"Hey hey hey~! Welcome to the Monster Mansion~! Which is basically Hazbin Hotel adjacent, haha...r-run by my father, of course!"

Charlie was trying her best to sell that this was a legitimate place to stay for any wayward souls that wanted to have a home in Hell. While Hazbin Hotel rehabilitates sinners, this one was more...well, it just gave people shelter when needed.

So she will do her best to make her father's little passion project a success. Even if she wondered how her father will manage once she leaves. I remember Dad has Lulu World and other businesses but...this is totes different.

Shaking her head, Charlie smiled at the newcomer, "And may I ask what is you name~?"

"Ah, yeah, the reinstatement. I heard about that and I'm having the feeling that Seraphim isn't gonna go down easy on it. Even if Yue has the power, there are still some that aren't on her side,"

Felix hummed as he leaned back against his chair before sighing.

"Not to mention there are those of Heaven's Court that are still on the long ass case about Randy. Even if we've shown that he's already reformed into sanity, and we do have the best lawyer...They still are convinced that he might revert back."

Meanwhile, back with Rose, Aladin and Charlie.

"Oh my gosh! Nice to meet you!" Charlie was always up to meeting new friends and shaking Rose's hand with a smile, "Mates, huh?"

"Er, it's nice to meet you as well," Rose glanced at Aladin and saw he was cool and relaxed, giving a warm smile, "Welcome to the Mansion. I hope that you feel comfortable and I've heard all about you. And Al is right, if there's anything you wanna ask or talk, we're here for you,"

"Gosh t-thanks..." Charlie looked like she was going to cry again, but this time, it was more of being grateful to have someone listen to her, and Rose was almost alarmed, looking to Aladin helplessly.

And somewhere else...

"Are you guys seriously spying on people again?" Lee was stepping into the room, hands on his hips as he looked almost scolding, even though his eyes showed he was amused, "I thought I told you guys to clean up because of the newcomers into the Mansion are coming."

"Hello, Dear." He replied and hugged her before he nodded. "Charlie, this is my mate, Rose. Rose, Charlie Morningstar." He introduced the girls to one another, smiling since he had a good idea that Charlie and Rose would understand one another on a different level than he could.

"Charlie, if you ever want to talk about whatever is on your chest, we'll listen."

Aladin didn't know that a few of his stepsiblings were watching from the shadows using their mother's mirror and smirking as they watched the scene unfold. "About time." "Easy Clipsy." "Aye, ye canna expect her to accept dis right off de bat." "Anyone else getting soap opera vibes from this?" "We got to get you away from those, Li..."

Khan huffed a little longer before he nipped at Felix's neck and sighed. "No, I can't...damn you for being cute." He grumbled before he soon asked Felix what he could do to help. "Mom's in Heaven trying to reinstate Peter and Emily, the council told me to make myself scarce for a bit."

"Well, your sisters have been quite helpful in giving me advice not for my love life, but also how I can multi-task on things~" Felix laughed as he nuzzled into Khan and then laughed even more when he was flicked, "Awww, you can't stay mad at me forever~"

Charlie watched with a heavy heart at the love these two were sharing, her eyes softening. Seeing this reminded her on how Lucifer and Yun acted, and...okay, she was starting to understand.

As they were out to another place in the area, a voice called out to Aladin, and Charlie turned to see a beautiful blonde with blue eyes.

"Al!" Rose turned with a smile as she approached, going in for a hug but not before she looked at Charlie and blinked, "Oh! Er, hi there!" She waved, then glanced at Aladin, "Is this...her?"

There was a softer growling as he hugged Felix, and he then pouted at Feix. "I knew you hanging about my sisters was a BAD idea." He grumbled before flicking Felix's head. "Fine, fine." He huffed and admitted he had been a bit worried about his lover. Mostly because of his uncle being here, but that was beside the point.

With Charlie, Aladin sighed and shook his head.

"That's my little brother, Khan. He must have found Felix..." Aladin explained to Charlie. "Best to avoid him, the last thing you need is more drama right now."

Aladin led her to a secret passageway and out to one of the gardens that had a fantastic view of the surrounding lands.

Charlie laughed as she felt her hair ruffled, playfully smacking Aladin before she smiled, "E-er, I would love to have the tour. I-I'm sure, er, that it's going to be a grand 'ol time~"

She grinned but then blinked as she heard yelling. What the...?

Who would've thought he'd have an armful of his lover onto him, then groaned as he hugged his lover quickly before poking him, "YOU try maintaining a big place like this, Mister Morningstar is very particular in the way things are handled here, and I'm pretty much handling things. But," He smiled and gave big eyes before taking Khan's hands, "I'm sorry I haven't been home for a while. Please forgive me~?"

He smiled at her and gently stroked her hair. "Anytime." He replied and then ruffled her hair. "Til then, how about I show you around? Ya might run into the rest of the gang." If Charlie declines, he won't push, but he does know a few quiet places she can call her own for a while if she wants.

Meanwhile, Felix got quite the unexpected visitor~

"FELIX!" Ohan roared before he tackled his lover, though he made sure that he didn't knock him out of his chair. "Boy, you got 5 seconds to tell me WHY you never bothered to reach out!"

Tears welled up in her eyes as she then leaned into the hug and felt them fall, letting herself cry a little at the thought that, okay, maybe her little dream of her parents reuniting and falling in love all over again will never happen. That perhaps that happy ever after isn't meant to be.

It took a few minutes, but eventually she managed to stop crying and then exhaled, "...T-thanks, Aladin,"

Her tone, eyes, and posture gave her away, and he gently pulled her in for a hug. "Hey, you'll find your Sun and Moon again, Charlie. It's okay to grieve and stay in the darkness for a while."

Aladin can't blame Charlie for how she feels, even when he doesn't know the full story. And right now, that didn't matter. Charlie just needs a friend, a big brother to vent and cry to.

"HAHAHA, ah, no. No, it's not a joke," Charlie almost wanted to whip out a song but decided against it. She had a feeling singing won't be exactly welcomed by this type of person.

There was a time and a place, after all.

"Aaaaaad it is totally possible! I've got word from a friend in Heaven that one of our patrons has actually got himself redeemed up into Heaven. So, yes, it's actually quite possible."

She couldn't believe herself that Sir Pentious made it up there, and she couldn't have been more proud. Charlie loved telling the story of the snake demon's redemption arc to many, and hoped she could with this person as well.

But for now, finding that book, and Charlie hummed a bit, "Er, well, that sounds like an ancient book...maybe my Dad might know..."

"Wait, are you serious? A place for sinners to find redemption and go to Heaven?..." what the fuck? Raven couldn't believe such a thing was even possible, much less would even exist. "Is this some sort of joke?"

Raven suddenly saw the explosion and got on the defensive as her hands begin glowing, but then saw how the other didn't seem bothered by it.

"So, that's a normal then?" Raven asked before deciding not to ask more about it. "Never mind. Its an old spell book that I'm hoping to use to banish certain demons that have been causing trouble back home."

Raven describes the book as an old red and black color with demonic ancient symbols on them.

A hum escaped Charlie for a moment as she looked down at her hands, then glanced back up to Aladin, "I know...and...truly, I'm grateful that Yun has been so good to my Dad..."

She can't deny that the looks that they gave each other were...truly people that cared for one another. And it made her heart heavy.

"Hey, it's natural for you to feel like this." Aladin replied as he placed his hand on her shoulder. He had a soft smile, treating her as he did his little sisters when he spoke again. "It'll get easier, Charlie. It just takes a bit of time. Dad knows he can't replace your mom, and he's not trying to. He just wants to help make your dad happy."

"You're...not dead?"

Okay, Charlie felt a bit put off with that. Someone willing came to Hell to find a book? Who does that? A crazy person, her mind would supply as she then smiled once more.

"Ohhhh, haha...um, I-I suppose you're probably looking at the wrong place. This is a home for wayward souls to be redeemed to heaven or just find a solace from Hell's ire... No spellbooks here..."

Although, there was a sudden explosion behind her and Charlie had to place a hand over her face. Oh god, did one of the patrons in the mansion caused this again?

"Aw man, and we just fixed up the walls and junk. Er," She looked back at Raven, "Um, w-what sort of book are you looking for? And yes, a hotel. If you're looking for a book, I-I can help..."

"Um I'm Raven and I'm not dead. I'm just here looking for a spell book that I was told could be found here," said Raven as she spoke to the taller demon looking girl.

((Raven 5'4 and Charlie 6'4)

Raven had been looking for a spell that she hoped would help her against some demons that had found their way in the human realm. Raven's magic managed to contain them, but not for long.

She needed a spell to send them back to Hell, but none of her books had the spell she needed. So, she used a spell to come down to Hell and take her to the location of where the book could be.

"And hotel? There's a hotel here in Hell?" not something Raven expected to see. Heck, Hell here didn't look like anything she expected to actually look like.

Charlie's smile almost faded as she then sighed, rubbing her temple, "...Yes. I mean, I want to be happy for them, I do! I've never seen my dad this happy since...since Mom." She winced and then groaned, "I feel so bad for feeling this way..."

"Charlie, you're not fooling me." Aladin said as he looked at her from his reading nook. The demonic panther got up and walked over to her, sitting next to his possible future stepsister. "C'mon, spill. You're still weirded out that our dads are 'dating', right?"
