What's the origin of your blog title: It's honestly just something that's kinda made up, 'musette' is a term I picked up from Jacques Brel's song 'Vesoul', and while this isn't what it means, I like that it sounds kinda like a French diminutive of 'muse', and then 22 is just my birthday / lucky number 🤷🏻‍♀️

She’s 4 years old, diagnosed with autism and part hamster. Her favorite toy is a Bluey plushie. She never goes anywhere without it and if she loses it, she’ll throw a tantrum. Her favorite snack is Nutella spread on toast with fruit.

Nika is surprisingly smart for her age. One of her hyper-fixations is dogs; she likes to read fact books about different types of dogs. Bluey is her favorite TV show. She watches other cartoons like Welcome Home, Martha Speaks and Paw Patrol.

Nika can get distracted easily; she will often need to be called to attention. Sometimes, she will stare quietly at someone, but she only does this when she is interested in them. If they look at her, though, she will quickly get shy and hide her face. She has a habit chewing on things; she wears a fidget necklace to distract herself from doing this.

Nika has several stimming behaviors such as playing with her hair, rocking back and forth, bouncing her leg or kicking her feet while sitting and chewing on a fidget necklace.

GOD. I hate when you give personals the benefit of the doubt and let them stay only for them to rb your stuff later on. Like, it's fine for a while!!! They do okay!! They're courteous and polite!! But then, out of nowhere, they start interacting w your threads.

Off the top of my head, there's only one SPECIFIC muse I think would be interesting, particularly for Jane:

Sadie Adler. Two violent and vengeful women!!! C'mon!! It's perfection right at the core. I've been playing RDR2 a lot lately and just got to the part where Sadie goes on her killing spree at Hanging Dog Ranch. Maybe not quite as outwardly violent, but it does have some Jane energy to it.

Basically any child muse up into the teens, especially children that have seen neglect or trauma. A crucial part to remember about Jane's character is that she was a mother, and she loved being a mother. It's painful for her to be around children, but she would never turn away a child in need, and I think that's a really interesting concept to delve into if given the chance.

You know. I'm glad I stay out of community discourse at this point slkngslkn so much of it makes me feel. Alienated in my experience. Like. So many creatures out there talk about how them being a therian or just non human in general is this awful experience for them and that they're experience is almost never happy and they subscribe to the idea that to be a therian or to be non human is to be unhappy and miserable all the time ( and as someone who's also trans and not perisex this just reeks of transmed talking points but I'm not the first to point that out) it just makes me feel like I'm just a fraud.

It saddens me how I have such a... loving and happy relationship to my caninehood and I look at a community who is hurting, for understandable reasons, but takes that hurt and attack people for not fitting into the mold they think it should be. I watch as a non spiritual therian who doesn't quite know where their doghood came from nor feels like being a therian is this terrible thing no one would wish upon themselves and I just... ache for others just trying to find some explanation or comfort in themselves.

And with something as PERSONAL and UNIQUE as non humanity it only makes me wish the community was more open to how others identities are personal and how others overlap. And sure I can understand the sentiment that being a therian can be difficult but it's already bled into such a sufferers mindset that if you're happy at all being a therian you must be faking in some way cause "it's miserable". That's just not what it is for me. My experience so deeply personal and hard to describe and not like many others but at the end of the day I'm a therian. Because I see myself as a dog I more comfortable viewing myself as a dog referring to myself as a dog makes me happy! And that's all I, and anyone else, needs to feel or be personally valid in their non-humanity, really.

I've been spending a lot of time going through my garage and trying to clear it out of junk. I also do a lot of other household chores since I don't have a job right now so it's my responsibility to take care of things at home. I walk my dog every day, and draw a lot. I should write more, but lately all my writing is RP stuff, even tho I have novels and fanfics I need to work on.

I dont currently have a wishlist but I really should make one. Off the top of my head, I know I'd like to use Alma and Arda more and explore them. They are extra special characters to me, particularly Alma. It would be fun to explore his darker side more.
