                    𝘵𝘩𝘦   𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭   𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯   𝘰𝘯   𝘵𝘩𝘦   𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘮𝘯   𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘺'𝘴   𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦   𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴   at   the   words   ever   so   slightly,   as   zoe   fights   the   hardest   of   battles   to   keep   believing   in   the   promise   of   a   better   time.   perhaps   it   was   foolish   to   cross   realms   &   seek   help   amongst   different   lands,   different   people   ;   ones   that   aren't   familair   with   what   horrors   ripto   unleashes   on   the   worlds   of   avalar   wouldn't   possibly   understand   the   urgency   behind   her   requests.

                    then,   again,   there   are   villains   everywhere   一   evils   beyond   one's   comprehension   if   they   aren't   native   to   the   source   of   the   issue.

                    her   heart   breaks.   she   saw   summer   forest's   castle   flags   replaced   with   that   disgusting   maw   of   the   dinosaur.   it's   only   a   matter   of   time   before   he   reaches   other   palaces,   other   kingdoms,   terrorizing   all   the   inhabitants   &   destroys   everything   in   his   wake.

                    zoe's   opalescent   wings   fall   down   upon   her   back   and   her   eyes   fill   with   tears.   she's   desperate.   she'll   do   anything.   anything.

                    lithe   fingers   curl   around   a   jadeite   jewel,   it's   golden   bands   circling   around   in   the   pixie   -   powder   dusted   palm.
