Day 4 : little surprise

Summary : she prepared a little surprise to announce the important news.

She lay down on the couch with her eyes closed. As the dizziness consumes her. She knows it's normal with her condition but she still hates being unable to do anything.

"Are you sure you don't need to go again to the hospital ? I just won't go to work today to be with you" He asks while he crouches down next to her.

Artem reaches out to tuck her loose hair behind her ear so he could see her pale face. She slowly opens her eyes and meets his concern gaze

"It's just overwork, I'll be okay after a few hours of sleep." She forced a smile to make him believe she was okay.

A defeated sigh left his lips, knowing she wouldn't change her mind.

"Call me if you need anything" He pressed a kiss on her forehead.

She nods as a smile spreads on her lips.

Artem tries his best to focus on doing his work but his mind keeps thinking if his wife is okay. He already sent her a couple of messages but she hasn't replied to any of them.

Maybe she fell asleep is the reason he keeps telling himself. But still he kept worrying about her.

He's deep in thought when all of a sudden his phone rings. Seeing the caller ID, he quickly answered it

"Is everything okay, how are you feeling?. I'm coming home" He kept asking her.

A soft chuckle could be heard over the phone making him stop.

" I just woke up and read your messages .Everything is fine and I'm feeling much better, I'm sorry for making you worry"

He releases the breath he didn't know he was holding on, hearing her words.

"Before I forget the reason why I called, there's a file on my table. My client will meet me tomorrow. Umm can you check it to see if everything is right?" She asks

"Is it for the patent case, I'll handle it" he answered.

They talked for a while before hanging up.

Artem walked towards her desk and found the file. Looking at it he found it strange.

"Parent Case no. 2" is the only thing written on the first page. He took the file back to his office.

He sat back to his chair to begin reviewing the case as he flipped the first page something unexpected caught his eye.

It was an ultrasound photo with the words "Hi,Dad" written below.

He stared at it in a daze, unable to believe what he was seeing. He flipped the page and saw his wife's medical reports.

Nothing makes sense to him until he reads the highlighted words

3 weeks pregnant

Artem took the rest of the day off, and quickly went back home.He found her sitting on the sofs reading the real patent case file still unaware of his presence

"You shouldn't over work" he announced

She looks at him with a grin plastered on her face. She already expected this when she called him.

"I told you i'm okay, why did you come home early" she innocently asks.

Without answering he walked towards her, and gently pulled her into a hug. He buried his face on the crook of her neck.

"Did you read it" she asks

Artem nods while burying his head deeper. The feeling of happiness overwhelms that he can't express it in words.

She pulled away from his hug, grabbed his hand placing it gently on her tummy.

"Hi Dad" she repeated what was written on the ultrasound picture.

Artem gently caresses her tummy unable to believe there's a baby in there. He looks up at her seeing tears trickle down her cheeks.

He cupped her face brushing away her tears.

"Thank you" he leaned down to gently kiss her lips. She pulled him closer kissing him deeper.

Finally the baby they keep wishing for is finally here..

Day 9 : late night cravings

Summary : she's pregnant and suddenly has a late night cravings

In the middle of the night, and all she could think about is eating some pudding. She tries to sleep again to push away these unnecessary thoughts.

But whatever she does all she could think about is pudding.

She glanced at Artem's sleeping face, and didn't have the heart to wake him up for this. It's been three consecutive days that she is having cravings during the middle of the night.

Every time he wakes up and goes out to buy her some food. Even if he has an early morning meeting tomorrow Artem will still buy her the food she likes if she wakes him up.

Her lips turn into a frown and tears slide on her cheeks. She can't help but hate these unnecessary cravings.

She hates these cravings, hates that she can't do it herself cause she's 7 months pregnant and she hates everything

As if he sensed something wrong with his wife. He woke up and found her leaning on the headboard. Her face buried in her hands suppressing the sound of her crying.

"What's wrong" he quickly sat up and gently hugged her.

She looked at him with tears in the corner of her eyes.

"Pudding, I want some pudding" She solemnly said and burst into tears.

Seeing her state, he quickly got dressed to buy her the pudding she likes.

"I'll buy you some, wait for me" Artem left in a hurry

"Did you like it?" Artem asks as he sits across from her on the kitchen table

She looks up at him and smiles, before eating another spoonful of pudding. He reaches out wiping off the syrup on the corner of her lips.

"You can tell me right away, if you want to eat anything." Artem said

"But you have an early meeting, and i keep waking you up these past few days" She look down avoiding his gaze

Artem stood up and went over to her side. He kneels down placing a gentle kiss on her baby bump.

"Nothing is more important than my family. You and our children will always be my priority" he looks up and hold her gaze.

She wonders what did she ever do to deserve a man like this. She's so lucky to have him in her life.

Day 8 : drunk

Summary: she got drunk and doesn't remember artem

She slowly open her eyes, and a wave of dizziness and a throbbing headache hits her. She glance at the person next to her. Artem was laying down beside her, and he’s naked. Instinctively she covered her face while trying to recalls what happened the previous night.

It was the anniversary of the Themis Law firm, a big party was organize to celebrate. Everyone was having fun, drinks are being offered to everyone. She wanted to drink, but knowing how low her alcohol tolerance it won’t go well. Artem on the other hand avoid any alcohol since he was driving us back home.

They’re talking to Celestine when she got thirsty. She excused herself to find something to drink.

Looking a round she found a glass filled with colored liquid, she thought it was just an ordinary juice but it’s a cocktail. She drank four glasses when her vision turns hazy and feel lightweights. She tried to went back to Artem, but she can’t even walk straight.

Suddenly she tripped on something and was about to fall when someone catches her, a familiar scent filled her senses. Looking up she met his gaze, his azure eyes filled with concern for her. A chuckled left her lips as she cupped his face and squishing it lightly.

���You’re handsome” she smiled at him goofily while she asks.

Artem smell the scent of liquor on her, realizing that the wife in his arms is now utterly drunk. He lifts her up with one of his hand under her legs and the other supporting her back. Artem did not mind the burning gaze of the people around them while leaving the venue.

On the ride home, she occasionally looks at him and giggle to herself. While repeating the word handsome and gorgeous again and again. On the corner of eye, she could see his ears are tainted with red as he try to focus on driving.

Even when they reached their home, she deliberately teased. Artem had enough hearing those words from her again and again will be the death of him. He wanted to silence her without hurting, the only way was to kiss her.

When she was about to teased him again, he pulled her closer and kiss her lips

“Why are you kissing me, I don’t kiss stranger even if they’re handsome. Do you know I’m a lawyer” she struggled against his grip

He wanted to hold her even longer as he heard those words.

“I’m not a stranger Mrs. Wing, do I have to remind you that I’m your husband” He whispered against her ears

“How would you do that” that’s the moment she screwed up.

Artem pressed his lips against hers more passionately than the last, as he lifts her up to the ground never breaking the kiss as he carried her back to their bedroom. Artem made her recall who he is all night.

She can’t face him after remembering what happened, she tried get up but her waist is so sore she can’t even move. Suddenly a pair of arms hugged her waists and pulled her closer.

“Artem, its to early for this” she said

He opened his eyes and looks at her sleepily, a teasing smile plastered on his lips

“Now, do you remember me?” He teased

She took a mental note to never ever get drunk again..

Day 1 : stolen shirt

Summary : artem notices that she usually wears his shirt. Until the day she gets caught

It’s been a while since he notices that she sometimes wears his shirt. He doesn’t mind it instead; he likes seeing her wear his shirt. Artem looks at her from a far, she sits lazily on the couch, reading a book at hand. As usual, she was wearing one of artem’s shirt. Noticing it, a smile crept over the side of his lips.

“Dinner is ready,” he announced

She looks at him and stood up, his shirt only reaches above her knees, exposing her bare legs. As she walks towards him, while he just stand there frozen as this sight still made him flustered, even though he saw it so many times.

“Are you okay?” she asks

Snapping back to reality, he nods as she follows her back to the kitchen.

“Hmm.. what should I wear?” She contemplates while looking at artem’s shirts, with only a towel wrapped on her body.

She like wearing his shirt since it smells like him and brings comfort to her, she knew Artem already notices it but since he hasn’t said anything maybe he doesn’t mind if she wears his shirt sometimes. Lost in a daze that she didn’t notice him watching her from behind.

“That one suits you,” he said, startling the life out of her

She turned around and found him staring at her while she picks what shirt of his to wear.

“A-Artem, this isn’t what looks like,” she tried to explain

Artem walks over to her, he grabs the shirt and gave it to her.

“I don’t mind you wearing it, *cough* in fact I like it whenever I saw you wear one of my shirts,” he looks away, hiding the blush on his face.

A small smile spread across her lips, she walks over and wrapped her arms around his waists engulfing him in a hug.

“I only wear it cause it smells just like you” she pulled away from him, standing on her tiptoes she press a kiss on the corner of his lips.

Artem slips his hand on the back of her neck, gently pulling her closer to him as he leans down and deeply kisses her lips.His shirt is now long forgotten as it lies on the floor, along with his other clothes and her towel.

Day 7 : the call

Summary : artem received a call that made him rushed to the hospital

Artem tapping his fingers impatiently on his desks. He felt nervous all of a sudden, looking at the clock. He realized it's been an hour since she left the office to buy food.

His stomach flip fills him up with unsettling feelings. How he regrets letting her go alone, if only his client didn't call.

Unable to sit any longer, he stood up and walked back and forth inside his office.

All of a sudden his phone rings, he quickly picks up and sees an unknown number calling him. Still he answered it.

"Hello"

"Are you Mr. Artem Wing, this Stellis Hospital. We're calling cause your patient's emergency contact. She fainted on the street and brought it in here." The person from the other line explained to him.

He can't remember the rest of the conversation, the only thing he knows is that she fainted at the hospital.

He quickly leaves the law firm to go to her

"It was due to overwork, skipping meals and lack of sleep that she fainted. The bruise on her forehead is due to her fall It's a minor injury. She may soon regain consciousness but for now let her rest" The doctor explained to him carefully.

Artem didn't ask anymore questions and just thanked the doctor before they left.

He sat beside her bed, and gently held her hand. He glances at her, seeing her pale face breaks his heart.

"What am i going to do with you" He let go of her hand and reached out to brush away the hair covering her face.

Artem didn't realize that he fell asleep until a soft touch kept patting his head. He looked up and met her gaze.

"Good Morning" she teases him with a bright smile plastered on her face

He stood up and hugged her gently.

"You scared me" Artem buried his head on the crook of her neck.

She could feel her neck getting wet, as she gently ran her fingers through his her.

"I'm sorry, but this case is important. I dont want us to lose" She admitted

Artem pull away from her and cupped her face. He pressed his forehead against hers while his azure eyes gazed deeply at hers.

"Nothing is more important than you, remember that" He said firmly

That day she promised to take care of herself more. She doesn't want to see Artem like that ever again.

The sun is shining brightly, waves are crashing to the shore. And the smell of the sea filled her senses.

Lately it was too hot so they decided to spend his birthday on the beach.

She was lying under the shade of their umbrella as she watched Artem surf. He looked cool conquering the waves that she couldn't look away from him..

"My cool fiancé" she exclaimed as soon as Artem returned to her side.

Artem cheeks turns red maybe because of the sun or he's still not used to hearing the words "cool" and "fiancé"

"Why don't we take a walk?" She stood up and extended her hands to him.

Artem smiles and grabs her hand

They walk along as the sun sets, illuminating their surroundings with an orange hue. They keep on walking away from the crowd.

Suddenly they saw a roses scattered across the sand. She pulled his hand following the path.

At the end there was a romantic candlelight dinner for two

"You" Artem looked at her

She stepped away from him to get the cake placed on the table.

"I know you're content with this trip, you're content with having me at your side. But I still want to prepare something special for you." She said as she walked back towards him.

"Happy Birthday, Artem" she continued.

In that moment Artem wanted to her if only she wasn't holding the cake

"Now, Make a wish" she said

"I don't need to wish anything cause my wish already came true the moment you came into my life" he leaned down and pressed a chaste kiss on her lips before blowing the candle.

They return back to the hotel after their romantic dinner.

She look at herself in the bathroom mirror. She bought new lingerie especially for this occassion. Adding a finishing touch, she place a ribbon on top of her head

She peaked on the bathroom door and called his name

Artem walked up to her, as soon as she revealed herself

Artem.exe stopped working.

It looks like they're celebrating his birthday until the day ends..

Day 24 : jealousy

Its been a few days since she began mentoring the new intern. She didn't get a chance to work with Artem since he was handling a different case. And she misses Artem from time to time eventhough they live together she still miss working with him.

Most of the time, she spend it with her intern. He was smart and had a strong analytical mind. She didn't have a hard time teaching him.

They usually talk about law stuff got along with each other because of it. She see him as a friendly junior. But he sees her more than his senior. He likes her.

They were finalizing the needed documents for the case their handling. He was sitting near her as she pointing out the key points on the documents. But he kept stealing a glance at her.

Artem just finished everything he needs for the case. He was about to asks her to have lunch. But the scene infront of him wasn't appealing to him.

He was sitting too close and looking at her with stars in his eyes.

Artem could feel a strange sensation bubbling inside of him. He walks toward her table approaching them nonchalantly

He cough to get their attention

They turn around, and saw him standing behind them with a strange smile on his face.

" Mr. Wing" The intern stood up and distancing himself from her

Artem gaze is fixated on her, never bother looking at him.

"Its already Lunch Time, Our lunch is already at our office." Artem reminds her.

She excused herself as she went with Artem back to his office. As they we're walking, He grabs her hand and intwined it with his and gently squeeze it.

She looks at him with star in her eyes and a smile plastered on her lips.

The intern just watch them from behind staring at them in a daze.

Day 21 : secret office romance

Summary : some moments of their secret relationship

"Remember, you can only come in ten minutes after I enter the company." she reminded seriously.

They've been dating for months now but nobody knows except for Celestine and Kiki since they were their friends

Artem don't mind telling everyone else but she does. She just don't want people to think badly of her.

"Don't worry, go inside now or you'll be late" Artem reaches out and pat the top of her.

She smiled at him and pressed a kissed on his lips before she got out of the car. She looked back at him once more before going inside.

Files piling on her desks it was another busy day for them. She focus on the screen and didn't notice that Artem pretended to pass by, and a cup of milk tea appeared on her desks. After a while, there appeared a small bread, a piece of chocolate...

She just finished typing out a report, when she notice the pile of food on her table. She look at his office and shakes her head in disbelief.

At the end of the day's work, Artem stretched himself. he glanced at her from a distance. Almost at the same time, the two stood up with their bags and walked out of the office.

In the elevator, they stood beside each other in silence acting if they're just normal co workers. Suddenly she notices that his tie is a bit crooked and it kept bothering her. Unable to to resists anymore she reaches out fixed it

Soon after the elevator door open. In an instant she pushed him away so hard that Artem almost fell down. it turns out its just Celestine. Seeing what she did to him Celestine can't stop laughing at them.

Day 28 : nightmares

Artem woke up hearing a soft knock on their door. He got up to see who’s knocking in the middle of the night. It was there four year old daughter Luna. She was holding her plush lion and tears falling from her eyes.

“What’s wrong princess?” He crouched down and lifts her up

She snuggled closer to him as her tiny arms clings to his neck.

“I got a nightmare, that papa and mama left me. I keep looking but i couldn’t find he both of you.” She said as she cried even harder.

Artem pats her back to console her

“Mama and Papa will lays be here” Artem tighten his hug on her.

“Papa can I sleep with you?”She asks while looking at him with her pleading eyes

Looking at her, his heart melts and couldn’t resists her request. Artem carry her back to their bed. He lay her down beside his sleeping wife and lay beside her. She snuggle closer to him and hugged his arms. Not a moment after she fell asleep. Artem press a kiss on her forehead.

“Goodnight princess, sweet dreams” he whispered

Artem settle down and let his sleepiness took over him.

Day 13 : “what if you’re boyfriend suddenly breaks up with you, what will you do?”

Summary : she found an interesting question on a forum

She was laying on their couch while casually browsing through her phone, when she came across a certain topic on a forum.

“What if you’re boyfriend suddenly breaks up with you, what will you do?”

She tried to think an answer but nothing comes into her mind. Breaking up is something Artem wouldn’t do suddenly without even trying to fixed their relationship. She looks at the question again, but what if they really came into that point, they’re both busy with work that it end up tearing their relationship apart.

Just thinking about that made her heart aches, she was so lost on her own thoughts that she didn’t notice Artem already sat beside her. Seeing the frown on her face, he move closer and wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer to him.

A soft gasps escaped her lips, his sudden movement caught her off guard.

“What happened?” Artem asks

She twist her body and buried her face on his chests.

“It’s just nonsense” she said

“Then why are you frowning” Artem grab her chin so he can look at her face

“I just saw some question online and it made me think, that if one day we become too busy that we became indifferent with each other and it would potentially lead to our break up” she admits to him.

Artem press his forehead against hers

“That will never happened, we’ll work on this relationship and your my first priority. It’s never work, it’s always you. So that will never happened.” He said firmly while looking deeply into her eyes.

She grab his shirt and pulled him closer as she kissed his lips.

“ I love you, Artem” she whisper against his lips.

“ I love you too” he replied as he pulled her again fro another kiss

Day 23: terrified

That night they watched a horror movie recommended by her friend. They don't usully watch this kind of films but she wanted to see Artem scared.

But things backfired at her, cause he watch the movie unfazed while she curled up in his arms and now she's been staring unable to sleep cause she's been thinking about the movie and has been on the edge.

"Why are you still awake" A familiar voice asks.

"The movie was too scary I can't stop thinking about" She turned around and look at him

Artem grabbed her waists pulling her closing to him and gently patting her back.

His warmth envelops her, calming her nerves.

"Didn't you get scared?" She looked up and asks

Artem shakes his head

"There's only one thing that terrified me" He looks down and meet her gaze

"What?" she asks

He leaned down to press a kiss on her forehead

"Losing you" he whispered.

Day 19 : sick at work

The moment he felt that chills that morning. He should've called and took the rest of the day off. Cause now his head is pounding and couldn't do anything else.

He leaned back on his chair, and closed his eyes. A burning sensation spread throughout his body, his muscle also feels so sore like he's been hit by a truck.

Suddenly a soft knock on his door as a familiar voice called out his name.

"Come in" he said

He tried to hide that he was not feeling well from since he didn't want her to worry but the moment he opened his eyes he winced in pain.

Soon after footsteps can be heard rushing to his side.

"You have a fever" she said as she pressed her forehead against his. "We're going home" she was about to get his things when he grabbed her wrists to stop her.

"I already took some medicine, it'll take effect in a few minutes.. i just needed some sleep" He tried to convince her.

A sigh left her lips as she gave in

"Then sleep on the couch, I'll help you out" She supported him as they walked towards the couch.

He laid his head on her lap as she ran her finger through his hair.

"You should've told me that you're feeling under the weather. Celestine wouldn't mind if we took a leave from work since we just finished a case" She scolded him but the concerned is etch on her voiced

"I'm sorry, I didn't think it could go worse" he apologized.

She continues running her hands through his hair until he falls asleep.

"What will I do to you?" She shook her head and pressed a gentle kiss on her forehead..

Day 10 : morning kisses

In a dimly lit room, Artem slowly open his eyes with his is gaze falls on the sleeping person beside him, the corners of his lips raised while reaching out to tuck the lose hair behind your ears. He leaned down and press a is one top of your head before leaving the room to prepare some breakfast.

His back against yours as he cook, the smile on your lips widen as you watch him from a distance. You are one lucky girl to be able to see this every morning and despite of it this scene doesn’t get old. Unable to resists anymore you walk towards him and wrapped your arms around his waists.

“Good Morning”

Hearing your voice he turned around and pull you closer to him, his hands reaches out to gently cupped your cheeks. For a moment he just stared at you.

“Good Morning, Love” Artem whispered before kissing your lips.

Day 20 : revenge

Summary : he hurt the person he loves the most and he'll make sure to make him pay

Artem gently lifts her hand and presses a kiss on top of it. He glanced at her pale face. It's been a week and still she hasn't regained her consciousness.

"I'll make sure, that person will pay for what he did to you" he promised her and placed a kiss on her forehead.

It happened a week ago but for him it felt like it just happened yesterday. Every time he closed his eyes he clearly remembered everything.

They're trying to entrap the suspect in an abandoned warehouse. When suddenly a gun shot echoes and the woman beside him falls into the ground

He catches her before she falls into the ground while the police with them try to catch the man but they fail to do so.

Artem pressed his hand over the gushing wound on her abdomen to stop it from bleeding.

Soon after the ambulance arrived and took them away. The whole ride he hold her hand while talking to her to hold on

He notices that her eyes are getting droopy.

"Don't close your eyes.. please don't leave me" he pleaded while squeezing her hand.

But as soon as they arrived at the hospital she lost consciousness.

They prepared her for an emergency surgery after a couple of hours.they successfully removed the bullet and stabilized her condition

But she remained unconscious, the doctors can't tell when she'll wake up for now all they can do is wait.

That night Artem went to the abandoned warehouse where he took the culprit who shot her.

For days he tracked him down before he finally found him and knocked him unconscious before dragging him to this place without anyone seeing him.

The man suddenly woke up, he tried to move but he was restrained on a chair.

"Where am I, who are you? Show yourself" He keeps shouting

"How insulting, that you can't remember me" Artem showed himself

The man tried his best but still he can't remember him

"Maybe if I shoot your abdomen too you'll remember me" He said firmly holding the gun in his hand.

Suddenly it hit him and the man laughed maniacally.

"So how's that woman, did she die" he taunted him.

Suddenly a punch landed on his face, and a kick landed on his abdomen.

"Shut your mouth, before I make you. You're not the one who gets to talk here" Artem glared at him and pressed the gun against his forehead

"Go ahead and kill me, a lawyer with blood on his hands" he laughed again.

Artem grabbed her face to shut him up

" I don't mind tainting my hands with blood. After all you hurt the most important person in my life" Artem grabbed a cloth and stuffed it in his mouth.

"Now shall we begin" he cracked his knuckles as a sinister grin spread across his lips while he laid out his tools.

There's this terrifying look in his eyes as Artem looks back at him that made him shiver

She slowly opens her eyes, and the gaze lands on Artem who is sleeping on the chair beside her bed.

She wanted to speak but there's something attached to her mouth making her unable to do so.

As if sensing that she woke up, Artem opened his eyes and met her gaze. He quickly stood up and hugged her gently

"You're awake finally" overwhelmed with happiness teats trickle down his cheeks

He pressed a kiss on her forehead before leaving to call the doctor

She has been unconscious for two weeks and needs a little bit more time before she could speak and move her body again.

That night Artem sat beside her and told her some stories that happened while she's unconcious.

Except that, those are meant to be buried with him

Day 18 : body swap au

Summary : he woke up in her body

The light from the window blinded him, as soon as he opened his eyes. He looked around and found the room to be so familiar. But wasn't this their house in stellis

Is he dreaming, wasn't he in a hotel in City A for since he was invited there to handke a case.

He thinks he might be dreaming. So he sleeps again.

Soon after, the alarm rang, he reached out to it and turned it off.

He slowly opened his eyes and still he found himself in the same room. Confusion  filled his mind.

He tried to get up to figure things out, suddenly he could feel something heavy on his chests.

He pressed it and found it to be soft under his touch. Looking down he found his chests to be enlarged.

A screamed left his lips, did he turn into a woman overnight.

He rushed towards the bathroom to look at himself in the mirror. But his confusion only grew worse when his reflection was not his own but of his lover.

What's happening did their body swap overnight. So if his in her body that means.

Artem rushed back to the bedroom to grab her phone. He was about to call her but it rings suddenly and his caller ID showed up.

Before she  could even speak, he cuts her off asking her some questions

"Is everything okay? How are you? " He asks as if they're not in the same situation.

"I'm fine, just shocked. And it just feels a bit weird being in your body"she exclaimed.

They both find it uncanny hearing each other's own voice on the other end of the line.

"What should we do" she asked him

Artem collected his thoughts, outweighing what solution is best for them. Maybe if they touch each other they could return to their own body. But she was in City A and the case he was handling will be in trial the day after tomorrow

"I'll help you with the case for now we need to try our best to get used to living in each other's body until you can return to Stellis " Artem suggested.

Artem starts to get ready for work, even though he sees her naked body so many times. He still tries his best not to look and touch her sensitive parts as he is showering.

So the whole time he barely had his eyes open. Since it doesn't feel right especially if she's not here.

He arrived at work, trying his best to act like her. He forced a smile and greeted everyone he passed through.

But still keep staring at him.

Reaching her desks, he finally lets out the breath he keeps holding on.

"Are you okay? You're smiling weirdly when you arrive" Kiki asked as soon as he arrived.

Artem panicked a little, is he too obvious

"Maybe I'm just tired. I overworked last night" he explained

"Eh! Don't overwork yourself just because Artem isn't here. You might collapse again" Kiki exclaimed

Hearing her words, it brought back unpleasant memories of him receiving a call cause she collapsed on the street.

" I won't, l'll asks someone to help me in case I needed to" he reassured her.

Convince with his words she goes back to her posts to work.

Since he's in charge with her body. He made sure he eats on time and not to overwork himself.

Also he made some notes on cses he'll help her once they return to each other's body.

Artem returned home early that night, he browsed all the files that needed the case for the case in city A.

He summarized everything to heñp her win the case. He didn't  have to worry too much since with her capabilities he's sure she could win the case.

He grabbed her phone and called her.

In the second ring, she answers the phone.

"Artem how's work, Is everything okay?" Before he could speak she cuts him off asking speechless.

"Everything fine, I send the files needed for the trial" he said

He could hear a sigh left her lips.

"How about you, is everything fine" he asks.

"Everything is fine, most of the time I just spend most of the time working om the case alone" she replied

Artem felt relieved hearing her words.

"On another note, i found something regarding our swap. The night before it happened there's a meteor shower. Maybe that's the cause of it . But I still couldn't find anything for us to return back" she said

"Don't worry about that, let's figuee it out once you return" he reassured her

"Artem I miss you" she said

"I miss you too" he replied

They talked for a bit more before ending the call

Days passed by, the trial on the City A ended and she won.

" I'm home" she announced.

Artem peaked on the kitchen. And  walked towards her

"Welcome home" he embraced her and stand on tip toes since there's a height difference between them and kissed her lips.

She pulled him closer deepening the kiss. Closing their eyes, savoring the taste of each other's lips

"I miss you" she whispered againsts his lips

Suddenly she realized, it was her voiced instead of Artem's

"Wait!" She snapped her eyes open, seeing Artem im front of her she realized their back on their own body.

"We're back" he said a small smile plstered on his lips.

So the only thing they needed to do is kiss

"Now we're back, shall we continue" Artem pulled her body closer.

She nods and kissed his lips, Artem lifts her up carrying her towards tbeir bedroom...

Day 25 : the person I love the most

She was lying on the couch mindlessly scrolling through her phone when she saw a video. What if she did that to Artem , she look over at the kitchen where he was cooking, just imagining is reaction makes her giggle.

She open her front camera and began her plan.

"oh! this man is so handsome and he's caring too. I might fall for him" She screamed

Hearing her words Artem peaked from the kitchen.

"Who?" He asks

"This man" She looked back and answered him

"Who?" Artem got more confused and walked up to her.

"Him" She answered giving her phone to him.

Artem was confused as he saw himself, it took him a minute or two to realize the man she was talking about was him

He was stunned as a reddish tint creeped his cheeks.

She giggled seeing his reactionñ

"Me?" He said

She walk over to him and cupped his cheeks.

"Of course its you. the most handsome,caring and the person I love the most" She stand on her tiptoes and kiss her lips.

Artem grab the back of her neck to deepen the kiss.

"I love you" he whisperes againsts her lips before kissing her again.
