Yuuvil (or glitchy crowns, I use them interchangeably) is one of my oc x canon ships between Vil and my yuusona, Yuuki.

FYI, even though I call Yuuki my yuusona, I don't really see them as a version of myself. I see them more as a character who happens to look like me. I do not ship myself with Vil or any of the TWST cast due to me being aroace.

◇How did they start?◇

Yuuki's story is very similar to the Yuus in the manga, where different Yuus show up in the different chapters. Though, in my universe, Yuuki comes to TWST at the end of book 4 and stays there for the rest of the books.

Yuuki had officially met Vil the same way as the in-game Yuu met him. Their first couple of interactions play out almost the exact same as they do in the game. Though, once Vil overblots, Yuuki sees and reflects over what he's been through. Yuuki yells at Vil, telling him that they empathize with him. Yuuki knew how it felt to feel you're not good enough. To feel inferior. And even through his blot, Vil felt seen. After Vil's overblot, him and Yuuki started to interact a little more, and soon, the two became friends.

The story in book 6 only solidified Yuuki and Vil's relationship. The two grew even closer due to the heist they put together to invade Styx HQ.

◇How are they doing now?◇

Yuuki and Vil are very good friends. They hang out almost every day, yet the two don't have very much in common. Vil has a crush on Yuuki, and Yuuki sort of likes him back. However, due to Yuuki's low self-esteem, they think Vil shouldn't be with "someone like them." Vil is perfect in every way. He's a model and super popular online. Why would he want to be be with a shy, disheveled person like Yuuki?

Vil has come out and confessed his feelings to Yuuki, but they refused his confession, saying that not only do they not have much in common, but that Yuuki would bring Vil's career down. Vil almost refuted against Yuuki's statement, but he couldn't deny that his reputation and popularity meant a lot to him. And if he were to be with Yuuki, what would people think? He couldn't fathom the risks of getting a partner, let alone some as... introverted as Yuuki. So, the two decided to stay friends. For the time being.

◇Random Facts◇

Vil lets Yuuki ramble on about the games they like.

Vil sometimes practices makeup looks on Yuuki.

Yuuki loves to see Vil play video games. Specifically, dating visual novels since Yuuki likes to see Vil show off his romantic prowess.

Vil sometimes picks out outfits for Yuuki and even buys them clothes sometimes, too.
