               KNUCKLES BEAT THE pavement, cracks spiraling out from the impact along with a smear of blood. Anakin watches his skin stitch together, distaste twisting his lips into a sneer. Typical that he’d be the one left behind for the Titans to interrogate. The last thing in the world he wants is for Batman’s lackeys to know his name. So when he refuses to talk to Robin, they send in the big guy.

    ❝ && THE POLICE don’t do anything to stop him? ❞ New Mexico couldn’t claim the nativity of any of the costumed crusaders seen all over the news these days. Though there’s crime in every area, New York City seems to have the most colorful saviors. Maybe Tatooine is just too small-town for them.

alright but modern anakin hc....go, mayhaps.

A lot of my modern threads involve Marvel/DC characters, && include Anakin being a mutant/metahuman. In these comic book verses Anakin is capable of clairvoyance, telepathy, telekinesis, && something called ‘going supernova’ which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Anakin works tirelessly to conceal these facts, Up until the day Shmi is killed after refusing to hide gang members running from the police. Anakin goes on murderous rampage && ends up going supernova on the killers. He leaves New Mexico that night, not willing to stay in the same town all the bodies are buried. In some variations of this verse he ends up joining the Brotherhood of Mutants, in others he settles down working as a mechanic && bagman in Blüdhaven.
