THE WEATHER OUTSIDE IS FRIGHTFUL

hp boys (marauders and golden era) x reader on a snow day! this is my first attempt at smth like this ever so we're gonna pretend i'm good

i'm also australian and have never seen snow so i'm truly making this up

featuring! james potter, remus lupin, sirius black, ron weasley, harry potter, fred weasley, george weasley

james potter

he has no concept of a day inside. ever. as soon as he sees snow outside, he's dragging you out of bed, all excited and happy and shoving one of his jumpers over your head with a, 'it's snowing, love, c'mon c'mon c'mon!' sledding, snow angels, and the most competitive snow ball fights you'll ever experience. if your fingers get too cold, his gloves are already off and he's slipping them onto your hands, before blowing on them gently with the sweetest boyish grin you've ever seen. by the time you two make it back inside, your cheeks are rosy from the cold and there's snowflakes in his hair. he flops onto the couch closest to the fire, his arms wide open and the two of you fall asleep like that, you pressed close to his chest and his arms tight around you.

remus lupin

the two of you have a quiet day in beautiful solitude. how the two of you managed to get some peace and quiet, i have no idea. but you spend the day cuddled up, leaning back against him by the fireplace as you both read together, swaddled in blankets. he somehow knows how to make some of the best warm drinks the world has ever seen. i'm talking cinnamon, warm milk, honey, marshmallows, the lot. there's soft records playing in the background, and it's soft and warm and comforting, the opposite of the harsh weather conditions outside. loving lupin is like that, really. warm. he runs his hands through your hair softly, humming along to the music, just the two of you.

sirius black

ice skating together. for sure. i'm a firm believer that both of the black brothers are amazing at ice skating, and you wake up to his hair falling in your face and that goddamn sirius black grin, a pair of skates in his hand. the two of you rush to the black lake, now frozen over, and he laces your skates for you, every bit the gentleman he was raised to be. he holds your hand and you skate out to the ice, muffled laughs from behind his scarf. once you get the hang of it, it's genuinely fun. even if he's a bit of a show off, skating backwards and on one leg and doing jumps that make your heart stop. you both fall down together innumerable times, leaving you a little sore but hearts pumping, and laughter that gets hushed by a kiss.

ron weasley

you cannot convince me that the son of THE molly weasley is not absolutely incredible at baking. you two make it to the kitchens and pull out the ingredients to make 'the best bloody gingerbread known to man, i swear'. before you know it, you're both covered in flour head to toe, and recovering from a fit of the giggles. while the dough sets, he grins at you like he can't believe that him of all people is with you. he spins you gently, swaying to the christmas music warbling from the old radio, and you rest your head on his chest, at ease and content. it's impossible not to be content, with him. the gingerbread is just as amazing as promised, spiced with ginger, cloves, nutmeg and countless other things you had no idea went well together. sure, you get icing and flour all over yourselves but at the end of the day, you both had a damn good time.

harry potter

you don't see much of the chosen one all day, really. you don't find it odd, per se, but it's a little off-putting, the way he's practically disappeared. it's just about sunset when you finally see him, his cheeks flushed and his breath coming in pants but a wide, beaming grin on his face and a look in his eyes that you've learnt to know means that he's proud of himself. you both slip under the invisibility cloak, sneaking up to the astronomy tower where the most beautiful little picnic has been laid out. your favourite foods, hot chocolate, and a perfect view of the world blanketed in white around you. he looks at you, a nervous grin on his face. you just crash into him with a hug in return. you stay there, just the two of you, until you fall asleep under countless blankets, watching the stars.

fred weasley

similar to james, he's so very excited the minute he sees snow. the two of you spend most of the day outside, first absolutely destroying each other in a snowball fight before calling a truce, making up with a kiss covered in snowflakes. you then both decide on the next best thing; charming snowballs to fly at passerby's. by passerby's, you two mainly mean ron. the whole day is a blur of rosy cheeks, messy hair and messier kisses, and a warmth in your chest that no amount of cold weather could ever dampen. after a long, exhausting day, you two walk into the common room, damp with melted snow and pure happiness. he flops onto the couch like another did not too many years before, and grins at you like a madman before reaching to mess your hair up even more. 'looks better like that', in his very professional opinion.

george weasley

ever the slightly more chill twin, george and you do go outside to compete in what has suddenly become the world championship of snowball fights, but you both quickly grow tired of that and sneak off, finding a quieter spot. he slips his jumper off the moment he sees you shivering, insisting that 's'fine, angel, i wasn't cold anyway, take it'. he conjures up little fireworks for you two to watch as you build a snowman that looks a bit too much like a certain toad like teacher, and take great pleasure destroying it together. the trek back to the common room is long but full of laughs, and when you see the amount of blankets strewn around, well, what other choice is there but to make the world's best blanket fort, equipped with enough pillows to get lost in and little floating balls of light that softly illuminate his cruelly pretty face.

~Usually he would be too small to dress up, but Luffy is and he wants to copy his captain! (Plus Nami has cute outfits for him to wear and how could he ever say no to her?)

Oooohh man. Oh man. This deleted scene hurts me at every capacity. You can see him actually still in the stages of trying life out - he might have a shit-hole apartment and a loud ass mouth but he still has in him a sweetness which the incident and the stress of it so cruelly stripped his outward demeanor of. Look at how honest and outward he is with Amanda - a complete god damn stranger - about her hair, about his expectations, about wanting to take a photo of her. When he says "Very rockstar" it's so casual and abrupt because he just speaks his mind! That's his thing! He just doesn't have the charisma to back it after. And yet still!! He's Advertising his "buddy"'s show! Putting himself in an awkward situation to do it! He cares!! That "I'm not gonna see you there, am I?" being so frank and a little hesitant hits hard, too. Because even though we don't get much of Adam's background, it's clear through his interactions with Gordon in the trap that he does not expect others to be there for him - to show up. He has to beg Gordon not to leave him because he expects and knows that to be what's going to happen; the natural progression. This scene also gives us a glimpse into his way of living. It's crude and crummy just from the apartment building, the grimy vibe and his friend having a half-baked band. This isn't the high life. This is nothing like Gordon's scenes in the first movie. Yet he doesn't seem completely depressed; hell, his love for photography even shines through. Oh look, cool lady? Let me grab a photo!

And what hurts most is that this is the scene where she's scouting him out to be a victim. This is the only real interaction Amanda has with Adam. Adam whom she murders. Adam, the only victim who's death was explicitly stated to be unjust. Someone save me, this hurts too much.

- so. much. candy. sanji really doesnt have much of a sweet tooth, but when hes little, paired with halloween and luffy, usopp, and chopper in your ear about candy, sanji ends up eating so much of it that nami/robin end up having to deal with a very much sugar crashed sanji.

- zoro ends up scaring sanji somehow because he thinks its gonna be funny, but he ends up making their baby cry (he ends up bribing sanji with candy to stop crying before nami or robin comes) (it works)

- unrelated but i like the idea of franky being giving a halloween costume by nami or something and it ends uo being like a bunny. THATS SO FUNNY a huge robot man dressing up as a fluffy bunny makes me actually giggle

- sanji would love to carve pumpkins and then help someone make pumpkin pie with the remains or something. idk how to make pumpkin pie filling but i imagine its with pumpkin

- robin would tell great scary stories, but just age appropriate enough to where she doesnt make sanji cry ☹️

Y/N: My first impression of the members? I was definitely confused by some of their actions, mostly Dokyeom-hyung and Hoshi-hyung... But the person whom I immediately felt comfortable around was Jun and Wonwoo-hyung.

Y/N: A few of the members weren't very... delighted with my addition. I won't name names, but only because co-ed groups weren't a normal thing. And it still isn't. They were cautious around me but over time we warmed up to each other.

I'm the one on stage performing for the fans. I co-write the lyrics. I help to choreograph. Do bear in mind that any and all of what I say here is my own thoughts on what my Adam's childhood was like. The source material doesn't cover much besides the fact that he's got a brother - at least as far as I'm aware. These are scattered and randomized bullet points detailing aspects of that childhood. Not all of them relate to each other.

TRIGGER WARNINGS FOR: Abandonment, child neglect, gambling && child abuse.

Adam doesn't remember much of his mother. She left when he was four, never looked back and he never saw significance in seeking her out. Still, he's managed to carry the abandonment issues she's given him into adulthood.

Plenty of his anger comes from disappointment after disappointment in his father. The man was never home. And it's not like he was some workaholic rich bitch so they'd at least be well-off, no. He was just never interested in taking care of him or his brother. He was often out drinking, betting on the horses or trying to hit on women who weren't interested in him.

Adam's childhood was, for all intents and purposes, empty. His older brother, Benjamin, was his primary care-taker, but it's not like a teenager's a good enough substitute for a parental figure. Especially one who'd have clearly rathered they be with their mother, often gushing to Adam about what she was like and telling him how the only thing their dad loves is his work. Benjamin was generally less nosy and observant than Adam, who figured out their father's constant claims to have been working late were nothing short of bogus when he got too suspicious and followed him around.

He was especially good at playing hide and seek. He knew where to hide whenever specific people were the seekers and often found it easy to track his friends down.

He was lower middle-class for the first half of his childhood and slowly devolved to the lower class the more his father splurged on nonsense.

Adam wasn't the worst at making friends, but he wasn't the best, either. He still had that tongue of his when he was younger, granted everything coming out of it was less crude at the time. He was open and honest but that very honesty cost him many a dramatically-inclined friendship. He never quite gave up on meeting new people until well into his senior year, though.

Adam wasn't great at school, but he wasn't completely terrible either. He didn't know jack about mathematics and found literature pretentious due to his teachers, but art, physical education and history were some of his favorite classes. He especially enjoyed working on projects and little "research papers" for school.

The biggest stifle - or more like the most traumatizing aspect - of Adam's childhood was his grandfather, who didn't take to Adam's more rebellious nature. Unlike his Father, Adam's grandfather was not neglectful: he was outright abusive. Whenever his father would drop him off at his place, Adam would do his best not to interact with the man or to cater to his temper. Still, old, repressed and clearly terrible-natured, Adam's grandfather would find something - anything - to be mad at him or Benjamin for and then proceed to "discipline" them. Benjamin did not get off scott-free, but, being older, he did not have to go to their grandfather's house as much as Adam would. Adam does not like talking about this for obvious reasons, and has since suppressed any and all of his feelings regarding his grandfather - as opposed to his father, whom he'll happily curse out and talk shit about if asked by someone he trusts.

Benjamin, even though taking care of Adam often in the sense that he fed him and taught him how to do most things, always kept a certain distance between him and his younger brother. Adam resembled their mother more - even used to speak a little in her cadence, so Benjamin didn't like the reminder and often felt jealous. Adam didn't understand that jealousy because all he felt towards his mother as he grew was resentment, but he often ventured to soothe Benjamin by flattering him.

It wasn't my fault.

That's what Peter kept telling himself when Norman Osborn died. After all, it's not like he dealt the killing blow, right? All he did was dodge at the last second and let the blades of the glider pierce the Green Goblin's armor, instead of his back. And Norman was trying to kill him first, so really, even if it was his fault, it was self-defense. . . Right?

It wasn't my fault.

Except, that's not quite true. Because at the end, part of Peter was glad when he died--if only for a moment. Not just because he was violently taking his grief-fueled anger out on the criminals of New York, or because he thought the people the Green Goblin had killed deserved justice, but because deep down, Peter knew that there was no other way to stop him. Norman--or the Goblin, he's not even sure if there was ever a difference--was going to keep killing people unless someone stopped him. Peter knew Spider-Man was the only one who could do that, knew he was the only one who'd be able to find a way.

It wasn't my fault.

But there was no other way to stop him. The Goblin had to die. They both knew it. Sometimes, Peter tells himself that Norman even wanted it, right at the end. And Peter knew, the moment he moved out of the glider's path, exactly where it was headed. He knew, and he did it anyway. Because what Peter also knew was that there was no saving Norman Osborn. Not from himself, not from the law--certainly not from the wounds in his gut. The Goblin had to die, and Norman had to go with him.

It wasn't my fault.

Peter ran right after the funeral. He had to. Harry (understandably) wanted revenge on the person he thought was responsible for his father's death--because no matter how awful his father had been to him, he was still his father. And there was no way for Peter to defend Spider-Man--defend himself--without telling Harry the truth about everything. And Peter couldn't do that to him. He couldn't tell his best friend that in the end, his father had been out of his mind, hellbent on destroying the city and everyone in it, without a care of whether or not he hurt his own son in the process. He couldn't tell his best friend that he was Spider-Man. He couldn't tell his best friend that, whether he'd meant to do it or not, he'd won the fight with Norman by killing him. There was no coming back from that. For either of them. And Harry didn't need to know; Peter could carry the weight of the truth for both of them. But he couldn't look his best friend in the eye knowing what he'd done. So he ran. Because, deep down, he knew.

It's all my fault.

And there was no apology in the world to make that right.
