Maybe if this were the old shell of herself, the one who held no poise nor some semblance of confidence, she'd have shrunk away from him. Not because of his manner of speech nor the way he holds himself, but because of her fear of being unable to. Because she's certain if that old her was here right now-- he likely wouldn't have even reluctantly let her help. And the old her wouldn't want to push it.

But here and now she stands, blooming beautifully like a nurtured flower, a sense of confidence in her ability to help along with more calmness to her nerves. After seeing her dearest friend again and knowing she could visit any time... it's like there's a new vigor too her energy. So as they remain within the white walls she knows all too well while she helps recover his memory, she holds no doubt in her mind she can help him.
