as 2024 comes to a close, i just want to give each and everyone of you the biggest thank you for making my year. without you guys, without this outlet, i don't think would have made it through this year as i have. i am so thankful for each and everyone of you and hope that the upcoming year is kind to each one of you. my hope for the rpc is to finally feel whole again and like a real community and i know, that with the people i follow, that's possible. although 2024 was tough, i urge you to remember the good things the year has brought. no matter how small! anways, happy new year my loves!

list of things i hate in the tw (tv show and movie) writing; (blame @mischieflawed for this cause their post got me thinking of other things that irked me lol)

stiles and malia. you're telling me a girl who's been a literal wild animal since she was 8, suddenly becomes human and one of the first thing she does is have sex in a creepy ass basement and starts a relationship???? 1, mentality is not of a 16 year old girl. not fucking once-- even as she gets older. she constantly has a chld like, naive, and animalistic view to things. it just felt gross and forced in my opinion

don't get me started on scott and malia. first off, this is now the SECOND time that scott has gone after someone stiles likes/been with. first was lydia in season 1 by kissing her knowing your friend has been in love with her for years. then you start dating his ex girlfriend? ODD ODD ODD

allison and scott in the movie. you're telling me this 31 year old man is still so in love with his first love? after she died 14 years ago. also the way she comes back as an adult? like she aged while dead (and i get it the actress aged i'm not saying that doesn't make sense but tbh that whole movie was wack af) and then doesn't remember anything and scott is like yes i want to be with her again. buddy it's been 14 years, this is weird. also again with the mentality thing? if going by when she comes back she's 15 mentally? and then she gets her memories back...she's still 17 mentally. she never was an adult so like tf.

derek sacrificing himself to kill the nogitsune? excuse me sir, you could have let go once the man was on fire. you held on for what reason? you just subjected your 16 year old son to the same trauma that you had? wtf.

scott's lack of care about his friends was crazy to me. stiles was a DEVOTED friend. i mean this kid went head to head with monsters, spent hours upon hours researching, risked his life, had a gun to his head, and so on for his friend and scott ? scott did what? fucked around while his friend was getting attacked? not worried with gerard beat his ass. wouldn't believe him or hear him out about donavan? believed someone he hadn't seen in years instead. constantly put his girlfriends before him. bro pissed me off.

the stupid hass vision thing of lydia and stiles in the movie. stiles would have never let lydia go so easily after waiting so long for her to love him back. nope. could have said anything else to explain his absense. idk like he's in the werewolf division of the fbi that agent mccall and him set up together and they are on a mission.

tooth pain has me pretty much unable to focus on much. it sucks cause this is like day 4 but i can't do anything about it cause of dental insurance not being a thing for another 6 months and no money. so it's hope that otc pain meds and remedies will help (they don't). anyways, i don't work until 10am tomorrow cause the roads are still trash here so if the pain stops for a few, i will be around for most of the day.

guys guys i am "fostering" a puppy! it's a trial with a rescue to see if she's a good fit for our home (we have 3 cats) but i can not wait! she's so cute and her name is buffy (she came into our hospital unnamed so i named her yesterday) . picture under cut
