Don’t get me started on her! Just the thought of that woman makes me start to grow enraged. She’s careless and does not care that her ‘fossils’ are in pain almost all the time.

Violence is wrong but I would most certainly kick her out of Unova if she even thought of stepping foot into this region.

While we’re all aware of the colors of the usual Tirtouga and even the shiny…did you know? There’s a very, very rare chance of a Tirtouga with only black and green colors. I myself have not even gotten to see one of these but I hope to! I believe they’re called a swamp variant because of the colors.

When Tirtouga are born their shells are very soft! You need to handle them with care or you could damage the shell and cause it to harden/grow differently.

Tirtouga sometimes show affection by splashing you or trying to pull you into the water with them. Being bit by a Tirtouga is painful.

Sometimes I think about how the only successful instance of fossil revival without imposing the rock type was by Cara Liss of all people and I have to stare at the wall for a little bit to process that!! :p

1. I’m VERY sure it’s not just a Yamask. Considering the moment she realized I saw her and was here the form of the shiny yamask quickly disappeared and I was straight up attacked. Hence my belief the spirit isn’t truly one but posing as one.

Why are all fossil Pokémon rock types? Were they always rock types or is it a side effect of the revival process?

Part of me has come to believe it’s part of the revival process but at the same time the majority of fossil pokemon are rock types.

For example Anorith & Lileep? Originally pure water/grass (Lileep) and bug (Anorith) types back in their original day. Yet in the current age when revived their typings are partially rock. Is there truly an explanation for that? As I implied I’m not entirely sure.

Fun fact! I have a friend in kalos and she believes Tyrunt was originally a pure dragon type. But I think she’s wrong.
