" Why did you text me tonight ?" It came out accusatory so he smiled to make up for it. The snowflakes melted in his hair and he felt it stick heavy and cold to his forehead. Water tracks down his face; he wanted to hold his hand. Why was it snowing ?

They were close enough he could smell the other's cologne a mix of overripe fruit and musk. Akechi forced his chin to still, feeling the sharp press of nail into his skin maybe hard enough to leave a print. A mark to run over later to know this moment was true and more importantly he was right.

" You're Joker. " It was soft, an admission not worth the fanfare of shock or awe. He was not worth it. " You work for that bastard so he doesn't have to get his hands dirty, is that it? " A voice curled in his head crowing for blood and revenge while another reformation and mercy. He felt pinned by all three, his head dizzy and maybe that is why he goes for Akira's mask. The leather is slippery and he half wonders if it is even metaphysical enough to pull off. He knew in his gut it was him, had to be him, but he needed to see it up close and personal.

Akechi maybe his father's son but it was his mother's who reaches forward to know the monster that had caught him. To know it because he loved it. Maybe he should be damning her as well.

and OMGGGGG yeah!!!! PLEASE get into persona if you like turn based jrpgs with silly fun but deep and obscure and heartwrenching plot where you go eat burgers with your friends in the afternoon and fight god in the evening. it’s absolutely beautiful brainrot material with gorgeous style and lovable characters and and and —— UGHHH !!!!! and if you’re prone to emotional wreckage like me then it’s a 100 hour journey that will most probably completely break you and save you and change who you are as a person fundamentally. actually probably don’t get into it. i honestly hate this game so much, with all my heart.

short version : you are very sweet and i highly recommend playing persona 5 royal. 🫶

“Woah! No weapons! Please! I’m an innocent Teddie bear!” Teddie had sensed another person in Mementos today and had walked closer to investigate. As he walked closer with his squeaky feet the stranger came closer as well. Now they were at a standstill in an empty corner with no shadows. “See? Not armed.” His claws were removed before he approached him. Teddie did have weapons with him but they were not equipped and impossible to detect. “So…why don’t we talk?”

Being in the heart of Momentos was a privilege Akechi took full advantage of literally feeling the pulse of Tokyo. He could feel the shifting attitudes of the people, know when they're weak, pass on enough intel to scrape through another day.

But—

Out of all the things he thought he would find, a human-sized Teddy Bear was not one of them. The gun he leveled went down at its squeaks and begs for mercy hoping the action would earn him the beat necessary to find a face for the occasion.

( Defiant ? Kind ? Confused ? )

"  —Talk ? " He settled on an open smile letting the trigger spin around his index finger. " Are you a Persona ? A shadow given new form ? Or maybe... " He took a step closer and looked at the large zipper across its throat. " A new look for the Phantom Thieves ? Although, I don't know how inconspicuous a giant Teddy Bear costume would be in a palace. "

Gentle fingers twisted his chin and Akechi stopped himself from tugging away. There was blood on his tongue bright and metallic and he wondered if the cut through his lip would scar. Such a thing would tug at his practiced smile, change the perception of the calculated pinch of cheek and curl of lips to steer journalists, fans, and even the rest of the thieves from the his self.

Maybe the good doctor could patch him enough to hide it in the line of his lips...or even erase the damage.

Any thought is erased when he feels leather brush over his lips taking beads of red with it. They are suspended in the motion and he knows he should be breathing but the air is caught behind Joker's bright questioning eyes. He considers shoving him back but he clings instead, white gloved fingers tucking against the thin bones of Joker's wrist. He will always be astounded over how slight Akira was in person, the mirage of coat and suit hiding what stress had stolen from him.

" Joker- " Smile, watery eyes, head tilt causing soft brown hair to flutter over his face catching on the sweat beading under his mask. Vulnerability felt wrong on him. " Will you be taking a picture then ? Or shall we be continuing the mission ? "

omg......ur so right i forgot i p much started this blog with an akechi pfp

as for my opinion on pancakes i like to eat them kinda like a pizza .. like id put zero syrup on them when my mom would make it and id just put nutella on it and just eat it with my hands to save dishwashing lol ........

ive also tried japanese fluffy pancakes and they were so good 10/10(did not eat it with my hands dw) its funny that akechi doesnt even like pancakes meanwhile akito genuinely does but theyre both equally associated with pancakes so when i see"☕🥞" im just like is that shuake or akitoya
