𝙞.  i manage a book store and, because of this, i own way too many goddamn books. i have books for days and i know exactly where each book is located. they line the walls of my house and my book shelves are over flowing.

𝙞𝙞.  i was born on a leap year at exactly noon.  on the years there isn’t a leap year, i celebrate it on the 28th of february.

𝙞𝙞𝙞.  music is my life blood. i’m mainly into punk music, but the 70′s rock n roll scene is also of great interest to me.  gene sim*ons wife went to my high school so for the four years i went to the school, we’d see them every year. he signed my guitar at the local bowling alley and he’s much, much uglier in person.

i started roleplaying when i was freshly 12.  it was super cringey super hero oc stuff and then i moved onto hetalia:  my friend from the hetalia fandom told me to come to tumblr (i was roleplaying on bebo) and i’ve been here ever since! i made my first account in maybeee, 2012? i roleplayed the tenth doctor for a good 3 years, which is kind of my first real splash into the tumblr rp community.  my old dw account is still up and i cringe at it every 3 years, just to remind myself how far i’ve come lmao.

i prefer writing male villains.   if they’re a serial killer or a criminal, i’m into that.  i find myself enjoying darker characters that come from darker books. characters from literature are my brand.

horror: everything i adore and more. southern gothic horror? gorror plots? thats my jam, i live for scary plots.  if it’s got blood and a haunted house, count me in.

smut: i enjoy smut if i enjoy the interaction.  if i’m not enjoying the interaction, it kind of falls flat on my end.  reading other people’s smut is kind of a secret pleasure of mine because i enjoy how people write their intimate moments, which kind of makes me enjoy writing those moments? because i know my partner enjoys reading it as much as i do. sometimes i throw a lil kink in there that i know they like and i just wait >:)

angst: angst is probably my least favorite of things to roleplay,  but if it gets physical i enjoy it a lot more.  i’m a bit into whump though, so really........any bodily harm turning into angst or vice versa kills me <3

i prefer to plot if both our character’s are from different series/shows.  it’s easier to wing it with in canon character’s or oc’s that belong to the fandom, but plotting definitely helps things along in terms of world building between writers!

i have a lot of feelings about hannibal, who doesn’t want children and probably won’t ever have any,  making an exception and treating young teenagers/children (the verger siblings, randall tier, abigail hobbs) so that he could pass on his influence and turn them into a weapon for his use; the same way parents unknowingly hurt their children with good intentions, hannibal tells himself that it’s better to be a predator than the prey, that he’s making them strong for when their parents can no longer protect them.

me realizing hannibal likened vladis grutas to a wolf because his parents were eaten by wolves right in front of him and somewhere in his child brain he associated his loved ones being eaten with wolves so when grutas eats mischa we’re immediately bombarded with wolf pack imagery/grutas’s eyes being wolves eyes/his ugly teeth being full of gristle/blood

I seen your post about Hannibal being triggered by bathing in bathtubs and I was curious to know why :)

basically the tub his sister bathed in became a trigger for hannibal, as the grutas gang used it to cook her in it after they killed her. the sound of the boiling water and the sound the bones made hitting the sides of the copper tub are his triggers in particular.

before that, he had positive associations (we see him playing with mischa in the bath in the movie) with bathing but as he became aware of his trauma after he was 16, it became a source of trauma for him.

he prefers to shower because it's a lot more sanitary, but the sound of the water coupled with the sound of the bottom of the tub makes when something is dropped, really just reminds him of his trauma.
