Luis was seeing red. The fact he could control himself at all was a miracle and he hardly believed in those. Not when people up and disappeared into thin air. Not when Shona, not Rei - the list felt like it went on and where there had been a thread of control left inside of him, all that remained was a frayed piece. His fists flew out around him, destroying everything in his path until he could finally take a breath and scream.

Usually when Luis was working out, he kept to himself, even showing off every once in a awhile, but today? Today he was fuming and either they were going to join in at this level or the get the fuck out of his way.

"I told you to get here at eleven -" Luis started, eyeing her as his gaze fell to the phone in his hand which read half past ten. Not that he'd been doing anything else right now, thankfully, but he could have been and if Peri had shown up and seen something she shouldn't have? That would have been bad...for her. "You're so impatient." Though his tone was one of derision, judgement even, Luis could use that. He wasn't mad that she hadn't been able to follow directions, that could be taught. "Maybe I should leave you out here until you learn how to listen."

"Never thought I'd see the day when it was just you and me around here." It felt strange, stranger than even the darkest tasks that Oz had ever sent him on. Those things were fucked up, but he found comfort in them, this was different. "Your choice tonight how we deal with it, yeah? Drugs, booze, club. I know three is a lot of choices for you but for some reason I think you can handle it."

One of Luis’s favorite past times was adding to his collection of ink and he was just wrapping up his second session for another piece on his shoulder when he spotted them. “You lost? Didn’t peg you as someone who’d come around here.”

"There she is." Luis smirked when the familiar blonde appeared at the bar near him. His words made it seem like they'd plan to meet but it was purely a happy coincidence. Which didn't happen often to people when Luis was involved. "Feel like I haven't seen you around the casino recently, you're not avoiding me, are you?"

“One, sec, sweetheart,” Luis murmured in Tiff’s direction when she came into his line of sight, finishing off the call he had to make on Oz’s behalf. The calls weren’t his favorite things in the world, he’d much rather show up in person and beat the shit out of them if needed but alas, he had to seem somewhat diplomatic yet threatening. Somehow he managed and when he hung up, he gave Tiff a smug little smirk. “To what do I owe the pleasure? Didn’t think we had any plans tonight.”

"Ah, there he is. The big man." Luis chuckled, watching as Mason finally made his way out the back of the building. He seemed nervous and the man liked that a lot more than he should have but when did he ever do what he should? "Why are you lookin' like you're breaking the rules? You are the rules, sweetheart." He had news, of course, but Luis wasn't going to miss out on an opportunity to make him squirm a little bit.

There were certain vibes that went along with every bar in Evermore and The Snuggly Duckly was dirty. Seedy. It was filled with people who didn't want to be recognized, wanted to be left alone, so when Luis's eyes landed on Hans ( someone he didn't know much about outside of what Pacifica used to try and get a rise out of him ), he was confused as to why he was there. "You lost, man?" he asked, turning to look towards the man who was a few seats away.

"You've been avoiding me. Don't tell me you've finally found a brunette that isn't me." More likely, their last adventure together might have scared her a little bit from riding his ass all the time but that didn't mean that he didn't want to see her. Tiffany was easily one of his favorite people after the Boogie Boys.

The holidays brought about a particular joy within Luis. He loved fucking with them. It gave him so much of a thrill to ruin people's well laid plans and taking people by surprise when they were expecting everything to be all cheery and bright. Not on his watch. But that didn't mean he also didn't partake in some light fun here and there and nothing made that easier than some innocently placed mistletoe. Which is why, when he spotted some hanging up in the back hallway of The Snuggly Duckling ( someone had a sense of humor ), Luis posted up nearby to watch the chaos unfold when unsuspecting people walked underneath. After a while though, he started to feel a little left out and the only way to fix that... Standing up, he looked around the room until he spotted a familiar face. Perfect. As she moved past him, Luis followed a few steps behind waiting for her to finish whatever call she was on before smirking at her the moment her eyes fell on him. "Well, look what we have here." He mused, closing the distance between them in a swift movement, kissing her before she had a chance to make some kind of joke about mistletoe or whatever she might have said. Sure, he might get slapped but hey, it was worth it for a little excitement. / @ncttheprincess

There were nights when Luis didn't mind working the tables at the casino, sometimes he actually enjoyed it quite a lot and tonight was one of those nights. Maybe it was because of the autumn season, riding the high off of Halloween for a few weeks longer but whatever it was, he was having more of blast tonight taking people's money. Spotting a familiar blonde, someone he'd seen around plenty of times in town, he gave her a mischievous yet inviting look. "You lookin' to try your luck tonight, sweetheart? Something tells me you'll come out on top."

Spotting a familiar figure in one of the booths at the back of the bar, a devilish smirk spread across Luis’ lips as he made his way over to his favorite mayor. Sliding into the seat next to him, he got uncomfortably close considering they were only in dim shadows, arm moving around the back of the booth behind Mason. “You haven’t been avoiding me have you? Starting to take the silence a little personally.”

“Well, if none of these idiots catch your attention, you know where to find me.” Luis spoke with a smirk as he finished off his drink, knowing his break was almost over and he should head back over to the card table soon.

Luis was first and foremost a menace and that only become more of everyone else's problem the closer it got to Halloween. Sure, it was all-year round but there was no time like spooky season to really turn things up a notch. The corn maze was easily his favorite place to stroll around, hiding behind corners to give adventurers an extra scare. Settling into one of the many dead ends, it took him a second to realize the area was already occupied. "Are you lost, Mr. Mayor? Seems like you're all turned around."

"I don't really see how that's my problem, pandejo. Either you get the job done or someone's going to have to clean up your mess and no one's gonna be happy about that..." Luis paused, focused primarily on the idiot currently fucking things up on the other end of the phone, those his eyes caught movement coming in his direction, better to wrap this up quickly. "...yeah, that's what I thought." Hanging up, his face was masked by his usual smug smirk by the time Sally reached him. "Well, well, well if it isn't my favorite...Sally. Fancy meeting you here."
