Bucky/former HYDRA character and Barney knowing one another from HYDRA.

Stereotypical getting-in-Barney's-way that invokes a fight

Characters that served and bonding between two vets (not that Barney is easy to 'bond' with)

SHIELD agent tasked with hunting him down after various crimes.
