白餡をういろうで包んだお菓子に見えるのですが、外側は練り餅かもしれません。弾力が強いです。兎も角、とっても美味しいです。

漉し餡を粒の大きめの道明寺で包みこんだお菓子です。これ程道明寺のつぶつぶ感を直接現したこちらのようなお菓子は他のお店で見かけないのでとても珍しいお菓子ですが、とっても美味しいお菓子です。

名古屋の川口屋の梅が香です。
