I’ll use Brock and Maxim for this one

If you described Brock’s upbringing and personality to Maxim, I think he’d at first be surprised that a person could come out of a situation like that and be unscathed in the future, since he himself wouldn’t be able to. He would respect him a lot for his mental strength and ability to get through hardships easier than he could. Needless to say, it wouldn’t affect his romantic interest in him, but it would probably cause him to develop even more respect for him, now knowing how much he’d been through and how he’s still around despite the fact.

I wanted to make something Frozen Veggie related with them as younger adults, so here’s a drawing of Maxim (21 in this picture) surprising Brock (19 in this picture) by putting his hat on him while he wasn’t looking

Extra info about them when they were 10 years younger:

Brock’s overall appearance was much different 10 years ago, for one thing he rarely wore any colors and he always had this dark haze around his eyes, rarely ever smiled, too (he actually smiles a lot more at his current age, you just don’t have a scope of how little he used to smile). Actually, the only thing Brock wears with any color on it is the bracelet that Maxim traded with him!

Maxim wore brighter colors than Brock and had much messier hair back then, it’s still kinda messy but it’s much more tamed that it was before. He collected those hats with mittens on them. The character he’s wearing is a version of a mascot for a clothing and apparel company, like if Gir is the mascot of scene culture, this cat is a version of that. It’s name is Bugg, a neon green cat with a pink Mohawk and long claws. Maxim was also definitely a Kandi kid lol In this picture he’s just wearing a few of many that he’s made already.

Brock and Maxim Wedding Ring HC

So, there is something I was researching for, and I’d like to share it.

So I had a thought that after Brock and Maxim are both engaged (which will happen, no contest), they would both wear a ring with a gem that has a color signifies the other, like Brock would wear the blue ring and Max would wear the green one. So I looked into some gemstones that I think would look nice (and already have rings for), and I found 2 that fit perfectly, Emerald and Larimar.

I then went to gemstone7.com to see what the meanings of each gemstone were for love, and this just made me feel like crying

Brock’s ring is going to make me cry, considering how his teenage years used to be 🥺🥺

Also another quick one! I think Brock would either take Maxim’s last name or combine their last names together, since he is very aware that his name is a pun. He loves his family, but he doesn’t want his full name to stick with him, since he has some bad experiences with being bullied for his full name when younger. So it would either be something like Brock Torres or Brock Florres. Or just something like Brock Floret-Torres. I’m not sure, what do you think?

He still has to live with his first and middle names being Brock Lee though
