For the 🦴Harpy Hare🍂 AU, I've decided how to do it! ( to: @ainsellshadewalker Enjoy the AU! I'm going to send you the picrew pictures of the four friends!)

Okay, it's set in a more fantastical/spooky magical setting, with mutants holding magic, but needing to practice with their specific magic if they hope to control it and explore the different forms their magic can take. Once a mutant reaches a certain age, they start carving or making a mask, which has their animal form and their spirit/magic tied to it. Once they're considered of age, they get to don it, and it will center their magic and make it more powerful.

Creed Reader in this au is more or less on their own, left to their own devices, but never allowed to stay near the others, due to not conforming to either groups. They're the only child of Sabretooth, one of the most dangerous and deadly magic wielders, and are the nibling to his brother, the ferocious (and unstoppable) Wolverine, but that doesn't earn them any favors...

Reader secretly helps out some of the younger teens with their magic, despite being younger than them (Kitty, Kurt, and Pietro), and they all become friends, whether they know it or not. They keep these meetings secret, and Reader teaches them how to think outside the box and get creative with what they can do. And the others offer Reader companionship amd care, which they've severely lacked.

The Incident happens, and they're all captured, by enemies of mutants, scientists and officials from different lands and kingdoms, all of whom want to harness their magic, either by controlling them... or by taking the magic from them and putting into an object they can wield. Reader, seeing where everything is going, decides to call upon an ancient magic: an oath of sorts, the trading spell... (one can spare a life, or lift others up, but you must give something to fill their cup) (meaning, you sacrifice something, your own blood or life, amd you can save someone else or give them power or protection)

Reader activates this spell when they're killed, as they'd scratched a few symbols into the floor... and their blood was the payment for the spell to be complete. They and the others were killed, but when their season came up (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn), they come back... and now they have to find each other, try to escape whatever hunts their trails, and try to figure out what to do now... and where their families are... (and in Reader's case, find out the truth of why the world is so different, and see if they can get their friends back to their families)

(I gave Reader a tufted owl mask, Pietro has a moth mask, Kitty has a desert fox mask, and Kurt has a bat mask)

(This au is inspired by: the Harpy Hare song, my love of masquerade masks (I have a small collection), The Owl House, fantasy/nature adventure books (looking at you, Redwall and The Hobbit), forest playlists, and the overall vibe of Autumn amd Halloween!)

hi!! im kinda new here, so ive been stalking your works tryna get caught up with all the AUs concept you had and im not gonna lie its a lot and everytime i tryna read some of it i just dont know what was happening (the only one i get truly enjoy the experience and on board is dark au and it was really good btw!!), could you maybe break it down all of the AUs you got like giving a summary all thats stuff? and lastly do you have AUs that centered around yandere!logan with the reader? im genuinely sooo sorry if im asking too much or if my ask annoyed you!! you can ignore this if you want, im totally okay with it! thank youuu, love your work!!! 💓💓

Okay! Hello! I'm glad you enjoy the aus, and while I can't do all the aus in one sitting, I can do a few! Let's see what we can do:

🖤Dark AU: Reader, Kurt, Kitty, and Pietro end up dying, and end up in the future, where their friends and family have taken a turn for the worst, and won't let them go...

• 🌓Meet Me In The Woods🪶 AU: Creed Reader in the Dark AU, so it's, well, darker, in a way, and the teens either are with them, or Creed Reader is on their own, trying to avoid mutants, while discovering things have changed in quite a drastic way...

• 🦴Harpy Hare🍂 AU: Dark AU, but in a fantasy or mode fantasy setting

🐝Hivemind🧪 AUs: Where the characters fall under a hivemind or become a hivemind, and Reader is usually trying to escape it, or was part of it and now is free from it (can be mixed with a Drone AU)

🧪Drone AU: Where the characters fell to an experiment that made them obedient, and Reader escapes from it; after relaxing one of their own is missing, the rest gain back some of their freedom, and take over, and now are trying to fund Reader and bring them back, willing or not...

🌺Lotus Eater AU: Where the characters end up ina Lotus Eater place, and Reader resists it, but they're caught and forced to stay (one of my first aus)

🐉Wings of Fire AUs: Where the X-Men characters and Reader are dragons in a Wings of Fire-fied world, but it's only X-Men characters, not characters from Wings of Fire

Creed Reader AUs: Where Reader is the child of Sabretooth, and did not have a good life; they ran, were thought to have died, then a few years later end up back with the mutants, who are now platonic yandere for them...

Hello, @ainsellshadewalker! Guess what? Because you mentioned the game harpy hare in your fic, and I finally listened to the song, you have helped inspire me to make a new au! I give you the: 🦴Harpy Hare🍂 AU!

Okay, so, for October, I've wanted to make a witch or magic au, or at least have a magical or spooky element. But I also really love writing for Creed Reader, and the Dark AU. So, what do I do after hearing a forest playlist and the Harpy Hare song? Make a new au with all of those things, naturally!

The mutants are in a slightly more magical/power-infused world, and their mutations are actually the magic/powers they're gifted with, for unknown reasons. Reader is the child of one of the more cruel ones and a relative that one's dangerous brother and bloodline... Reader, one way or another, ends up on their own, always slightly wary of others, never quite truly honest, and always masking around others, to the point no one is sure what they want or who exactly they are...

Kurt, Kitty, and Pietro are young ones of the odd mutants/magic-wielders/some name I'll come up with later, who secretly get helped by Reader, and slowly form a friendship with them, whether they know it or not.

They all end up captured by enemies to their groups, they deal with blood being taken and their magic tested, and find out that their captors don't plan for them to live past these. So Reader decides to sacrifice themself to give the others a chance to survive. They'll use their blood, and possibly their life, as a sacrifice to the magic and its power, and hope the spell or offering is enough to save them all...

Well... after they die, they're brought back, but... there's a mark upon their wrist, their head feels foggy, and they're having to try and find the others as they explore a world that is quite diffent from what they remember...

And something seems to stalk their trail, hinting after them... but why? And can Reader escape it?

(This can be a modern au, but with mutants and other heroes and villains with power having more magical means or something like that... not quite witches, or wizards, more like random magic that is special to that one person, and they get to try and master it) (I really wanted a slightly spooky/magical version of the Dark AU, and well, here it is!)

In the Harpy Hare Au, which season belongs to which kid and why?

Good question! Okay, let's get into it!

Kurt is definitely Spring, due to rebirth, animals and families renewal and birth, the thawing of death or cold to life and warmth, and the first buds of new life (like Kurt's sunshine self). I matched it to his personality, and he also seems the type to enjoy Spring the most. I see him picking fresh berriesand eating them off the bush and vine, planting seeds, and curling up in the sunlight for a nap while it's the perfect temperature... (He wears a little bat mask when he comes back)

Kitty is definitely Summer, in part due to her sassy yet bubbly attitude, and in part due to Summer seeming like a bright, triumphant season (and Kitty is triumphant in smarts, wits, and being overall clever and a good friend). She probably enjoys reading in the sunlight, soaking up the sunshine and cooling dien in the shade with fresh fruit and near cool water... (she wears either a desert fox mask, or a cat mask)

Pietro is either Autumn or Winter, due to his color scheme, but also due to his power (being like the cooler winds of those seasons) and his hair being white or very pale. He would match the most with Winter, I'd say, and would probably enjoy snowball fights, bundling up in a group nest to sleep in fur blankets, and watching the sunrise from the trees or a hill... (he wears either a moth mask or a blue bird mask... maybe a snowflake one?)

Reader is Autumn, due to their slightly cold, yet slightly warm ways, their disposition, and their color scheme (cold to cruelty, warm to friendship, is a mix of traits). They'd enjoy collecting nuts and sharing them, collecting leaves in different hues, and watching the stars at night... (they wear an owl mask, either tufted, like a Screech or Horned owl, or that of a barn owl)

(Please, ask whatever questions you want for this au! I'm excited for it, because yes! Magic! Masks! Spells and symbols! The eerie feeling lurking under it all...) (Mwahaha!)
