life has been lifin’ a LOT lately and it’s made me inadvertently ignore or not communicate with the ones who need to be a lot closer to you during a mental break instead of the opposite of that. while I’m on my journey, it took a ten minute stare into the mirror with tears streaming down my eyes(not to be dramatic) to realize that I’m gonna need to just pause, slow down, and talk to my therapist for more than once a month.
