hear me out hear me out! Green au reader who is beloved by the primordial gods! Like Nyx-night, Erebus-Darkness, Thanatos-Death and Hypnos-Sleep!

Ohoho!!! I like it! And let's not forget Chaos!

Nyx is keeping them safe at night, showing them stars when they look out the windows or gaze at the stars... she's a calm, steady, constant force, who could crush the scientists amd guards like bugs if she could...

Erebus sends shadows to watch them, to paint stories on the walls for them in puppet shows and mock fights, and hiding them from danger if a scientist hears them sneaking around. He'd rip the shadows from those guards and puppeteer them to release those poor kids if he could...

Thanatos is careful, keeping special care of the dead children when they come to him, but letting them visit Reader to let them know they are okay, that they're amongst the fields of asphodel or elysium. Thanatos does speed up the death of the older or sick scientists, taking great pleasure to hurt them for all the experiments and samples they've procured from Reader and their friends...

Hypnos brings peace to Reader and the others when they sleep. Only peaceful dreams, filled with feasts and friends and They Of The Stars, all of them happy and having fun... One day it won't be a dream, Hypnos promises... one day they'll all be free, and their dreams will become reality... they just need more time...

Chaos, Mother/Father of All Great Ones, wishes to cradle Reader close, to comfort them, to comfort all their dear children and grandchildren and great-grands, to crush the puny mortals who make them beg for death, for relief, for help, for mercy... one day they and theirs will break free... and when they do... it will be the end of mankind, and a new age of the Gods...

(I imagine Nyx is the night sky and galaxies in a humanoid shape, with black holes or novas for eyes...)

(Erebus changes shapes, having wings one minute, horns the next, a tail, or even great talons... any shadow that is, they can look like... even all of them at once, if he wishes...)

(Thantos is probably wrapped in tattered, ghostly black robes, with his face hidden... his hands are black, skeletal, and very long, tipped with sharp claws... six feathered wings can burst from his back, dark as night and as cold as death...)

(Hypnos is made of mists and clouds, always fuzzy at the edges, with hard to remember features, save for a soothing voice and soft robes...)

(Chaos is the void, the vastness of space, the emptiness of all beyond and beyond... they are vest seen as a larger than life shadowy figure, with the sun and moon as its eyes... its hair is the Milky Way... its jewelry the planets... its tears the stars...)
