okay so i want to make sure i’m right, if you assume you manifest in 5 seconds you manifest in 5 seconds, right? Also, Is Imagination visualization? Like is Imagination just thinking? I saw someone say that it should take a month to manifest something, is that true??

hello! first of all, if we're following the law of assumption, then your dominant assumptions and beliefs create your reality. thus, if you create an assumption that you can manifest your desires within five seconds, internalise that, your reality will mirror to match your assumption.
it's totally possible to manifest things with five seconds!! all because of your assumptions. if you assume that you can't do this and it will take a month for you to manifest your desires, then that will be your reality and vice versa.
there is definitely no minimum length of time that you have to concentrate on manifesting your desire for, for you to receive your desire. we are powerful beings and the minute we decide we have our desire, the moment we get it. that's the moment it's ours. however, sometimes, it can take longer for us to manifest things because of human beliefs and societal programming.
you see, for our whole lives (most of us at least), we have been programmed to believe that we have to word hard and be successful to get what we want. that this is our only life and we can't get anything without hard work. but then we suddenly learn about manifesting and the law of assumption and learn that we actually can? that we deserve everything we desire and we have the power to get what we want literally using the power our of mind. so for some of us, it can be hard to 'reprogram' ourselves or go into manifesting, leaving these beliefs that we've been told our whole lives.
plus, with the added factor of the amount of information that circulates and is produced within the manifestation/law of assumption communities across all platforms that is constantly being spewed out, it's natural for some people to come across information that can cause limiting beliefs.
to be honest, manifesting is super easy. it's just getting into the right mindset for us to manifest what we want, can be difficult (for some). i personally don't think that it HAS to take a month for things to be manifested, but it can take up to that period of time because of ourselves + limiting beliefs in some cases.
now, onto what imagination is! imagination is simply imagination. imagination can be visualisation, but it does not = visualisation. you can imagine without visualising.
imagination, by definition, is "the production of senses, feelings, thoughts, and mental concepts informing oneself". it is literally us imagining whatever desires we have, imagining that we have it not, and accepting that we have it.
it is literally whatever we imagine. whether it's through you imagining yourself wearing that bracelet you really wanted and producing that feeling of satisfaction and excitement of owning that bracelet, or simply thinking, feeling, and realising that you already have your dream house.
imagination is YOUR true reality here. yes, we live and perceive the 3D reality, but our 3D reality mirrors our 4D reality is. whatever you assume to have in the imagination (or subconscious mind), once you internally accept and know this, then your 3D reality will change to mirror that. the 3D, physical reality we perceive is merely a reflection of our assumptions and beliefs.
we decide what we have -> fulfil ourselves within imagination/create an assumption -> internally accept that we have what we want -> 3D reality changes to mirror the 4D.

πŸͺ WHY I BELIEVE IN LOA AND HOW I BUILT MY BELIEFS
the reason i believe in the law of assumption, is because besides having used it before even knowing about it, it's a law that i resonate with and makes sense to me. before even knowing about the law of assumption, a lot of my core beliefs were built around people believing in what they wanted to believe. i believed that the experience of life is a subjective one, and i've always resonated with the belief that whatever people believes in, will happen to them. additionally, i've been in the manifestation and subliminal since i was very young (i discovered subliminals and manifestation at 12 years old) so i think that also affects me and why i believe in the law.
what built my beliefs on the law, was not only experiencing it myself but also doing A TON of research. truthfully speaking, i am naturally a very curious and open-minded person, so it's never been very hard for me to believe in the things like loa, manifestation, and reality shifting. of course, doing a lot of research and reading about people's experiences helped solidified my beliefs in the law of assumption, while it being something that i've always resonated with.
plus, there has been countless of times and experiences where i've manifested things using the law without even knowing of the law itself.

πŸͺ DO YOU HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE LAW AND HOW DO YOU OVERCOME THEM?
of course! i still do have plenty of doubts surrounding the law. while i would love to have no doubts at all, i still do have doubts about the law. it's normal :) however, i do have ways to overcome this.
every time i feel myself doubting about the law, i've simply snapped myself out of it before i could let myself spiral. i would replace negative thoughts with positive ones. for example, if i worry and think, "the law doesn't work for me," i would retort back thinking, "of course it does. the law DOES work for me," and i would repeat that combatting positive affirmation over and over again. or, i simply just let the doubt pass in my mind and don't pay any attention to it or let it have any power. doubts do not have any power unless you let them have power! once i realised this and started applying, i started truly seeing what this meant and no longer let any doubt i have stop me from getting what i want and nor did i let me spiral.
additionally, the more i've applied the law and kept myself on a strict mental diet, the more i find myself naturally and subconsciously accepting my new beliefs. i naturally find myself normalising that i can use the law and i create my reality the more i keep assuming positive things and getting into the habit of doing it (and this is coming from somebody who used to be the most negative and depressed overthinker in the world). once i realised that loa is not only a manifestation technique, but a way of living and thinking, i started applying the law to my everyday life and i can confidently say my life has improved ever since. i've felt happier, less stressed, and more in control (while also not craving for control of situations- meaning i don't stress as much and i'm able to let go and know that everything will go my way).
also, the more i worked on my self-concept and applied loa to my everyday life, the easier it was to see myself as a person who could manifest and get anything they want. my self-concept was absolutely HORRIBLE before, and it's definitely improved (not perfect, but we're getting there). self-concept matters a lot, so i started to accept that YES, i do deserve everything good and i do deserve my dream life, so i should start accepting that i am capable of these things and i do deserve it. and i am worthy.
to be honest, our of everything, i think the one thing that was improved my beliefs in the law and having less doubts, was simply repetition and persisting. even when i had doubts about the law, no matter what, i still kept using it and applying it in my everyday life. and slowly but surely, these beliefs slowly sunk into my subconscious.

helloo again anon! and yes, i would love to! however, i always feel like the resources i looked at when learning the law wasn't very 'official' because i always had kept myself to have a simple understanding of the law so i don't overcomplicate anything (or more i actually didn't research as much as you might expect). i literally just researched what the law of assumption was and how to use it and left it at that.
however, i also watched (and still watch) a variety of loa youtubers to help me overcome some challenges i've had facing the law and to keep myself from overcomplicating the law. sooo below are my favourite loa youtubers (who explain the law better than i ever could)!! along with these youtubers, i would recommend looking straight from the source material aka Neville Goddard! (of course, he was the pioneer of loa). his books and some of his quotes does provide a good insight into the law and understanding it so if you're into reading or you're curious, go check him out.

πŸͺ METHOD RECOMMENDATIONS:
first of all, i'm gonna break it down (mainly for my personal purposes so i feel like i'm being organised with it lmao) but from what you said you find it difficult to concentrate due to having adhd, and you often fall asleep during methods and lose track of time. you also have difficulties with visualisation.
i have a few recommendations for this (because honestly, this is something i can totally relate to so i completely understand 😭)
for some general recommendations, since you notice that you tend to fall asleep often during methods, maybe you could try a sleep method? sleep methods are mostly the same as awake methods except you just fall asleep during or at the end of your method, with the intention to wake up in your desired reality.
since you also find it difficult to concentrate and visualise, maybe using the intention method would work better. the intention method is simply just you setting the intention to shift, then letting go and trusting the process. you could use this as an asleep method and set the intention to wake up in your desired reality, completely trusting yourself and letting go, then you wake up in your desired reality!
however, i believe one of the most important things about using just intention, is having a strong belief in your abilities to shift and confidence in yourself. decide that you WILL shift instead of just 'attempting' or 'trying' or thinking you MIGHT shift. don't view shifting to your desired reality as a possibility, but rather something that you are going to do and something that is going to be your reality (tbh this advice goes well with all methods and shifting 'attempts').
another thing you could look into is the law of assumption and use it for shifting! the law of assumption is a common manifestation technique, but also a law of life regardless of how it's used. the law states that your assumptions and internal states create your reality. therefore, anything that you assume and decide to be true, will reflect in your 3D physical reality. it's all about changing your internal states, assumptions and dominant thoughts to change your reality, as reality reflects your internal state.
so for example, if you assume and persist that "you will wake up in your desired reality," and internally assume this to be true, then it's inevitable for your reality to reflect your assumption. you wake up in your desired reality.
i like using the law of assumption because in it's essence, it's very simple! i just assume that something is to be true, imagine it, let go, don't stress (because i already have it in imagination), and boom! it's my reality.
however, again like the intention method, having a good self-concept, and having confidence in yourself and your abilities goes a long way.
either way, i highly recommend looking into the law of assumption and using it within your shifting journey + your usual methods. it's such a gamechanger!
on the other hand, if you're looking for more specific methods, you could check out the 8D method (also known as the ADHD method). i'm not sure if you've heard of it before but i think it could be something that you're looking for. it incorporates the use of 8D audio (or any audio/music you like) and has little to no visualisation required! here are some links to some posts explaining it with some variations of the method:

πŸͺ BODY TWITCHES AND SHIFTING 'SYMPTOMS'.
so i'm going to be very truthful and i no way do i want to demotivate you but body twitches aren't really a shifting symptom. rather, many 'shifting symptoms' people think are shifting symptoms, are just signs your physical body is falling asleep and relaxing. shifting doesn't really have any physical symptoms since it is not a physical process. for most people, shifting literally feels like nothing. however, please don't let this demotivate you or anything! i'm sure with every step of the way, you're making great progress so keep going! i just wanted to be honest with you :)

my mother is trying to ruin me and my manifestation, it's my fault because neville said don't tell anyone or discuss with anyone about manifestation and stupid me did, she said the horrible day that i have something that ruined me happen 31 day this month and then when for 2 days i was doing so wonderful with my manifestation she said "oh i the day is actually today not 31" and she giggled so i started crying because i know she said this to destroy me even when i had perfect mental diet and thought to myself "m mom loves me" i should listen to neville. had deadline on 31 this month.

hello! first of all, i would like for you to know that i do not believe this is your fault whatsoever.
look, neville has some pretty good advice for law of assumption (i mean, is the main pioneers of loassumption) but to be honest, i do not believe that telling anyone about your manifestations will affect your manifestations. i used to believe this, and now i do not. one time, i literally told my friend i would manifest something, used law of assumption, and manifested it in an instant. in that moment. it's all about what you internally assume and believe; the whole principle of the loassumption.
if you believe that telling people about your manifestations will block you from receiving so, then it will. if you believe that you will still receive your manifestations regardless of telling anyone, than that is your truth.
to be honest, telling people about what you're manifesting won't stop you from having your desires. if anything, it's more to protect your mental state, as others may not understand or they may impose limiting beliefs onto you (if you believe in limiting beliefs).
however, it is not your fault that your mother went and did that to you. i'm sorry that you have to deal with this and this is not your fault. your feelings are completely valid. and even though loassumption says that our thoughts and assumptions create our reality blah blah blah, i believe that bad things can still happen out of our control because that's just how our reality is sometimes. it's not your fault so don't be too harsh on yourself or beat yourself up about it!<3
also!! it's good that you picked yourself up and starting affirming things to combat this event! that's great! however, i understand your upset that your 'perfect' mental diet was broken, but it won't affect your manifestations or deadline! the 3D is not your true reality- as long as you know that imagination is your true reality and you have what you want in your imagination- no matter the circumstances, you have what you desire in imagination, so nothing else matters. that's the first good thing. assuming and just being in the wish fulfilled state is enough for your 3D to reflect and mirror your internal beliefs and assumptions. limiting beliefs, doubts, deadlines- they do not exist, as long as you are fulfilled in your imagination. that's all that matters.
and second of all, you will still have your desires regardless if you are no longer thinking from the wish fulfilled. it's completely okay to not be in the wish fulfilled or in a perfect mental diet 24/7! who's to say that just because your perfect mental diet was broken, you won't be able to make your deadline? that you won't have your desires? the truth is, you already have your desires, the moment you even think of them. the moment you even consider it as a possibility. so imagine yourself, have it in imagination. know you have it in imagination. and that's all that matters. as long as you return to your desired state, that's all that matters! whatever is happening in the 3D, does not affect what you have internally. remember, loassumption is all about internal change. and when you have that internal change, your 3D will change to mirror that. it's okay to have doubts, it's okay to be worried; let yourself be human. it's okay. and as long as you return to the state of the wish fulfilled, and continue to persist in that, you have your desires regardless of what's going on in the 3D.
i believe in you and that you are a very strong person. i truly hope your situation gets better and please take care of yourself, both mentally and physically πŸ’— i know that you have the strength to overcome this and you are so so capable of manifesting your desires. so try and stay confident in yourself and believe in yourself!

hi again!! on top of lucid dreaming, i really want to get into manifesting but i don't know where to start or how to know if it's working? i've watched a couple of videos but it's still kinda confusing?? i don't know how to know when my manifestations are working or which methods to use, i really struggle with trusting the process which has also probably lead to this, so do you have any tips?

i've been into the manifestation community for awhile. i discovered subliminals at the age of 12, and ever since then, i've actively been manifesting and using manifestation methods. after being in the community for so long and have personally gone through my own struggles, i do have some tips for you!
i would like to note though, i am not an expert or anything! so please take whatever resonates with you :D

πŸͺ GETTING INTO MANIFESTATION!
if you're looking into getting into manifesting, i think it's best to keep things simple and find a method/technique that you think will work best for you.
you said you were feeling confused, so i recommend to just start over from fresh again. literally just find out what manifesting is and a simple method on how to do it. then work from there.
the thing with manifesting, is that it is completely subjective. that's why there are so many methods and techniques, because they each suit a different person's strengths and needs.
and with many methods and techniques out there, it's understanding that it can get quite confusing and overwhelming. i would say find a law or technique that you believe fits you best: law of assumption or law of attraction? do you prefer visualising, affirming, scripting, or using states (e.g. sats or void state).
at it's core, manifestation is just bringing yourself in alignment with the frequency of your desires (personally, i think it also relates to shifting but that's a story for another day).
all you got to do is set your intention -> decide you have it -> persist in that assumption through whatever you feel like will make you fulfilled (e.g. visualising, affirming, scripting, writing, journaling, imagination, void state, sats, etc. -> letting go and trusting the process -> you receive your desire.
for further explanation, you could just start out by deciding on what to manifest first. do you want to manifest money from a positive source? or do you want to get a pet puppy? do you want to manifest your dream career? outline your intentions or what you want to manifest. you can start out with something small and then always work your way up to bigger things, or go all out and manifest everything at once! the world is your oyster and the choice is yours.
next, like what i said before, find out what manifesting technique/law/method you think will work best for you, and try it out.
for example, if you were to follow the law of assumption, you would have to know that the law states that our assumptions and dominant thoughts create our reality. our reality is a reflection of our internal states, so if we internally accept or assume that we already have our desire, then it has no choice but to reflect in the 3D reality. then, you would continue to persist in this assumption! you could also use affirmations or visualisations to aid in your manifestation.
so if you wanted to manifest a puppy using the law of assumption, you would simply assume that you would already have a puppy. you would go about your usual life, assuming and persisting in the fact that you have a puppy. you could visualise yourself with your puppy every now and then, think thoughts you would have if you were to own a puppy, etc.
or if i decided i wanted a brand new phone and just wanted to script as my manifestation method, i could accept that i already had a new phone and then write down affirmations on a piece of paper everyday: "I have a brand new phone. I love my brand new phone," etc.
right now, i like to use the law of assumption because its what i resonate with the most and what aligns with my current beliefs the most. however, if you asked me how i would've liked to manifest four years ago, i would've said law of attraction while writing down "i am" affirmations of what i have on a piece of paper. even though sometimes i would use loassumption without even knowing what is was at that point.
i would just find a technique/method that you feel resonates with you the most, go with it, and keep it simple. if you find yourself confused with something then go ahead and do your research on it.

when it comes to manifesting your desires or goals, you have to realise that time is exist and your manifestations can be instant. you don't need to worry when your manifestations are working. you have to realise that YOU create your reality and YOU decide when to manifest your desires. you are THAT PERSON who can manifest anything with a blink of an eye. time is only a construct, and everything exists in the now.
however, sometimes we have to deal with our stubborn human brains and subconscious beliefs.
jumping over this hurdle and trusting the process can be difficult sometimes, but it also starts with trusting yourself.
you cater to yourself and find a method that you think that'll work best for you: not what works best for everyone or what the most popular way of manifesting is right now.
and as soon as you decide that you want this thing or you already have this thing; as long as you assume it, you got it. you just have to trust yourself and it's only a matter of time until it is seen in your 3D, physical reality. try to practice letting go of the thought and worry of when your desire is going to come, and shift your focus to feeling fulfilled that you already have your desire. focus on the state of having your desire. focus on the state of being that person instead of worrying where it is in the 3D or when it's going to come. it can be hard to get used to, but the more you practice, the easier it gets for you to naturally accept this. don't stress about time, or whenever your manifestations are going to come. just focus on the fact that you already have them, and that's all that matters. or you could even just let yourself detach completely from your desires and just trust that it will come to fruition. but whenever you accept that you have your desires or decide that you have a goal and you have achieved that goal, you already have what you want.
if you find it hard to trust yourself and the process, the easiest way to get yourself to, is to practice! literally, just pick something small or something random for you to apply that manifestation technique into your daily life and go from there.
for example, i'm the kind of person who also has a hard time trusting myself when using the law of assumption. however, something i like to do everyday, is implementing loassumption into my life! something i often manifest is for my shifts at work to go fast and be super quiet (and not busy at all).
i practice fulfilling myself in my imagination and trusting that my work will go how i assume it will be, because that's what my assumptions are.
learn that it's okay to trust in yourself. even if it can be scary, especially having faith in something that you've never done before. sometimes, learning and growing involves putting ourselves through uncomfortable situations or stepping outside of our comfort zone. it makes us challenge ourselves for sure, but we learn and grow through these experiences.
it's also okay to have doubts as long as we pay no attention to them and give them no power. doubts only have power until we give them to ourselves, so you can acknowledge them and let them pass on like it's nothing- because it is nothing.
it's also probably worth to look into how to improve your self-concept! your self-concept is basically everything that makes up you and how you see yourself as a person, your capabilities, your abilities, etc. improving your self-concept is not only beneficial for manifesting, but also for reality shifting or lucid dreaming and anything else you want to achieve in life.

anyways, i hope this was able to help you a little! i'm not too confident on my manifesting knowledge in general (i feel like this is an area i need to learn a bit more about despite consciously manifesting for so long). so i would like to apologise if my answers weren't too great, as learning to trust myself and the process is still something i'm working through and currently trying to improve on!
i understand it can be overwhelming sometimes, so just keep it simple and to the bare bones of things and the start and when you feel like you need to know more, gradually branch out and start researching for things to help you πŸ’•

hello!
loa stands for the law of assumption.
and if you don't know what the law of assumption is, it's a law pioneered by Neville Goddard, which states that our dominant thoughts, assumptions and beliefs shape our reality. commonly, people use the law of assumption to their advantage to manifest their desires/desired lives!
the law of assumption ensures that whatever assumptions you create and assume to be the truth in imagination (the 4D), will harden into fact and manifest into your physical reality (the 3D). our reality is a mere reflection of our internal state. everything you assume to be true, becomes the truth and is the truth.
for example, if i assume that i am super rich, accept it as my truth, then carry on with my life assuming and living as if i'm already super rich, it will become my reality.
and the best part about it is that the law never fails! whatever you internally believe/assume to be the truth will reflect into the 3D, no matter what.
so you can use the law of assumption to manifest your desires or shape your reality to whatever you want it to be!
