After he saving you (y/n moment 🤪🤪) or something along those lines he can realize how much you mean to him. “I cant lose you” type beat. You know???? Ooooo if you want to add fuel to that flame you could have purposely done it so Dean can yell at you later “why would you do something that stupid? You could have died!! What would I do then???” Which obv leads to a heated argument then heated confession and then whatever happens next is up to y’all.
