昨日は、私のボイフレンドと私は、6周年です！私たち、ブリスベンシティに行った。夕食時に、韓国のバーベキューを食べった。おなかいっぱい😂✨

Busy yesterday, if you read the Japanese you know why! 😂 So no study yesterday. But today I studied hard!

Almost 2 hours for jpdb. Started writing the kanji to guess them rather then just imagining what they are.

Started my Japanese word search books. Towards the end my brain wanted to explode. But that happens in English also for word searches.

Finally got the guts to post practice entries on journaly.com. Was absolutely terrified to do this but I finally did it. My user name is MilkyPinkRose.

Got a copy of サンリオ男子 that I’m going to start later today or tomorrow on my iPad.

I’m so exhausted. Now to feed my grumpy cat.

I don't know how many Kirameki Note players there are on Tumblr, but I thought I'd make a little guide to the battle match (バトル マッチ) event that's going on right now. The battle match event is unique in that you go against another player. Pressing "Battle" and selecting your helper and team brings you to a screen where you choose a "difficulty," or rather, the team you will go against. Hard teams have team points above yours, medium teams have points about the same as yours, and easy teams have points below yours. You then play the pre-selected song and try to get more points than your opponent. If you beat them, you get more event points. If you lose, you get less. You can see the points you would receive from winning against the team from the difficulty selection screen. Obviously you want more event points because they get you prizes from the event. Even when the prizes run out, you get 30 of the special currency every additional 10,000 points, so it's way worth it to get a lot of points. How to get the most out of the event, however, is the hard part. Below I talk about this, but keep in mind that I only play on expert difficulty. What I should warn you is that the difficulties are very finicky. I score FCs all the time, and I find that even if I do my absolute best, sometimes I cannot beat the difficulty I select. It's like it was rigged from the start. From my experience with this, here is Kyky's guide to selecting difficulties (if you get FCs all the time like me), so that you can limit your rigged losses to a minimum. General rule of thumb: if you cannot get a guaranteed FC on the song, do NOT select hard. Otherwise, here is a little trick to help you decide which difficulty to select: Ask yourself... -How much higher is the hard team? If it is 3-5k points more than your team, try for hard. If it is more than 5k, go to the next question. -What is the FC for the pre-selected song? If it is 500 or more, go for hard. If it is less than 500, go to the next question. -Do you feel extremely lucky, or do you not care so much about event points at the moment? If so, try hard. If not (you do care about event points or aren't feeling so lucky), go with medium. Now, this won't ALWAYS work. Like I said, the game is very finicky and extremely unfair sometimes. In the pictures above, you can see how I lost to someone with lower team points than me AND with a lower combo. The other picture is of me winning against someone with 5k more team points than me. I have, however, won against someone with 7-8k more points, so it is possible. Remember, though, that this is all speaking in terms of FCs.
