#timothy's txts.#🧍🏻 thinking about the time i was watching ted lasso and isaac was having his freak out after getting into the fan’s face#and how fucking angry he was and how it SHOWED#how he was SHAKING. how he was breathing. how he clenched his hands#how he cried.#and how somehow out of everything that’s what i loved#just. the ache to be able to express my emotions so violently#so externally#jealous of him in that moment because i cant leave to calm down#so instead i have to shut down and stay in the conversation#and it’s a lose-lose because either they’re upset i want to leave or upset that i shut down#when all i’m trying to do is avoid lashing out#i wish my anger was taken seriously.. i wish i was angry in a way that showed#anyways i’m normal again i just think cathartic anger would be sooooo . yeah#tw emoji
