in bed meditation session.

prayer before my feet hits the floor.

workout routine ( at home gym.)

full hygiene routine + get dressed.

cook or grab breakfast & coffee. 

𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐔𝐏:

team meeting phone call or zoom.

set schedule for the day ( rehearsal, studio, interview, etc.)

speak with manager about upcoming events & performances.

stop by the office to ensure everything is good w/ the label.

𝐌𝐈𝐃 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒:

solo lunch or linked lunch w/ family, friends or coworkers.

studio sessions ( impromptu or scheduled.)

rehearsals for upcoming performances or shows.

window for anything else work related.

𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐋 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐍:

grab or cook dinner.

last minute calls or emails.

repeat hygiene routine.

spend time with my son.

whatever happens till bedtime.
