3am Musings about my Shoto's First Kiss Series

Shoto's First Kiss Part 5 is gonna be WILD I can't wait to finish it so y'all can screech along with me. I'm writing some silly plot twists and turns but I am trying to stick to a few main themes as I craft the tale:

Shoto x The Reader's banter and relationship

The smut. Obviously.

Shoto receiving the gentle love and support he deserves because he is such a sweet soul and genuinely just needs some quiet moments of sweetness and praise. I'm rewatching the Sports Festival arc right now and our boy is so angry and sad and I hate it. I love that after Midoriya yells at him to reclaim his power, he becomes like this friendly boi with zero ability to read social queues. Shoto "The Hand Crusher" Todoroki is just a little sweetie deserving of love.

"Sister?" Soto was a little surprised when Fuyumi hugged him. Due to the fact that he lived in a dormitories, he was completely unaccustomed to this. He smiled. "Thank you, I needed it."

“I know it’s a couple days late but…”

Izuku holds out a small box wrapped in green paper and topped with a white bow. Inside is a pendant.

“Happy birthday, Todoroki!”

Shoto scratched his head. It was nice and a bit awkward. He didn’t expect Izuku to decide to congratulate him. He took the gift and smiled at Izuku.

"Thank you, Midoriya. You shouldn't have to do it."

He opened the box and found a pendant with a picture of two elements - fire and cold. It was symbolic.

"Shoto..." She felt uncomfortable, her eyes shield by her fringe. "Do you like Momo?"

“Momo?” Shoto looked at Kadia in surprise. “She’s just my friend, that’s all. I already have a girlfriend and it’s you. Why did you get that?”

After all that he saw on TV, Shoto could not stop shaking. No matter how he hated his father, he never wished for his death. No. He did not want to see him broken and defeated. Not at the hands of villains for sure. When someone touched Shoto's shoulders, he flinched. Momo smiled knowingly and hugged him tight. That was what he needed now.
