🪁: does your child enjoy learning about their parents' hobbies, or do they prefer to find their own?

Both😂 but he DOES like our hibbies the most. Enmei loves gardening and tending to nature from Hanami, and they almost always go outside to bond together in forests, where they can talk about plants, insects, birds, and many more things! Hanami is happy beyond words that their son is taking his steps🥰 As for mine, Enmei adores drawing as well! He already showed quite the talent! When we're usually winding down in Dagons domain, Enmei really enjoys it when we take some favorite coloring books of his and color to oblivion! It's calming and fun for him!

🤲: how did your child react when they met you and your f/o's friends? are they shy?

Yes, Enmei is very shy😂 I cannot count how many times he has ran to hide behind Hanami or me or even Sephiroth (his guardian) when he had to meet new people that he thinks are intimidating. For example, he found Jogo, Kuro, Mahito and Kaze to be very intimidating, while with Dagon and Lee, and Ilia, he felt a bit more brave.

When Enmei matured a bit, he still wasy quite shy to meet new faces, but showed big interest and will to be introduced!

👒: which physical traits does your child get from you? which do they get from your f/o?

Enmei has wood antlers from Hanami, black and brown hair that fades to dirty blonde (Hanami) to white (Genesis). He has darker skin colour than Genesis, but has their freckles, and colorful eyes. While Genesis doesn't have pupils, Enmei does have white pupils like Hanami, but his single purple eye has a black pupil. Enmei also has black marks under his eyes, on his forehead, and across his chin and lip, also from Hanami ^^ they start to glow when he uses his abillities like Genesis' own!

🧠: which emotional traits does your child get from you? which do they get from your f/o?

From me (Genesis), he gets undying curiosity, childlike energy, politeness, creativity and vast imagination, empathy, and hardwork, strong determination, passion for things, phylosophical thinking and sense of protectiveness from Hanami. For negative ones, blinding rage and stubborness he gets from Hanami, and from me, being too sensitive, and vengeance.

💬: what was your child's first word? was it a nickname for you or your f/o or something entirely different?

It was just 'I love you.' 🥺

Enmei, being a child created between a cursed spirit and and an immortal being (ooo foreshadowing oooo), they were meant to be much more 'evolved' and 'mature' than a typical child. Enmei was a silent child at first, and he rarely made bubbly baby sounds, he just hummed and released sounds a human would, when confused, or curious or similar! But his lack of speaking is like a baby learning to speak overtime in real life!

Once, Genesis was struggling with something, and were upset, shedding even a tear or two. Enmei noticed, and just when Genesis was about to explain everything was alright and that he shouldn't worry, he bumped his forehead against theirs and said those three words fluently.

Let's just say Genesis cried rivers for the next half an hour.😂

🍼: what's your child's comfort item and where did it come from? is it a hand-me-down?

I dunno if I already said this, but like Genesis, Enmei has a living plushie on his own! It's a white lamb who can rattle, and her name is Marry >< she's very shy, and sleeps like a lot (min five naps a day i swear)

Genesis is the one who created it for him! She's his caretaker, since she can transform into a human-hybri- okay, a two legged furry, and always is there to aid him when needed (Now I know I have said Sephiroth from Finaly Fantasy becomes his guardian, but Sephiroth knows SHIT about taking care of babies💀 so yeah he got additional help sometimes)

it is not a hand-me-down, but it IS inspired by Genesis' own plush friend!

☀️: what's your child's favorite game to play with you and your f/o? tag? hide and seek, maybe?

OMG OMG I LOVE THIS QUESTION SDHSJHDHSHGSD

Enmei likes a lot of games, one cannot simply satisfy him, so with that said:

With Genesis, he likes to color books, draw, find shapes in the clouds, and play hide and seek, as well as tag! But one of Enmeis personal favorite is when Genny puts him in their lap, and jump him up and down moving their legs to the rhytm of a kids song! He also likes to play peek-a-boo, hand clapping games, and many more

With Hanami, he likes it when Hanami throws him into the air, or spin him around! He weights like couple of grains to Hanami, duh😂 he smol🥺 anyways, Enmei always likes to run up to them when hes free and ask for uppies, and Hanami just could NEVER say no to his son. NEVER. They will drop EVERYTHING to tend to him. They also like to play peek-a-boo with them, collect random trinkets such as fossils and oddly shaped (organic ) stuff, and chase insects and bubbles together too!

🧁: what's your child's favorite thing in the world? what's their least favorite thing?

Those he considers his family🥺 and there are many: Genny, Hanami, Junior, Marry, Sephiroth, Jogo, Mahito, Dagon, (he sees him as a brother figure😭), Nahida (sees her as a sister figure), Sugar Swan and Millenial Tree Cookies, Sukuna (believe it or not), countless of my ocs which I won't elaborate on bc there are SO many, and much much more ^^ (OH YEAH, HE CONSIDERS KURO HIS FAMILY TOO <3 AND OTHER OCS LIKE KAZE AND ILIA AND LEE!)

Their least favorite thing is.... Seeing anyone struggle, and not being able to help. That is one of Enmeis worst fears. It's his natural instinct to protect, provide and comfort. So, he sees himself as useless when unable to help, seeing the person or people suffer in front of him. (Don't get me wrong, he sometimes know help isn't possible in some cases, and he shouldn't intervene, but an innocent kid he is, he would feel guilt.)
