𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐇𝐄? abigail corduroy is the younger sister to daniel ‘manly dan’ corduroy and aunt to his four children—wendy, marcus, kevin and gus. like the rest of her siblings, she was raised in gravity falls and was a bit of a wild child in her youth. when she wasn’t getting into shenanigans in the surrounding forest—such as fighting the manotaurs—she would often get into trouble with the law. abbi even went as far to serve some time in juvie, though she would get out at 18 years old and have her record expunged for good behaviour.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐑? ironically enough, after she finally got her GED and driver’s license at 22 years old, abbi decided to go into law enforcement as her career. she made the move to the neighbouring washington state and applied for basic training, her reasoning was that she wanted to explore the country outside her home town and get some experience working in different places. though obviously she would visit her family whenever she could, taking time off to visit her niece and nephews shortly after each of them were born, plus visiting them during the holidays and other special occasions.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖? after spending over a decade working as a deputy in various towns in washington, she moved back to gravity falls as a sort of ‘retirement’ as she wants to spend the rest of her working time with her family, plus it was getting a bit boring and she knows how ‘weird’ her home town can be. she happened to move back in the same summer when the twins were shipped off to visit their great-uncle, stan.
