synopsis : eating doughnuts with your co-worker under a crescent moon

march 7th was always the happy-go lucky girl in your workplace, so how is it that she winded up eating with you, the always dead and level-headed girl?

march always found herself looking at fashion and threw herself at the opportunity of a date whenever she could but even then she never found someone she actually loved

feeling tired from being scolded at work, her failed date, never experiencing the feeling of love. march broke down in the middle of the road, the city lights being the only thing shining on her besides the light from the moon. it seemed she was too involved with her problem to notice you were standing in front of her

"whats wrong?"

"everything about me! so many things are wrong with me and i dont know how much longer i can wait…"

wait, she recognized that voice

"___!?"

"i didnt know you lived so close by. want one?"

you simply dismiss march and pull out a donut. march thinks for a bit before taking the donut from you and sitting down on a nearby bench, you following suit

"thanks"

"of course, i always grab a donut whenever i mess up"

"wait, you mess things up!?"

"well, why else would i be eating one right now?"

march cant help but just silently nod her head and continue eating the donut. after that, you guys didnt talk for the rest of the night even when march noticed you had a little crumb on the edge of your mouth march cant help but not wanna break the comforting silence, so she started up ahead at the crescent moon

I finally decided to try out the new Honkai: Star Rail that came out last week and am really enjoying having the character March 7th on my team. She's an archer who can provide shields for the party. She's definitely a cool character so I knew I had to draw her in a nice casual style!😁

i might change my mind later, but i will not be actively reblogging the prompts on march atm. ultimately i just find it easier to send things out on march as opposed to answering my inbox & i always feel bad for not being able to answer things in time for events because i get overwhelmed 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ so this post is my Hi March 7th Is At Lantern Rite post in place of the prompt list reblog

but i shall be shooting her into as many inboxes as i have the energy to! for the vibes she is wearing her outfit from the star rail new year party promo art. i will also be writing march 7th pre - amphoreus for the foreseeable future, so i will not be acknowledging anything that happens in 3.0 yet. i don't imagine it's going to be all that relevant during the lantern rite haha but just to have it stated somewhere and to save us all the headache of it going forward i would appreciate if muses refrain from acknowledging its events when speaking with march for the time being.

for those unfamiliar with her, march 7th is one of the nameless of the astral express, a group of intergalactic adventurers who travel across the universe on a train. the astral express crew found her floating through space encased in ice and when she awoke after they freed her, she had no memories. now, she travels the universe in search of her missing past. march cares very deeply for her friends and will never take kindly to anyone who means them harm, but she is otherwise a very curious and excitable person, always happy to meet new people and make new friends.
