how would dad!ego be with a reader who isn’t really athletic? like, they’re smart in academics but they don’t really do any sports or get out of the house often so they’re pretty weak

-basically, anything that doesn't require you to move much can get your interest very easily. You suck at sports anyways so that's another reason they're never fun to you and you prefer sticking to theoretical things

-for some reason, Ego always expected you to be athletic and thought you'd become very passionate about soccer

-and honestly, Ego has no business judging you for not being athletic. Look at him. He's a walking stick.

-but still, he often mentions that he used to play soccer and tries to get you out of your room more often, but you always refuse to

-every time Ego tries to get you to play soccer and says you spend too much time inside, you remind him he literally does the same as you every day and doesn't even sleep properly

-honestly, he doesn't really care about you being athletic in general, he just wants you to enjoy soccer. But that doesn't grab your interest at all no matter how much he tries
