헌법재판소는 월요일인 2월 3일 최상목 대통령 권한대행 겸 경제부총리가 극좌 운동권 출신으로 법원 내 좌편향 판사 사조직인 우리법연구회 출신의 마은혁 판사를 헌법재판관에 임명하지 않은 것의 위헌 여부를 선고할 예정이다.

역시 우리법연구회 출신인 문형배 헌재 소장이 주도하고 있는 헌법재판소는 윤석��� 대통령 탄핵에 필요한 탄핵인용 헌재 재판관 추가 확보를 위해 마은혁 재판관 후보자 불임명은 위헌이라고 선고해 최상목 대행을 압박할 가능성이 높다.

현재 헌법재판관은 정원 9명 중 한 명이 공석인 8명이다. 이 가운데 다섯 명이 우리법연구회 등 좌파세력과 직간접적으로 인연이 있다.

헌재 소장 대행인 문형배 재판관을 비롯해 이미선 재판관, 정계선 재판관은 우리법연구회나 후신인 국제인권법연구회 출신이다. 또 대한민국의 주적이 누구인지 밝히는 것은 적절하지 않다고 한 정정미 재판관과 전북 전주 출신의 김형두 재판관은 우리법연구회 회장 출신인 김명수 전 대법원장이 헌법재판관으로 지명한 사람들이다.

여기에 우리법연구회 출신인 마은혁 판사가 재판관에 추가되면 윤석열 대통령 탄핵 인용에 필요한 6명의 헌법재판관 확보가 가능해진다. 이 때문에 많은 문제점에도 불구하고 문형배 소장 대행 등이 한덕수 대통령 권한대행 국무총리 탄핵심판 등 더 시급한 사안을 외면하고 마은혁 건 처리를 서두르고 있다는 비판이 속출하고 있다.

이와 관련해 최상목 대통령 대행 겸 부총리는 헌재가 ‘최 대행의 마은혁 헌법재판관 후보자 임명 보류’에 대해 위헌 결정을 내리더라도 마은혁 씨를 곧바로 임명하지 않는다는 방침을 세운 것으로 알려졌다.

한덕수 대통령 권한대행 국무총리와 달리 정계선 조한창 헌법재판관을 임명해 상당한 비판을 받았던 최상목 대행이 이처럼 마은혁 임명에 부정적인 입장인 것은 대통령 대행이라는 위치에 대한 자각과 함께 최근 거세게 불고 있는 대통령 탄핵반대 국민여론도 상당한 영향을 미친 것으로 분석된다.

경제관료 출신인 최상목 대행은 서울대 경제학과 82학번이다. 전공은 다르지만 학번으로는 나와 같은 대학의 1년 뒤 학번이다. 또 과거 내가 동아일보 경제부장이나 논설위원 시절 내 사무실로 업무상 찾아온 최 대행을 만난 적도 있고 휴대폰에 전화번호도 입력돼 있으니 인연이 아주 없다고는 할 수 없다. 그런가 하면 이 페이스북 공간에서는 페친 사이이기도 하다.

그런 인연을 가진 최 대행에게 말한다. 최 대행은 좌편향 저질 재판관이 즐비한 헌재가 무슨 결정을 내리든, 무슨 짓을 하든 절대로 지금 마은혁 판사를 헌법 재판관으로 임명해서는 안 된다.

만약 헌재의 무리한 결정에 맞서 마은혁을 재판관에 임명하지 않았다고 해서 더불어민주당이 대통령이나 국무총리처럼 당신도 탄핵한다면 그것은 기꺼이 감내할만한 ‘영광의 탄핵’이 될 것이다. 하지만 정계선 조한창 재판관을 임명할 때처럼 또 민주당과 좌익 눈치��� 보면서 마은혁 판사를 헌법재판관에 임명한다면 두고두고 최상목 개인의 인생에 평생 불명예로 남을 것이다.

KBS2's new Wed-Thurs drama 'Perfect Family' released two-shot pictures of Lee Sungwoo (Kim Myungsoo) and Shin Dongho (Kim Dohyun).

'Perfect Family' is a mystery thriller about a seemingly happy and perfect family grows suspicious of each other due to the daughter's murder.
