Thank you for 130 followers! That’s a LOT of people. I didn’t think people would like me so much...So to say thank you, I drew me and all my new awesome friends!! I’m sorry if I missed anyone! My arm is tired!

Tails had set up the trap...It was a seemingly normal microwave...But alas. Once Sonic opened it, he would be hit in the face with a glorious water balloon... -two-tailed-mechanic

"AGH!!"

Sonic is hit right in the face by the water balloon. He yells out in frustration.

"Aw come on!!!"

He grumbles, picking off the pieces of rubber off his face. Okay. Now I'm soaked. Sonic glances around nervously. Someone is definitely watching. Ugh. After a dramatic angry groan, the hedgehogs shakes himself off rapidly...and...

POOF!

"...You guys are jerks..."

The electricity flowing across the hedgehog's quills actually began to die down, as Sonic's body began to feel weaker and weaker by the second. I wanna go home... Sonic sniffles, stuttering as he tries to find his voice. There was someone nearby. Slowly, he points in the direction of his house.

"T-Tom...Maddie…!" Immediately he tries to stand himself up, not really thinking straight as he does so. I have to get to them! T-They can help! They can...He breathing gets funny for a moment, the world slowly getting dark around him. The hedgehog stumbles backwards, barely having stood up...before he collapses back onto the ground, unconscious.

Their faces instantly show off their heartbreak as they see their son Sonic on the forest floor, unconscious. Immediately the two run over to him, Tom picked the kid up in his arms. Maddie wipes some of the blood off his face. "That's not good…" He mutters out softly. The only indication Sonic was still alive was the slow and gentle rise and fall of his chest as he breathed. Maddie quickly feels at his wrist, looking for a pulse. It was slow....well… slowly then his usual pulse. The two adults turn to Tails. "We're gonna home okay? He's...he's gonna be okay." And with that they began to hurry home. The poor guy seemed like he was trying to reassure himself more than anyone else...

"Sonic?!"

The both yelled out, their worry evolving in to full blow parent panic. "W-Where is he? What happened to him??" Maddie puts a hand over her mouth to stop herself from asking any more questions. Of course she was extremely worried now for Sonic, they both were. But the last thing they wanted to do was overwhelm the poor fox, who definitely didn't belong here. Or even really know what humans are as a matter of fact. He must have been young young too, maybe even younger than Sonic. "Can you please show us where he is?" Tom asks about as calmly as he possibly can, though the fear in his voice was all too clear. "We need him to be okay too. Just show us the direction, and we'll be able to help him AND you. Okay?"

The two adults immediately rush out of the car, clearly concerned about who or what they just saw. As soon they got a good look at Tails, their expressions turned from confused to concerned as well. Not only because there was an unfamiliar two tailed fox standing in front of their car...but the poor things worrying expression and the lack of Sonic made both of their parental instincts kick in. "Wh…" Tom mumbles out, the two looking at each other before the both of them kneels down at eye level with the fox. "Hello...You're not from here are you?" Tom looks Tails up and down. The poor thing looked terrified. "I'm Tom, that's Maddie. We're not gonna hurt you, okay?" They smile reassuringly at the kid. "Who are you, sweetie? Is something wrong? Are you lost? Or hurt?"

Sonic was of course startled by the sound of someone's voice, and he squints up at the stranger curiously. His vision had begun to get rather hazy. Was it just me or did everything feel like it was spinning..? "Pl..Please...help.." Sonic begged softly, wiping at the bit of blood dripping from his nose and mouth. He felt weak. Why would...someone do this? "I...I don't...know what..happened...it hurts…" He sniffles, trying to hold back his tears. "I-I’m..scared…" Sonic WAS scared. This pain...wasn't like anything he had ever experienced. He was glad this person had been around to spot him. Even if all they could do was take him home. The awful thoughts of what could've happened to him if no one were around to help him began to invade his mind. And with that, he began to cry again.

"I...I don't wanna die…!"

Sonic wasn’t really sure what had happened, he couldn’t quite remember. He silently scolded himself for being so trusting of other people. All he really knew was that…his insides hurt. His stomach felt like it had tied itself into a tight knot, the nausea being almost unbearable. It felt like he couldn’t breathe. Like every breath in made his chest feel tight, almost like he was choking. The poor hedgehog was curled up on the ground. He begins to cough, and when he looks down at the floor, it seems he had coughed up a bit of blood. The tears that welled up in his eyes now began to run down his face, the kids body sparking with electricity. “P..Please…” He cried out weakly, clutching his stomach in pain. 

“It..It hurts…”

Tom quickly noticed that Tails was staying behind, when he turned around and noticed he wasn't there. That worried him. After a quick conversation with Maddie, he hands Sonic over to Maddie to get help. Sonic’s body instinctively hugging up against his parental figure. She'd take him to the hospital, and instead of following, Tom would make his way back over to Tails. The poor thing looked so lost and sad. Of course he was worried for Sonic, but he sure as hell wasn't gonna just leave this young kid in the forest alone. He obviously wasn't from around here, and was probably from Sonic’s old world. Well, at least that was his guess.

When Tom returns to Tails, he sees him hugging himself. "Hey buddy…" He says in a soft tone. The human kneels down to sorta meet his eye level. "What's your name?"
