DRACULA’S ( REVISED ) COMIC LOOK .

Thanking @/rskacreates on insta for the art above for bringing him to life at this hour , but wanted to show that this is how I envisioned dracula’s attire throughout his comic run . He mainly keeps his previous wallachian/romanian attire , but does have armor to that of his canon counterpart in wolverines previous run . this doesn’t have to follow either classic or au verses , but mainly ties to his main verse .

saw something in passing somewhere & I must reiterate alongside the interpretation post because Lord Why Are Folks doing my boy Dirty : dracula was an ally in the war , helping the invaders defend one’s region through it all . no way whatsoever would dracula give himself up to germany or align himself with red skull even after so . if anybody known with ties to such , especially with known subgroups that are prevalent in this day & age — they will be put on the wooden stake outside one’s home as a warning . you’re not welcomed here at all .

MARVEL RIVAL’S ( REVISED ) VERSE BELOW.

know in this verse that it will mainly be mirroring their comic counterpart’s limited run known as BLOOD HUNT in a way , but will divert from the actual lore that they established themselves . within this verse , dracula DOES NOT team up with doom nor use the darkhold within any circumstances whatsoever to be played as a fool for one’s sick means . instead , uses forces from the mystical realm via sacrifice from a piece of his soul is used in response to enhanced ones powers & cause the night to take over .

also know that in this verse that I will be using a throwaway npc as his main reason for the war against mankind . this npc will be the heir to dracula , killed via day hunters that didn’t know any better nor his status in the realm of the night . dracula , upon finding out in this , goes into a spiral of rage & declares war against the heroes & villains alike , gets ahold of a magical being & goes downhill from there .

I know this is does not need to be said here, but reiterating once more for newer mutuals on the dash : i’m not a canon accurate dracula . my dracula has/stays with his wallachian/romanian ties after turning that marvel does not on their end nor do their personalities match at best. mine is more… human-like in a way while theirs is…. well ! also mine will never be racist/bigot seen in tomb of dracula and captain britian in both panels .

thinking about valentines & how dracula not only celebrates twice a year (actual day & dragobete /romanian tradition/), but establishes a third day to emphasize the importance between both cultures for his children of the night . the third day doesn’t involve usual gift-giving or stepping upon one’s feet / flower giving, but more so an observance with their loved ones upon the hours of the day . the citizens of vampyrsk get time off from work & blood bags to share or keep for themselves .

extended his scarring from a certain post to include his hands as well, rough but still tender at the edges towards his loved ones / children of the night . one has earned his scars through many battles upon the land of the living to the fight with the dead , teaching his fledglings how to hunt & how to fend for oneself within the dark of the night . he’s proud of his many scars, but some… not so much (the reminder fresh upon his neck by apocalypse himself).

Anon , i’m letting you know this is a live reaction to me seeing this ask during drafts at this very moment 🥺 thank you so much for letting me know ! knew I had to switch from oscar to mahesh the moment I stumbled upon him seeing those witcher gifs . he definitely fits the look & such when it comes to how I envision marvel’s dracula to be rather than whatever marvel gives us at this point .
