hey again tommy! i hope you'll enjoy what i included for you in the care kit. i researched protective crystals and found black onyx, black tourmaline, and selenite are considered such so those are the crystals i included. i also assume you meant physical health? i may have misunderstood but if i didn't please enjoy the soothing stuff i included- these aren't a replacement for medical care of course but i find similar stuff to these helpful when i'm dealing with a cold/illness.
