with @coalburns help i've finally decided on kate's hunger games au. mother was a gamemaker (which means she's dead - BUT kate isn't that upset) anyways, kate grew up in the capitol. Slowly starts to question the games, but she doesn't want to think of her mother and father as bad people, but then she becomes friends with a victor and realises just how bad it really is.

Kat wears purple highlights in her hair and cat ears while in the capitol and takes inspiration from Tigris.

Kate also wears purple highlights but dresses very mute in comparison to the rest of the capitol
