While Fox is gone for work he gives tasks around the house for Florian to complete, especially if the trip is particularly long Fox expects to return to all of them done, he's had more than enough time to complete the entire list. You can probably guess this but he gets pretty upset when he returns home and sees that not all of them were done, even more so when Florian acts annoyed at his "nagging" clearly having a pet of his own has made him think he has some sort of authority in the house, and that simply won't do.

Ok so i definitely think Ren is petty enough to get jealous of literal animals, so a pet gifted by him wouldn't last long at all, however, he does give a bunny to Florian. Florian is often lonely and bored and that leads him to not complete his tasks or to have bad mental health episodes, Fox can't exactly just let him have friends though, so he gets a pet. A little bunny, with soft white fur and cute little red eyes, Florian gets attached to it pretty fast and honestly starts to treat it like his child.

Florian is an Angora Rabbit and for a lot of the breeds their fur has to brushed almost daily or daily to avoid tangling or any possible issues, Florian doesn't have fur but he has very thick curly hair which is very hard to deal with if it's not constantly taken care of. After being kept by Fox Florian becomes quite depressed and practically gives up completely on taking care of himself, Fox scolds him for things like forgetting to brush his teeth or bathe but i don't think he complains about him forgetting to care for his hair because he enjoys getting to do it for him, at the very start of captivity when Florian still wouldn't allow Fox to get close whitout having a panic attack that was the one thing he'd let him do whitout complaining or flinching away, maybe it's because it's very hard to view brushing someone's hair as anything other than affectionate but it's practically the only thing that doesn't make Florian afraid of Fox having bad intentions while doing so it's actually a relaxing moment for him too.

rabbits can eat meat if they're truly desperate for nutrients,,,,fox doesn't feed his captives well,,,,in-game mc gets so hungry at the thought of meat they take a bite out of their own arm,,,

My favorite part of Florian's character is that he loves himself so much he loves taking care of himself taking showers and spending money on expensive shampoo for his curls and lotion to keep his skin soft and smooth and he takes time every day to dress himself up until he looks like a pretty little doll and then Fox comes and ruins everything to the point he has to beg for Fox to keep mirrors covered because he can't take seeing what he's turned into.
