Well, he has always been that way and Kinich had gotten used to his behavior and not to mention, his unsolicited insult every now and then. Given his reputation in Natlan, some of them were to immediately noticed his presence and he could hear some of them whispering to one another. He was trained to ignore unnecessary things since he have to deal with Ajaw's antic everyday so anyone could say, he is well-versed in that matter.

Not long, Kinich was able to spot Mualani near the Merchant.
