ETYMOLOGY

Her family name, (時夜) Tokiya, means "time night" in Japanese.

Her first name, Lucia, is both a feminine given name and a surname. It comes from the Latin word Lux meaning “light”. It is the feminine form of the Roman praenomen, “Lucius” and can be alternatively spelled as “Lucy”. It is used in French (Lucie), Romanian, Italian, Spanish (Lucía), Portuguese (Lúcia), English, and Slavic languages.

Her real name, (黄泉) Yomi, means “underworld” in Japanese.

Her other name, (青竜姫) Seiryūhime, means "blue dragon princess".

APPEARANCE

Lucia’s physical appearance resembles a soft, delicate face. She has pale skin that is almost ivory and possesses an hourglass figure of a large bust, a narrow waist, and wide hips. She has long midnight black hair with a gradient dark blue ombre at the end of her hair. She has red eyes that have a gold tint at the end.

In Haunted Dark Bridal, Lucia wears a white sailor uniform with a black ribbon in the center, short gray socks, and short black lace shoes.

PERSONALITY

Lucia has an introverted personality of being quiet, and reserved, and would rather spend time alone than being with a large group. That said, she is polite and courteous towards those who approach her with generosity but if anyone shows the opposite, she would try to ignore and walk away as to not ruffle any feathers but if the person persists, she won't show any mercy as she has a sharp tongue and a foul-mouth at that if provoked.

That said, being amnesiac, Lucia is desperate and determined to find about who she is and what happened that led to her being in this world in the first place. Even if there is obstacles such as her unfortunate predicament of being a subsititure sacrificial bride, Lucia wouldn't let it deter her in the slightest and would fight to achieve her objective.

Lucia's birthday is on Christmas Eve, but she hardly ever celebrates it.

Crow gave her name, Lucia, as Lucia didn’t remember her real name from her time as Seiryuu or as a test subject of Doctor Goetia.

Lucia’s dark blue ombre is natural, and her eyes naturally gradient red and gold.

She is ambidextrous and can use both her right and left hand efficiently.

Her pointed ears flap a little whenever the tiniest noise is heard, signaling that something is coming, or whenever she is flustered.

Her ears also turn red when she is blushing.

Her sensitive parts are her ears, neck, breasts, thighs, and tail.

She has a thing for fiery redhead guys, which is why she is attracted to Crow and, to some extent, Ayato (due to reminding her of her first love).

She is fluent in English, Spanish, Japanese, and Latin.

Lucia only sings when she is alone.

Her favorite flower is the lily.

Her favorite wine is Roseate Moon, a red wine brand with cherry, milk, and vanilla flavors.

She also adores canned sake as an alternative.

She has a very high spice tolerance, managing to take pure capsaicin (the strongest, spiciest pepper in the world), and still doesn’t feel the effects.

In contrast, her alcohol tolerance is very low, as she gets drunk very quickly after a drink or two.

Aside from her love for spicy food, Lucia loves getting takeout food.

Her least favorite food is anything raw, as she prefers to have her food cooked.

Her favorite clothing styles are casual, kimonos, and gothic lolita.

Lucia does not know how to tie shoes, so she dislikes running shoes, but she won’t admit it out loud.

She also dislikes high-heels as they hurt her foot.

She is secretly an otaku and loves anime, manga, and video games.

She likes to use Kaomojis, a famous Japanese emoticon style that uses Japanese characters and grammar punctuation when texting. They are used to express emotion in texting and cyber communication.

Back when she was Seiryuu, she could play the flute, though it is yet to be known if she can still play it. As Lucia stated, it has been a very long time.

While it doesn’t happen all the time, her mood shifts from time to time when drunk; for example, one minute, she is a hyperactive party girl, and another, she is a sobbing mess.

Convinced by Crow's (slightly faulty) evidence, Lucia believes in Santa Claus and still does, thinking he’s an interdimensional wanderer like her.

The jacket and scarf she wears in post MORE; BLOOD Memoria are mementos from her deceased lover, Crow.

She also taught herself how to make plushies to make a plushie of Crow. Before she entered the world of Diabolik Lovers, Lucia would always carry the plush wherever she went, even after losing her memories again as she felt a strange attachment to it.

She was mun Ruriko's first-ever OC, starting as a Sonic OC from the Sonic the Hedgehog series before being finalized as her own character.
