Awwh I'm so sorry about the nightmares :( I never understood nightmares until recently because I never really had them until this year (smth very traumatic happened and it was rough but dw I'm getting the help I need ❤️) and wow they can be the worst. I listen to a lot of asmr and it really helps also I started doing this super elaborate bedtime routine and it helps me calm down a lot too but you never know when they will come 😔

Yeah I've been dealing with them forever...trauma does that, it just starts to bleed into your dreams and then boom! Nightmares. It's likely just stress, and yes routines help quite alot! I also have things to help me calm down when I wake up like plushies and go to seek out social situations to talk me down if I need to. I'm sorry to hear you have them as well and that something traumatic happened to you, I am sending lots of love and hugs and good thoughts for you!

Of course! I know it will probably seem like a lot...and well...it is! I am about to watch the relay dance omg. I actually laughed, Exo are notorious for not being able to do them on stage and it's a big chaotic mess, so this should be fun!

Also, yes. Rabbit hole but a good one. Exo Ladder has 3 seasons right now. What it is, is basically they go on a trip together and the ladder refers to how they make decisions about things. Normally, what they can and can't eat, etc. Or what they do for activities. It's just a fun game based trip they go on and film. You actually get to learn alot of their personalities this way. Season 1 is CBX (which is a subunit, C-Chen, B-Baekhyun, X-Xiumin) and their visit to Japan.

Season 2 is all of them (minus Lay). Season 2 is complete chaos and it's so funny. Season 3 was filmed in 2022 for their 10th anniversary and Chen, Baekhyun and Chanyeol are not in it because of military.

They are actually about to start filming Season 4 in August! Alot of funny stuff and memes youll see about them doing random stuff and eating are from Exo Ladder seasons. As for where to watch them, I'm including a link below from my Exocord resources for you. They are episodic so you can watch here and there as you want. Also the subunits we can explore down the road, as they are their own little branches of rabbit holes lol. There are a few places to watch on these links. Season 3 didn't have multiple links so it's just for Daily Motion!

You don't need to watch in order, actually you'd be better off starting from Season 2 since it's all of them and they reference a few little things they did in season 1 but it's not really a big deal. Up to you!
