welcome to the nonsensical-pixels blog: inconsistent previews since est. 2022!

have you ever gotten frustrated by the lack of desert-appropriate clothing out there? maybe you just want your sims to wear anything other than long knitted cardigans in hot weather. or hey, maybe you just like the vibes that come with the strangerville game pack and want them for ts2. well look no further, my strangerville collection is here!

started working on this set at the start of the month, while i was still playing strangertown (rip) but left it to cool for awhile while i went off to play some other custom 'hoods. well, until i started playing natosi by @oceansmotion recently and was in desperate need of more desert clothing, so i decided to resurrect this old project!

there are 6 clothing items included: 2 for adult females, 2 for adult males, and 2 for unisex kids! 🥳 age conversions are welcome!

i know that the original ts4 game pack isn't everyone's cup of tea--personally, it was my favourite--but the clothing sure looks great for ts2! again... at least in my opinion. i hope your desert-dwelling sims enjoy these new cas items--and the 'lil bonus i included!

oh, and because i struggled a lot finding a good backdrop for my previews... have a bonus download! i cloned & edited one of honeywell's easy peasy backdrops to remove the props, and changed up the uv map slightly. then i made random sims 4 themed desert recolors using night cafe! there are 4 swatches in total.

credits go to honeywell for the original mesh & night cafe for the backdrop swatches!

i hope everyone enjoys the items in this download! i worked really hard on them and i can't wait to use them more in my own game! i'm also really proud of my new preview lot haha, i love my new backdrops 📷

Next thing you know, this troubled t[?]n is gawking at all of Miranda's glory- But not before backing up some to gaze up.

The only thing on his mind is one voice, instructing him on how to act, scolding him for his stammers, and lack of style.

definitely an agonizing slow burn type of relationship development

no seriously theres so much SHIT they need to work out i cant even. the day they do will be celebrated.

i like to picture them becoming a fair bit closer in height over years. considering what's known so far i dont think its a big stretch yknow? dante can canonically fluctuate his size if it just gets enough fuel- and blitz aint one to keep em starvin ;) also maybe more prominent demon features in design that make them match their shared aesthetic. OFC hotshit is perfect as he is but hear me out. flowing. fire demon horns. dont worry blitz design change too

they become villain couple goals. yknow the drill. no other options

blitzer has got unfortunately high chance to become abusive. unless whatever lies ahead is accordingly dealt with, he might never unlearn some of his most toxic behavioral patterns and subconscious errors. he might get rather manipulative, controlling, even actually violent.

their relationship does not struggle with the same blockade as the one between blitz and say, dante. they seem to have a decent amount of proper communication as far as ive been made aware. ofc there is still some shit they should address, but it's not as likely to break them up as whatever in the fuck firecracker shipping got going on. (hopefully)

okay with that crap out of the way. they are so..... sappy together i??? blitzer is generally the more casual type, he prefers having safety and stability over constant adventure, and he can be the sweetest son of a bitch youll ever meet when he is at long last comfortable and safe. hugs, smooches, cuddles, oh my! he will not let wine leave that bed. (..UNLESS he is absolutely 100% sure that they want to. be clear in what you want and youll be fine)

their woohoo schedule is like that of lions 100% i can guarantee you. for as long as she's on board, blitz will keep up like wound up. theres ofc always time for other things if they get tired or bored or whatever i am just saying that blitz aint gon disappoint when it comes to that ;)

Usually? His body. That or the fact they need to look pretty high up to meet his eyes. I guess all that adds up to- power.

2: How does their personality differ from being in public vs when alone?

Well for starters, a good example would be his first time with Miranda. In the public eye, Blitzer chooses to come off as raunchy and unbothered as he can, only to turn into a very worrisome loser as soon as the sheets fall over. He'll like, flirt by suggesting the most fucked up positions and activities possible, then ask you if you want another pillow or some oreos the second you're left alone.

5: Do they have a "tell" for when they're lying?

Unfortunately, no. He's gotten too good at lying I'm afraid :)

9: Do they overuse a word/phrase?

Probably a few. No specific reason why, he is just that simple when he wants to. Why change what isn't even broken?

15: Greatest flaw and greatest strength?

Blitz is both too nice and too mean for either side to properly show itself all at once. He's also h- Call it toll of trauma.
