CONFRONTING SPIRITUAL OPPOSITION
Acts 16:16  - "One day, as we were going to the house of prayer, we encountered a young slave girl who had an evil spirit of divination, the spirit of Python. She had earned great income for her owners by being a fortune-teller."
Paul and Silas were on their way to the house of prayer but were sidetracked in their path by a slave girl. The spirit of Python seeks to distract and then enslave. Its objective is to distract those on their way to prayer; those who are on their way to implement their CALLING. It wants to keep you out of the secret place through annoyances and disturbances thereby garbling your connection to God’s Spirit. It will throw circumstances and diversions your way to have you focused on the "noise" and in turn draw you away from going to the Father in prayer. Python operates through false prophecy and counterfeits. Verse 18 says: "She kept following us, shouting, 'These men are servants of the Great High God, and they're telling us how to be saved!'"
The spirit of Python will scorn you personally, it will mock the call of God on your life, and have you question if the dreams in your heart are possible. It will shout over you relentlessly until, just like Paul, you become weary and greatly frustrated. It will accuse you in the public forum and it will have people surround you with lies and judgments.
Python will also seek to expose you, strip you and beat you until you are raw (see Acts 16:22). Its intention is to rob you and divert you from your Kingdom advancing DESTINY; coiling its lies around your heart until finally you are enslaved in its chains, rendering you unable to produce Kingdom fruit that remains.. But you do not need to fear! "For greater is He within you than he who is in this world" (see 1 John 4:4).
KEYS TO VICTORY OVER THE SPIRIT OF PYTHON:
#1. SPEAK YOUR AUTHORITY
Refrain from speaking negatively about the circumstances around you. Don't be distracted by the noise of it.  Instead, focus on your Christ identity and declare your victory through His name. Paul showed us how to firmly turn towards the attack (see Acts 16:18) and ultimately away from the distraction; commanding it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ.
Revelation 12:11 says, "They triumphed over him by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..." .   One of your greatest weapons is the word of your testimony. By declaring the name of Jesus, His Blood makes you (as a son or daughter of the Most High God) inherently victorious over the enemy every single time, but you need to SPEAK YOUR AUTHORITY.
#2. LIFT UP YOUR VICTORY SONG!
If you have been beaten down and the coils of despair have been strangling the life out of your dreams and hopes, then it is time to sing. Despite what circumstances have come against you, your song of worship to the Father is a warfare tool of Heaven to burst through the atmosphere of heaviness.  See rivers of living water flowing out of your heart towards the Father as you worship Him.
In Acts 16:24, we see Paul and Silas in the after-throws of their battle with Python, bound by their hands and feet in prison. The Passion Translation says they were "undaunted". They began to sing and it was their songs of worship that captivated an entire jail of prisoners. In verse 26,it tells us: "Suddenly, a great earthquake shook the foundations of the prison. All at once every prison door flung open and all the chains of all the prisoners came loose."
Your song of victory before the breakthrough comes literally shakes the foundations of the ground and sky; causing every chain that has restrained you to come unstuck and every door that has confined you to come unlocked. Psalm 108:2 says, "Awake, O my soul, with the music of His splendor. Arise my soul and sing His praises! I will awaken the dawn with my worship, greeting the daybreak with my songs of light!"
Your song will cause the light to burst through the night.
#3. SHAKE IT OFF!
In Acts 28:3, Paul encounters another snake, but this time a physical one. As he was gathering a pile of brushwood for the fire, a venomous snake latched onto his hand. In verse 5 it says, "But Paul shook off the snake into the fire and was unharmed."
Among the very few natural predators of a python is an eagle. They have distinct ways of attacking the snake—especially if it is in pursuit of eaglets in their nest. They will shake it vehemently or drop it from a great height. They show the snake no mercy—and neither should you!
Acts 4:31 gives us a confounding account of the manifestations of what prayer can do: "After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly" .  Expectant prayer literally shakes off the attacks from your life and drops the snake into the fires of God.
All of the prisoners that were with Paul and Silas that day were set free; along with the jailer and his entire family who gave their hearts to Jesus. Your breakthrough is not just for you, but for others. Those around you who have been in captivity and are lost are meant to be freed through your breakthrough as well.
It is time to speak to the problem, turn your affections towards the Father, and command Python to leave in the name of Jesus!  As you pray and lift your songs of worship, you will see a breaking through of the night season and the shaking off of all that has been opposing you.

Rejoice And Be Glad In The Lord
Tumblr media
But let the godly rejoice and let them be glad in God’s presence. Psalm 68:3 In the Psalms, David often made a contrast between the godly and the ungodly. He encouraged the godly to rejoice and be glad in the Lord. He also sent a warning to the enemies of the Lord. In the first two verses of Psalm 68, David asked God to confront His enemies. He suggested five ways for the Lord to deal with them. Rise up, O God, and scatter your enemies. Let those who hate God run for their lives. Blow them away like smoke. Melt them like wax in a fire. Let the wicked perish in the presence of God. Psalm 68:1-2 What important lesson can we learn from the people in the Old Testament? They were either for God or against Him and treated accordingly. Maybe you’ve never taken note of that fact. We can break human history into three sections. The beginning of man through all the pages of the Old Testament makes up the first section. The third section will last forever, called eternity. The first and third sections have one major thing in common. God treated those considered godly much differently than those He considered ungodly. We live in the section between those two. God placed in it the New Covenant, a time of mercy and grace. This covenant fulfilled all the requirements of the first section and directions for entering the third section. Eternity has a place for the ungodly called eternal torment. It also has a place for the godly, called heaven. When we leave this second section of life, we will each have a day of reckoning.
Will You Rejoice and be Glad or Not
While living on this earth, we choose where we want to spend eternity. So, after we breathe our last breath, God will show us the destiny we had chosen forever. The determining factor comes down to whether a person has accepted Jesus as their Savior. Therefore, when entering into the Lord’s presence, we will rejoice and be glad for all eternity. Fortunately, we don’t have to wait until eternity to enter into God’s presence. The Psalmist told us that we can rejoice in the Lord with a glad heart today and every day. Sing praises to God and to his name! Sing loud praises to him who rides the clouds. His name is the Lord—rejoice in his presence! Psalm 68:4 It doesn’t matter where we stand in life or what circumstances we face. We can rejoice in the Lord and be glad because God meets us where we are. There He will fill our needs. Father to the fatherless, defender of widows—this is God, whose dwelling is holy. God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy. Psalm 68:5-6 The Psalmist spent the next few verses praising God because of all he had done for the Israelites. He led them out of Egypt, supplied all their needs, and defeated their enemies.
Tumblr media
God Dwells Among Us
They continued to rejoice in the Lord with glad hearts because He dwelt among them. God scattered their enemies like blowing snow. Because of all God did, they praised Him. - Praise the Lord; praise God our Savior! For each day he carries us in his arms. Interlude. Our God is a God who saves! The Sovereign Lord rescues us from death. Psalm 68:19-20 - Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth. Sing praises to the Lord. Interlude. Sing to the one who rides across the ancient heavens, his mighty voice thundering from the sky. Psalm 68:32-33 When David led the Israelites, he promoted praise and worship with shouts of joy. Once David died, things changed. Today, we have the seed of David, Jesus Christ, who died but now lives. We can maintain a glad heart and rejoice in His wonderful name. And we should do that every day because He will never leave or let us down. Praise Him for all He has done.
Reflect on Your Own Life
Tumblr media
Why don’t you take a few minutes to recall what God has done for you and your family? Thank Him for the times He delivered you from situations that could have been devastating. Give Him thanks for the times He bailed you out financially. Or when He stretched your dollars, making it possible to get things you needed for your family. I’ve often wondered how many times God or an angel has intervened for us before something dreadful happened. How many auto accidents has He shielded us from? When we get to heaven, do you think we will find out how many times He protected us? Just thinking about those things makes it simple to rejoice and be glad in the Lord constantly. David couldn’t contain all God had done for him and his people. Sure, he loved to rejoice in the Lord with a glad heart in his worship and praise. But he had to tell others about God, too. Tell everyone about God’s power. His majesty shines down on Israel; his strength is mighty in the heavens. Psalm 68:34 We can use this verse to encourage ourselves to tell everyone about God’s power. Remember, from our New Covenant setting, only eternity follows, so keep your focus on the Lord. God is awesome in his sanctuary. The God of Israel gives power and strength to his people. Praise be to God! Psalm 68:35 David possibly started and ended each of his days with these thoughts in mind. Wouldn’t it be a good idea for us to start and end our days the same way? Lord, we proclaim your majesty and are consumed with awe. You make our hearts glad, and we rejoice in your name. send “!!!” to find my muse broken, dirty, and covered in blood.
Another relentless assault from the Heartless had left him beaten, battered and in utter shambles as he clawed face down at the ground, willing himself to channel what little strength he had in finding the where-with-all to stand. Their attacks were becoming more and more desperate by the day, that he couldn’t escape from their sheer numbers alone if he tried. Not only that, but he was still working out the kinks in the new arm prosthesis that Luna had given him, that he wasn’t as adept in covering his left side. It was as if the shadow magic was rejecting his status as a keybearer of light that his right arm wasn’t responding to him when he needed it the most. Maybe the Heartless could sense the apprehension in him, the imbalance between light and dark that gave way to weakness... No. No. No. He shook his head, shooing away any thoughts that might have discouraged him even further or send him spiraling down into the pits of despair. He wasn’t going to give up because of a setback like this - he had too many people depending on him, kneeling into the dirt as he wobbled back upright onto his feet, still majorly unsteady as his head throbbed in pain, blood blurring his vision.
Tumblr media
It was then that he heard a noise, something shift in the background, that instantly put him back on high alert and gave him an iron grip on his keyblade, turning his knuckles bony white. He wasn’t in any shape to take on anymore of the Heartless, as he was pretty sure one or two of ribs may have been broken in the last fight, making it difficult for him to breathe... but he had to be cautious. Most importantly, he had to stay calm in spite of his injuries, lest he risked exacerbating them further.

(for whoever you like :U) The swings of his blade were wild, erratic, dangerous. There's no target, none that was visible at least, and the expression he wore was unkind. Quiet angered mutterings under his breath almost in time to his moves. In just one moment, his blade is raised to his throat, lingering for a moment before one last final swing that turned him around to see a witness. With blade still raised, he froze, glared before finally letting out a breath. "...How much did you see?"
Tumblr media
And the hunt was on, as a lone Shadow managed to escape the righteous judgement of his keyblade, its tiny body sinking flat into the ground and skittering away across the cobbled pavement. Unfortunately his attention had been divided elsewhere, busy with dispatching the rest of the horde that had attacked him head-on in the middle of the street, and in broad daylight no less. The Heartless seemed to be getting bolder and bolder as he and Luna traversed from one world to the next, all too eager to put an end to the threat of the keyblade that he so possessed.
He only had a moment to slow his breath after catching a glimpse of the runaway Shadow from the corner of his eye, bounding after the creature without giving it a second thought as he ducked and swerved, making a beeline through crowded roads and uneven alleyways. Before he knew it, he’d somehow reached the outskirts of the city in his wild goose chase, now having regrettably lost sight of his target after a few too many twists and turns, as he rested his hands down on his knees and lowered his head in dismay all while trying to steady his breathing.
As he collected himself once more and made note of his surroundings, he swore that he could hear someone nearby, just on the other side of the wall; it sounded like they were exerting themselves in some way, maybe from exercise or training. Naturally curious, he peeked around to see what it was, tiptoeing quietly at first, so as not to raise any alarm. It appeared from where was standing that a red-haired boy was practicing swordplay in a barren courtyard, and for all intents and purposes was rather skilled with a blade in his own right.
It wasn’t until the other boy had stopped swinging, that he finished his form and turned with eyes landing directly on Anton who was still watching from a distance. Oh, well… now this certainly became awkward.
“ … H-hey, hey! Hold up! I only saw a little bit, promise. No reason to get hostile… though it looked really impressive from I what saw, if you don’t mind my saying so. ”

jagadeka veerudu athiloka sundari - part two
Tumblr media
masterlist
(this one's a little little longer, so yeah. enjoy :D - Juhi <3)
The kingdoms of Mahishmati, Kuntala, Sundarsi and a lot more of their neighbours were blessed by the gods to prosper and conquer. Mahishmati had the grace of the mighty goddess Durga, who according to Bhallaladeva also cherished his cousin over him. Which was the reason why the goddess had accepted Bahu’s blood over Bhalla’s buffalo as sacrifice in their war against the Kalakeyas.
He of course, never openly expressed his distaste for the unfair treatment by the goddess when Bahubali was alive, but after everything was out of his way, he would go and sit by the statue of the goddess, staring at her divine idol.
“You’ve always favoured Bahu, haven’t you?” He muttered once, slightly intoxicated but aware of his thoughts and actions. “You, as the mother watching over us all, liked him more than me, who is also your son. You gave him my mother, you gave him the people’s love, you gave him the girl I fell for and a death befitting a king too. And what did I get? A cripple for a father who only filled my mind and heart with poison. And now,” he stood up, glaring at the goddess who gazed back at him almost sympathetically, “I’ll poison the rest of the world.”
As he walked away from the goddess that day, he didn’t realise he was turning his back to who could’ve been his saving resort. Durga Maa watched him silently and sighed to herself.
Like Mahishmati, Sundarsi was devoted to Lord Shiva, who actively showered his blessings and love onto the kingdom, ensuring Sundarsi’s consistent power and prosperity. Sundarsi grew as a queen-ruled kingdom where Shiva himself would choose the new queen and write her destiny as a prophecy for the kingdom to know, appearing a day before the new crown princess was born by their sacred book written in gold.
When Aarya was born, there was no four lined prophecy like her predecessors; she instead received a question written in blood red- “Will it not be?” which worried her parents and the rest of the royal family. Aarya grew up with her parents not wanting her to be queen, hoping for one of her little sisters to turn out as the heir apparent instead of her. Aarya didn’t mind, she trusted her Mahadev fully.
Aarya turned into a young princess well versed in arts, both performing and martial, while her sisters Aradhya and Abhaya were scientific and mathematical geniuses. Realising that the kingdom was going to safe hands, both the King and Queen passed away peacefully in their sleep together, leaving Aarya responsible for Sundarsi.
But the question and its hidden meaning never settled well with Aarya, waking her up in the middle of the night covered in cold sweat countless times. She walked to her balcony again, a day before her coronation, drenched in sweat as she watched the nearly full Moon shine bright in the clear sky, the cool breeze making her shiver and curl into herself. The next day was the biggest day of her life, and she was possibly going to meet her biggest problem too. Aarya sighed to herself, walking back inside. It was going to be a long coronation.
— — —
When Bhalla arrived at Sundarsi with his father and Kattappa, he had expected a lot of things, but what he saw was clearly different. Sundarsi greeted him on the banks of Narmada, a beauty with such stark contrast from Mahishmati that it took his breath away. Other than the palace which was visible from the banks, every house was built monotonously in the same beige with brown roofs, while the palace stood tall on top of hills that seemed to never end, waterfalls spouting from them.
Bijjaladeva walked up to his son and stared up at the palace in awe, not a sound leaving him. Sundarsi guards and their prime minister greeted them with folded hands and led them to their carriages, Kattappa closely following behind. “The princess wanted to apologise for not arriving herself to pick you up,” Anjasi looked at Bhalla with a tight smile. “She’s been busy with the preparations of the coronation and is actually also not allowed to leave the palace until the end of the ceremony.”
Bhalla nodded wordlessly and looked out his carriage, watching people bow to Anjasi and turning to him with a hostile expression. He quickly realised that the Queen-to-be might have invited him to her kingdom, but the people didn’t want him there. And he knew why too, which made things uncomfortable for him in ways he couldn’t fathom.
“It’s beautiful, your kingdom.” He said as he watched a kid play with stones in front of his house, the stones miraculously holding their position despite how they were placed. With one rock in his hand, the kid managed to make the stones scatter violently, an almost electric shockwave passing through them all.
“Thank you very much, Your Majesty. We will be arriving at the palace shortly, please rest.” Bijjaladeva moved closer to Bhalla and Anjasi got out of their carriage to go to hers, and whispered, “This kingdom is glowing Bhalla, have you noticed? These fools have given their scum some of their magic too, instead of protecting it like us.”
Bhalla silently watched the townsfolk and their activities, the atmosphere of Sundarsi so opposed to what he had grown accustomed to in Mahishmati. Kattappa behind their carriage on his horse watched Sundarsi with a wistful smile, knowing Bahu would have loved to see this kingdom so much.
As they reached the palace, Bhalla observed the place with an unreadable expression on his face. The palace that he heard the townsfolk call Mahadev Mahal truly seemed like it was built for Lord Shiva, the air in the palace chilly and the colours around him cool and grounding. Where Mahishmati had statues of elephants, Sundarsi had lions and bulls around the palace, all of the people inside dressed in grey and silver as they greeted the prime minister, passing him almost scathing glances while they bowed to him too. Bijjaladeva cleared his throat, turning to glare at Anjasi as they all walked further inside the massive palace. “It seems like your people are not the most welcoming, Mantri. We are getting nothing other than anger and hostility from them.”
“We’d like it if you referred to our prime minister with respect, Your Majesty. It’s Mantriji, not just Mantri.” The voice made them all turn as they saw two girls walking towards them. Anjasi dropped onto her knees, all guards bowing instantly as the girls smiled at Bhalla and his father. Anjasi stood up and smiled, turning to the men. “Meet princesses Aradhya and Abhaya, Her Majesty’s sisters.”
Bijjaladeva smiled, or more like sneered at them while Bhalla just looked at them. The girls stared back with neutral faces as Bijjaladeva’s smile melted away. “If you insist, shall we go in now, Mantri… ji? I believe the palace tour is still left.” Anjasi merely nodded and gestured to them to follow her as they all walked through the palace, passing by the temple in the middle when Bhalla stopped, staring at the temple. Anjasi followed his gaze and smiled, walking to stand beside him.
“That’s our Mahadev temple, built in honour of our Queen-to-be’s birth. Would you like to see it, Your Majesty?” Bhalla nodded as they all walked inside, praying to the huge idol of Lord Shiva inside. Bhalla opened his eyes first, the moment the scent of sandalwood and hibiscus hit him. Another woman, perhaps the most heavenly woman he had ever laid his eyes on, walked out from behind the idol of Mahadev, pouring milk onto the statue as she murmured prayers under her breath.
His father opened his eyes too, scoffing as he turned to Anjasi. “I didn’t know even priests in your kingdom were women, Mantriji. Women sure are put on a high pedestal here aren’t they?” Anjasi frowned, opening her eyes, before all Sundarsi citizens around them dropped onto their knees, heads down.
“That’s Her Majesty, our Queen-to-be Aarya.” Bijjaladeva’s eyes widened as they both turned to Aarya, who still kept washing the idol with milk. She stepped back and folded her hands, praying for a while before bending down and taking a little of the sandalwood near Lord Shiva’s feet to apply it on the neck, walking out of the mandir.
She smiled at everyone, folding her hands and greeting Bhalla and his father. “Your idea is actually not bad, Your Majesty. Female priests are there in our kingdom but not in this temple, maybe I should have a word with our head priest regarding it.” her remark made Bijjaladeva flush as Bhalla kept staring at her, all air seemingly knocked out of his chest. Aarya patiently smiled at him and looked down, her smile widening just a little as she stepped towards him, resting her palm on his still folded hands. “You don’t have to do that to me, Your Majesty. We pray to Gods, not to each other.” Bhalla’s eyes widened as he looked down, dropping his hands to his sides. He cleared his throat, straightening as he towered over her. She greeted everyone else and turned to Anjasi.
“Have them escorted to their rooms by our general, Mantriji, I need you for a little while. After our work, I’ll show our guests around myself.” She smiled one last time at Bhalla before leaving, only pausing in front of Kattappa. “I heard tales of your skill and valour, Senadhipatiji, would you do me the honour of sparring with me once? Only when you’re free, of course.”
Kattapa’s eyes widened as he nodded once, bowing to Aarya. “Of course, Your Majesty. Whenever you’d like.” Aarya nodded and walked off with Anjasi as Sadhana walked forward, bowing once to everyone. “Allow me to escort you, Your Majesty. Your rooms are on the top floor.”
Bhalla’s eyes drifted back to the corridor the princess went through as he walked to his room, heart racing.
— — —
The coronation was the grandest Bhallaladeva had witnessed, much more so than when he had been crowned and Bahu was made Senadhipathi and the kingdom cheered for him. His eyes stayed unblinking on Aarya throughout the ceremony as she knelt and prayed to the black statue of Kala Bhairava, moving to drink a golden liquid from a chalice while the crown was placed on her head. She glowed amongst the others in the ceremony, her royal black and golden saree shimmering after she drank the liquid.
He also noticed how he, his father and Kattappa were the only outsiders in the ceremony, everyone else a citizen of the kingdom cheering and roaring for their new Queen. Bijjaladeva rolled his eyes and turned to his son. “These pathetic people don’t even know that soon this will all be under us, that this queen of theirs will just be our puppet.” Bhalla sighed and offered a glass of wine to his father. “Just shut up, drink and watch, will you?”
Aarya smiled as she approached Bhalla, nodding at both of the seated men. She turned to Kattappa and frowned, pulling a chair out beside Bhallaladeva and motioning for him to sit. He shook his head once, feeling Bhalla and his father stare at him as Aarya sighed.
“You have to sit when you eat with everyone, Senadhipathiji.”
“I’m of lower birth, Your Majesty. We can’t sit amongst our kings and eat.”
Aarya’s frown deepened as she cast Bijjaladeva a glance, before taking Kattappa’s hand and leading him to a seat drawn out beside Anjasi and Sadhana. “You can sit beside people of your rank and value, right? Because I frankly don’t understand upper and lower birth. Sit beside my army general, Senadhipathiji. Please.”
Bhalla followed Aarya’s every movement as she forced Kattappa to sit and got the food, serving it to him with a smile. She got to Bhalla and his father and served to his father first, moving to him when he smirked, leaning back.
“I didn’t know your people were so accommodating of everyone, Aarya.” Everyone froze, eyes wide as they registered Bhalla’s words. Anjasi and Sadhana stood up, Bijjaladeva shocked and Kattappa aghast as the air held its breath, all eyes moving to Aarya. She looked up once, a small smile on her face as she served Bhalla his food. “You learn new things everyday, Bhallaladeva. It’s not too late, really.”
Bhalla’s smirk widened as she straightened, the smile leaving her face as she walked off. Bijjaladeva gulped his wine and glared at his son. “Did you-” “I tested the queen, Nanna. And I was right. This one's a fighter, and she’s deadlier than the akandas she uses to worship Mahadev.”
Bhalla’s eyes stayed on the queen for the rest of the feast, his smirk ever present whenever Aarya’s eyes met his.
— — —
“I’ll be there with our guests as they go to their rooms, don’t worry.” Aarya smiled at Kattappa who nodded and took a few steps back as she walked beside Bijjaladeva and Bhallaladeva, her own guards trailing behind Kattappa. Bijjaladeva cleared his throat and turned to Aarya, a sickly sweet smile on his face. “The ceremony was wonderful, really. We have never seen a spectacle so grand, that too just for a coronation of a queen.”
“We respect our queens here. Why do you think no one has been able to conquer us?” Bhalla glared at his father and nudged him to the side, looking at Aarya. “I’m sure there is another reason why you’ve invited us to your coronation. It can’t be just to see your beautiful kingdom.” Aarya smiled, opening a door and turning to Kattappa. “Isn’t this your room?” he nodded and walked in, casting a last glance at them. Aarya remained silent even after Bijjaladeva was sent into his room, and only then she finally turned to Bhalla.
“You’re right, it’s not just to see my kingdom or witness how grand coronations get here.” The smile left her face as she stepped closer to him, not caring about the proximity. “Stop trying to learn about Sundarsi and what we can or can’t do, this kingdom is never going to be yours. Stop dreaming about conquering us like you did your neighbours, Your Majesty, it’s futile.”
Aarya turned to leave, but stopped at his words. “Even if I say I’ll make you my Queen? And in Mahishmati you wouldn’t be a queen, you’d be an Empress.” Bhalla noticed the torches and lights flickering in the corridor as he approached her, Aarya’s back still to him. “You’d live a life so royal none of this could compare, I promise you that. Sundarsi could never offer you what I can give you.”
Aarya turned back to him, the blizzard stone in her necklace glowing dangerously as she glared at him. “I thought you were trying to test my patience when you called me by my name today, but it turns out you’re an actual fool. My loyalty lies with my people and their prosperity, not with power and luxury like you. So go propose this idea to some little girl who’s naive enough to listen.”
Bhalla laughed as Aarya stormed off, her saree vanishing from his sight as his words echoed in the corridor. “Let’s see who will win this game, Aarya.”

MUSE AESTHETICS:   STURM UND DRANG  —  LEARNING TO ROCK   Bold what applies to your muse Italicize what applies in certain arcs or verses Repost don’t reblog
Tumblr media
Muse: Danny
wandering somewhere between darkness and light    ᜵   between dream and reality   ᜵   i watch the last light of life fade away   ᜵   time will destroy me so slowly   ᜵   i’ll never again see the light  ᜵   broken for ever and ever   ᜵   never again will the sun rise on this sky   ᜵   my wings of steel, like a dry autumn leaf   ᜵   forces i sought to, control now my friend   ᜵   like the abyssal fires it burns in my eyes   ᜵   now in my mind is but hatred and death   ᜵   it matters no more for my destiny’s set   ᜵   as i lay floating inside of my mind’s corners, it comes to me  ᜵   darkness, it falls when you least would foresee it   ᜵   oh, think again what you think is for real   ᜵   maybe in silence the happiness is   ᜵   took us in our darkest hour, brought us down with it   ᜵   trapped in an eclipse of sense   ᜵   all with freedom in our minds, yet we were its slaves   ᜵   found such peace, still it was a constant war  ᜵   there’s no point, no journey’s end, not going anywhere   ᜵   just found ourselves under the spell   ᜵   all with vengeance in our minds, yet no one there to blame   ᜵   destination there but no roads to take   ᜵   like a child, with no troubles in mind   ᜵   young and wild   ᜵   not a thing that i feared   ᜵   now winter’s here   ᜵   in this darkness i look up and long for my freedom   ᜵   out of the ashes i’m rising anew   ᜵   drowning my sorrow and pain   ᜵   just like the wind and the stars will never die, forever i’ll stay here this way   ᜵   we were one: my shadow, my fear, and me   ᜵   i was done, without a reason to be   ᜵   i broke free from the chains of the past   ᜵   lost in darkness like a shadow   ᜵   always searching for tomorrow yet to come   ᜵   never thought i’d see again   ᜵   see the light shine upon me   ᜵   can’t you see me coming, coming for you, coming there to take you from the light   ᜵   i was haunted   ᜵   now i broke free from the spell   ᜵  it’s your time now to live the nightmare all through    ᜵   can’t you hear me calling, calling for you, baby   ᜵   you better take on to the night   ᜵   i’m the rising son   ᜵   forests wrecked and cut   ᜵   he’s got no home, no lonely hut   ᜵   he’s forced to fly and fly   ᜵   shut your eyes, don’t kill your dreams   ᜵   fly through the clouds above   ᜵   nothing is no longer what it seems    ᜵   turn all your anger to love   ᜵   a lonely wolf was chased down there by people scared and poor   ᜵   he cannot share his life no more   ᜵   fly down, raven, to your friend   ᜵   leave destruction far behind   ᜵   fly and run until the end and finally easy your minds   ᜵   fly away like the raven   ᜵   he was running free across the plains   ᜵   now he’s doomed to die   ᜵  it’s all just one big lie   ᜵   one day in a place without time, without space   ᜵   i can look back and see that i am finally whole   ᜵  dying to undo the moment when all fell apart   ᜵   trying to fade out what’s real, it’s not for a life   ᜵   one brief moment brought agony, black, in my heart   ᜵   no life for me, no way out   ᜵   i’m next in line   ᜵   in this life i’ll never find peace   ᜵   digging my own grave, i’m shot down in flames   ᜵   you were my guardian angel, you saved me all times   ᜵   but angels will fall burning   ᜵   all candles have burnt out   ᜵   there is one way to escape but worse things will await   ᜵   i let him take me   ᜵   eternity will pay my price   ᜵   that’s what i hope but i don’t believe anymore   ᜵   my wounds won’t heal   ᜵   i’ll bleed ‘til the death of my soul   ᜵   sitting here trying to cut off all the things you say   ᜵   don’t wanna listen to you yell   ᜵   all your words are like poison, tainting my very soul   ᜵   trying like crazy to change me, everything i am   ᜵   having a fight with my inner demons   ᜵   i’m better off on my own   ᜵   looking over a million pieces of my once called life   ᜵   shattered in infinity, cut out by own knife   ᜵   the rain is coming, storm clouds are gathering above   ᜵   i know it’s time for me to go   ᜵   i fly away, i am leaving this kingdom of lies   ᜵   through the storm, passing hell, all for my kingdom come   ᜵   all for a life one day   ᜵   if only i could take you with me   ᜵   the past holds you enslaved   ᜵   i have to let go of it or it will tear me apart   ᜵   came to us when darkness had fallen, took us up from where we were crawling, said that we would find what we sought for   ᜵   now we’re trapped in an endless war   ᜵   promises were made out of lies   ᜵   anguish, fear, and dread in our minds   ᜵   we are mortals   ᜵   but you’ll never take our souls away   ᜵   you’ll never take our hearts away   ᜵   sanity was lost into madness   ᜵   blinded by the promise of our hopes   ᜵   we couldn’t see that hell is what we chose   ᜵   destruction you have brought before our eyes will one day be upon your kind   ᜵   do you remember those days of old times?   ᜵   the days were so golden and all shining bright   ᜵   now those days are gone   ᜵   now i’m all alone   ᜵   the sun was so shining but rain came one day   ᜵   the dark came so fast and it’s here to stay   ᜵   now this is my life, in this cold emptiness   ᜵   take me away   ᜵   take me back to when life was liveable   ᜵   i can’t stay in this hell   ᜵   oh, miseria   ᜵   do you remember that day when all died?   ᜵   i’d give my everything just for its change   ᜵   but this is the end   ᜵   i can’t stand all this pain.

Wrote this about a a year or so ago, should I finish it?
He sees all within his path
Past, present, future
Not many have been able to undermine his ability
Realities play in his head like songs, each predictable. Verse, chorus, bridge, end.
He was waiting for the right tune.
There was a song he saw that he could not ignore
The tune could not shake him
He knew that this had to play out, no skipping, no saving for later.
He had to cross paths with the Seeker of Limitless Passion
The seeker would not give up on his quest. His love almost infinite, only relenting to the fact that it could not be returned fully. The seeker was granted many abilities to achieve his goal. The voice of a siren, the eyes of a hawk, the legs of a gazelle, all arranged and aligned to allow him to travel great distances, impress those who may have been worthy, and to find any flaw that would be unacceptable. The seeker knew not of the future like the Ruler did, but knew that his goal would be achieved through faith.
The seeker left the land he called home for his quest was not over. It was a xcx dparadise. Water and fruit was abundant. Riches were at his disposal for the man the seeker last embraced was a King. He reigned over swaths of land filled with gold, silver, and people of many talents. The king was grateful for his bounty and ruled fairly. Thus the flaw came for when his love for his people wained against his love for
the seeker, it caused the king to view his lands and people as possessions and not responsibilities. The seeker knew that the king's love was not limitless for he could forsake his own people for him. In the dead of night, under the three moons that race across the sky like shooting stars, he fled. He was not fearful of the King's wrath for he knew that he would place his heart back unto his people and that vengeance was not a trait of his now former love. He traversed the barren desert that extended for miles and miles trying to escape the heartbreak and move onto his true mate. Then he is suddenly stopped in his tracks. A figure approaches and strikes him with a feeling he has yet to grasp. The seeker could not move, for he knew this figure was important. The ruler was coming into view, and the seeker was drawn into his aura. The ruler stopped feet away from the seeker, his hands clasped together and robes fluttering across the landscape like an apparition, making him seem all the more mystical, intriguing.
The ruler gestured calmy and spoke
"I know who you are and what you need. I come bringing just that" the Ruler said with a reassuring smile.
"Who are you? What brings you to me and makes you this confident that you are what you say you are" the seeker says inquisitively, still frozen
"I am a Ruler, unlike the one you are fleeing now"
The seeker is now even more mystified by this creature that has appeared in front of him. The red robes almost envelope all of his line of sight. He stands in front of him with a confidence that he cannot describe. He does not understand how he knows him, but his instinct tells him to listen more, he is no threat. His skin smooth like silk, almost blending in with the sands surrounding them both. His eyes were like topaz surrounded by onyx, nothing like he had ever seen. The seeker is not easily impressed, yet He wanted to know what this ruler has that the last one didnt.
"What land do you rule? If you are what you say, where are your armies? Surely you come to take the King's most prized possessions, including me." Says the seeker, trying to match the Ruler's confidence.
"I rule destiny, my kingdom is not physical, yet it takes form with every second that passes and comes. I sense your hesitation, and understand your hearts journey. I've come only for you and do not see you as a possession, but as a companion."
"Destiny?" The seeker scoffs.
"Riddles are futile, I see past flowery words and phrases. How do you know I flee my King and what I seek?"
"You are the Seeker of Limitless Passion. Your heart cannot fully love if you cannot find one who loves equally like you. You flee your King as his love was only enough for you and not his people. I'm here first to assure you that you have made the right decision, and second to give you the love you seek." Says the ruler, with a voice that nearly weakens the seeker. The ruler does have a way with words, he doesn't want to give away too much, but just enough to sway the seeker into his understanding.
"Are you a spy? A medium? How do you know this"
"I am the Ruler of Cosmic Vision." He gives in to the seeker
"I have already seen the effect you will have on me and I, you. I have seen all realities with you and know that you will be mine, and I yours. Can I be any clearer?" The ruler says with a smile that's returned by the Seeker.
"I'm not convinced" the seeker says, testing the ruler to see if he can predict his next move
"You plan to test my strengths, ok" the ruler says, and in an instant he is only a breath away from the seeker
The seeker turns to run the opposite direction as he never seen anyone move like this. He no longer feels safe and begins to run. He turns back after 10 strides and the Ruler never leaves where he stood. When he turns back around the Ruler grabs him by his waist, the momentum of his run throwing his lips onto his. At this moment the seeker sees everything. The Ruler of Cosmic Vision has existed since the beginning. There have been many forms of him, his current lasting the longest. The seeker sees a lifetime a second and is so overwhelmed everything goes black. The seeker awakes to a beautiful melody. He remembers everything in an instant and leaps from the bed he lays. His clothes had been changed. He turns and sees a harp taller than 3 men, playing on it's own as if an invisible giant had been playing. The room is bathed in indigo, canary, and rouge, like the new clothes he wears. The fabric felt like the clouds he touched in his first home on the peaks of the greatest ranges in the land. He too much didnt care for the colors, but he felt a strange peace where he was. Reality kicks in.
"I know not where I am or who this man is to keep me like this" the seeker ponders to himself
"There must me truth to him for no man could move like he does, but why me? He could have anyone. What makes my goal so important if he can see all realities and all lifetimes?"
"It is because my destiny cannot avoid yours" says the ruler.
This time he has a piece of fabric that completely encases him, showing every curve and angle of his frame. The same shades of indigo, rouge and canary are splayed across his body. All that is exposed is his face, his hair, and his hands and feet. He had locs that cascaded down to his knees and his eyes were more piercing than ever.
Again checking back into reality the seeker exclaims
"Is this how you show love? Stealing me away like a thief in the night? What is this trickery you do. How do instruments play without hands? What do..." the seeker is cut off by the ruler who again is in front of him without taking a step..
"You wanted to be stolen. You seek limitless passion and I have it for you here in my home. Your heart is destined to belong to me. It's like a song I cannot stop hearing. This melody, is my love for you. I made this to represent what you have, are and will be to me, for you have strummed me long before you could lay one finger on me. This reality, this life, is what you have already asked for and been given, and I cannot avoid this any longer, and neither should you"
The seeker cannot understand.
"I believe what you are now, but why now, if you love me like you say, why allow me to lie with the King? With the Hunter? With the Sorceress?"
"Would you know what you seek had u not been with them? I cannot interfere with what you are meant to experience, only guide you to what you are deserved" the ruler says, arms open showing the seeker the true expanse of his realm.
"Your treasures mean nothing to me for it is the heart that I cherish more than anything else"
"My heart is where you are my love"
The seeker is frozen. What does he mean? He thinks to himself
"The King took you for he knew you would flee him. He poisoned you and knew that the harder you ran, the faster you would perish" says the ruler, with a tear trickling down his face"
"You are not dead, yet you are not alive in the physical realm"
"BLASPHEMY!!!!" The seeker screams. This is becoming a nightmare for him and he does not want to continue with this anymore, and just like that he wakes up.
"My love" whispers the King as the seeker jumps out of the bed startled.
"Have I frightened you? My love dont be afraid, you had a bad dream, come lay with me. I will bring you back to the world you belong to"
The seeker is still startled, thinking to himself it felt so real....
The seeker was distant for most of the day. He sat on the throne with his King while the daily duties were taken care of. The smile that the seeker loved to share with his people was nowhere to be found, and the king was not pleased with this as his heart was attached to his. Whatever the seeker felt, so did he.
"What disturbs you my love? My heartaches when yours does, I cannot allow you to be this way... what can I do to make you feel at ease?"
"I feel that I have overstayed my welcome" the seeker says, completely taking the king from anguish to anger
"Your welcome? You have stayed too long with me? The love of your life?"
"You look too much into what I care, why do you not tend to your people out west? Beyond the river? They need you more than me. Why wait on me like a servant?"
The king is now enraged
"Surely you dont mean this? You question my authority and scold me for making you my companion? For making you king of my heart?"
"No, I know your love for me, but you have forgotten your people in exchange for it and I cannot allow it."
"Who has your heart? For I feel you have given it to someone else! I never hear u speak this until now!"
The king cannot take anymore from his love. The logic the seeker gives is unsatisfactory and he feels his heart breaking, slowly turning cold. His jealousy rarely shows its face but he can only come to this conclusion based on his past loves and does not know how else to react. He has the seeker taken back to their room and locked away until he understands that he is his and his alone.
The seeker never wanted to end it like this. He knows that some men cannot be confronted with their flaws for they only fight back in an uglier way. Now he, too is heartbroken.
"Was it all really a dream? I don't understand it, any of it, will I ever find what I seek? How long will I be in this room? How could I escape?"
The king suddenly opens the door, carrying a large flask of the seeker's favorite wine.
"I've come to beg forgiveness my love. I do not know where your heart is, but I know mine is in your ownership, and I cannot allow you to return it"
The seeker feels slight relief, then the dream comes back to him
"I accept your apology my love, but my soul has been through a great deal today. Just lay with me, all is forgiven"
The king hesitates "Are u sure my love? My token of gratitude will go to waste if we just lay with it full"
"Yes my King, I have no appetite for wine" The king relents and they lay together, yet the seeker never closes his eyes.....

Winx Club Season 2 Thoughts (4kids) Part 1
I already posted some thoughts on season 2 last year when I legit just clicked through he episodes rather than actually rewatching them so I am back to give a more in-depth look on this season! (And, hopefully, it won’t end with disappointment for me.)
2x01:
- Eww, why voiceover? It just seems so unnatural since we’ve never had it before. Not to mention that Bloom told us what each of the other girls has done during the summer but she didn’t tell us anything about herself. Like, she set out to find out more about her origins back in the first half of season 1, and I know that she did learn about being the princess of Domino but she still has no fucking idea who her parents are as individuals apart from them being the rulers of Domino. Considering how big of a plot that is later on, it just doesn’t sit right with me that she doesn’t seem remotely interested in it currently and didn’t mention anything about it. It’s like that plotline is closed for her which we all know is not true. So I am having some issues here, not gonna lie (not with Bloom but with her inconsistent writing).
- Aww, am I the only one who thinks that Stella buried herself in fashion rules all summer because she didn’t want to think about her parents’ divorce? Poor baby has been going so hard with no rest to keep herself from grieving over it. But at least she did something! (Proving she’s not lazy and spoiled; she practically had a job. Her dream job. You go get it, girl! (but also take care of your mental state, please.))
- Why is Bloom so eager to learn her fortune? Has she not read Greek Mythology? Bad idea, hon. Bad idea. (The thing with the magical reality mirrors was cool, though!)
- (Is that a new secret library or is it the regular library? I’m confused. Does anybody have a handy layout of Alfea for me?)
- She just fucking told her everything! I’m not a fan of knowing your future tbh. It really messes with your head and you start thinking “Will my actions have a negative impact on it? Will I somehow change my own destiny for the worse?” and then you go and do exactly that. Not to mention that it would be so weird to stare at Layla and just feel the pressure of being told that you’ll be best friends. Like, what if it doesn’t work? And what if it is just the fact that you were told so that pushes you to seek the friendship of that person? I don’t know. It’s just not my thing.
- Layla is awesome, though! Climbing those rocks with no equipment, not to mention with so little power left. She probably couldn’t even transform and fly if she fell. That was dangerous but did she care? Nope. She was there to save the pixies! Brave little soldier. Too good, too pure for this world.
- Ugh, Darkar managed to annoy me with his very first sentence ever. Nice job. You are a loser, loser. So deal with it! God, how will I take all that narcissism for 25 more episodes? Oh god, oh no, please, no! Whyyyyyyyy?
- Ugh, Bloom, that diadem is doing the opposite of wonders for your hair, please! At least Stella had the common sense to remove it.
- Speaking of Stella, that moment with the multiplying beauty was so cute! I love how she complimented the others while complimenting herself! But guys (Stella & Bloom), you’re not discreet with the groping. Seriously.
- Oh, hey! Riven won! And Sky only came in third! Nice! But lbr here, Timmy is the real victor! The others came in on hoverbikes while he had an entire ship that he modified himself. I mean, idk about anyone else, but I would definitely go for the ship.
- Of course there’s Diaspro drama. God, can they not for literally five seconds? And also, “we’re just friends”? Wtf? Did you fall on your head this summer, Bloom? You were calling him your boyfriend last time I checked. And you were fawning over the romance in your future. Can you just drop the pretense already?
- Ooh, Layla is so smart! She managed to outsmart all the monsters and win even when she barely had any magic left! You go, you absolute badass!
- Did they even make any changes on that new wing at Alfea? I mean, besides the name.
2x02:
- How did Tecna know that Layla was the princess of Andros? Did she hack the interdimensional FBI system? Wtf.
- They could’ve showed some other things we hadn’t seen that Layla had to go through but, of course, why would they do that when they could just use the same footage and draw less animation, bruh?
- And we’re getting to the opposites. Right on schedule when the Shadow Phoenix has shown up. You gotta love how convenient those school lessons are (not to mention that Bloom suddenly started feeling her opposite out of nowhere. Nice!) At least we got a cool magical lesson. Though, idk how to feel about the ying-yang symbol. I mean, it is a perfect representation of what they’re talking about but kind of weird to see something so earthly in Alfea. Though, Earth did have magic so... Hmm. Okay, anyway. Moving on.
- Um, question, why do Stella and Layla not know each other? And in the first season Stella and Musa and Sky didn’t know each other even though they were all royalty (I am still unclear on whether Musa is a princess or not btw but anyway). Don’t they, like, have royal meetings with other kingdoms? (which they even did in season 5 when Domino was back. What, is Domino the center of the universe and they can’t function without it? I mean, come on!)
- The talk about love is getting on my nerves and I literally have “love” in my url and it is my fave word. So what is wrong with that? I do love that guard there. Heck, yeah, it’s a prison (it’s worse than that tbh). And the fact that they’re trying to make it out not to be is extremely fucked up and sickening if you ask me. Not to mention “You can force people to be happy. It just takes time.” I really hope whoever had the idea of that place (in-verse) is going to hell.
- They legit just kept recapping season 1 for a solid minute? Aaaaaaaand... SKIP.
- Can I say that a 30-page report is an actual living nightmare. Thanks.
- The girls are all friendly with Layla (well, outside of a slip-up or two). That’s cute. But where the hell is Tecna? Can the animators only animate five Winx girls at a time? What the hell, you guys?
- So the Pixie village is on Andros (if Layla found it accidentally. I don’t imagine she realm-hopped at will)? Why don’t I remember any of that? But hey, finally some flashbacks that we haven’t seen before!
- Oh, look! My guy Kerborg is here! (the only good part of this whole Darkar thing tbh)
- The Trix finally thought of trying to pretend to be happy in order to get out of there. Well, better late than never. Though, watching how it’s going I can understand why they didn’t try before that. It is, in fact, hopeless. (But at least Darcy is handling it! She always was a bit more controlled.)
- I am so majorly creeped out by Darkar. He just met them and he’s like “You belong to me! Mwahahahaha.” Ummmm? Can you calm down? But I loved Icy’s response. Though, it didn’t stick. And he’s at it again. Seriously, this is really giving me some major off vibes. He said they were going to be the queens of Shadowhaunt which, considering he’s the king, would imply they were his wives. Now there’s a mental image that I am not even going to let inside my head, thanks. Although, having in mind that he just kept buttering them up, I would say it was just him stroking their egos to get them to join him. Not to mention that his later treatment of them supports that theory. And of course, he had to test them first and see how they’d do.
2x03:
- Please, tell me that they’ll tell someone about the Pixies and won’t just go to Shadowhaunt on their own initiative.
- O!M!G! They actually told Faragonda! I can’t believe this! Finally doing something smart, I can’t! And of course she wasn’t going to just let them go. Though, did she really think they weren’t going to want to take the test?
- Shouldn’t Stella be weakened by the darkness of Shadowhaunt? I kinda wish she’d stayed at Alfea if that would’ve spared us from the arc that is coming. (Why?)
- Okay, but it was kind of rude of Layla to just overtake Riven’s hoverbike like that. I wouldn’t appreciate it if I had to give someone a ride and they shoved me out of the driver’s seat and occupied my car, thank you. I’m surprised Riven agreed to let her drive.
- I don’t really have much to say about this episode tbh.
- It was cute that Stella jumped off the cliff for Brandon but it was not the smartest course of action. It probably would’ve been easier for him to save himself if he was alone and they may not have ended up being brought to Amentia. God, I hate this. I don’t want to be bitching about this every other sentence so just know that I absolutely despise this arc from the very bottom of my heart and that will never change.
2x04:
- They have no powers and Darkar knows they’re there. Sounds like a great situation, doesn’t it?
- That amazing moment when you either have to marry a person you’ve just met or watch the one you love die and then be forced to get married anyway. You gotta love that! I hate this so much! (And this is different from my previous point. Or at least has a different angle.)
- Wow, Riven is absolutely handling being a boyfriend. Somebody get him a manual, the man is failing spectacularly.
- I am not quite a fan of Flora’s “Must be nice to have a shoulder to cry on”. Like, you have your friends???? No, I get that she wants a boyfriend, nothing wrong with that, but it came out like she has nobody. Which is absolutely not true.
- What a lucky save that Stella just arrived when they were about to become toast. Can anyone tell me why she didn’t just teleport them where the Pixies are? Or anywhere closer to them if she could do that all along?
- Am I distracted or is there nothing to talk about in these episodes? (Both. It is both.)
2x05:
- Seriously, why didn’t they at least mention the option to teleport using that gadget from the beginning?
- Aww, Brandon was trying to be noble and get out of the marriage but it backfired. Poor him.
- Why are the Pixies bickering like that? Is it Shadowhaunt’s influence or just the fact that they’d been imprisoned together for so long?
- Wait, did they just... kill a pixie? (Off screen of course, but still. Damn!)
- So Bloom and Stella did... interestingly with the boarding.
- Why is Stella afraid of heights? Also, that’s never been mentioned before. Especially not when she jumped off a fucking cliff! Wtf. They just keep throwing in new stuff without setting it up properly and I am getting annoyed.
- What happened to Tecna’s computer?
- Oh, look! Chatta lied to Darkar to protect Pixie Village.
- It’s the Trix! Finally some action! And they are harder to defeat now that they’re stronger! Nice!
- Damn! Layla was really determined to get the Pixies out of there. (Which wouldn’t have helped if Darkar hadn’t let her but she still gets points for trying.)
- Oh come on! Do I really have to deal with fake Avalon so early in the season?!?!?! Dammit! Also, wtf is up with Bloom and Stella? Like, you both have boyfriends. At least Layla’s not affected.
- “Stella returned a compliment. What is that about?” XDDD One of the funniest lines ever! And look at Amore! She is so cute!
2x06:
- But yeah, seriously, just go get Brandon, please! (Also, good that they noticed something’s fishy.)
- Aww, Stella is absolutely furious and determined to get her boyfriend back. She should’ve gone for a plan tbh since it could’ve helped them get to the palace faster.
- I love how Stella’s known Layla for a week (half of which Layla was unconscious) tops and is already making her her bridesmaid. Am I the only one who finds this weird? Like, this friendship train is moving way too fast for my trust issues.
- Poor Brandon. She’s going to stretch him, wtf? These episodes are a horror show.
- How bad can a guard worm be? Hm, gee, I don’t know, Layla. Enough to stop you perhaps since it is a “guard”, y’know.
- And Brandon is talking to a parrot now. I am losing it just like he is. How much longer will this torture go on? Please, tell me this arc is coming to an end.
- Okay, so the plotline with Amore’s magic is less problematic than I remember it. I thought she was going to make Amentia fall in love with the flower pollen but it only leads you to your soulmate. That isn’t problematic, actually. Nice!
- Wtf do you mean they’re going to eat Brandon if he’s not a good husband?!?!?! I am getting nightmares over here. Just feeling them forming in my head. Thanks.
- It must be horrible for Stella to be standing there and watching her boyfriend being forced to marry another woman. How are these people not psychologically scarred anyway?
- Aww, they’re back together! I love how Amore is just sitting in Stella’s lap! It’s cute.
2x07:
- I was not ready for the Kiko angst even though I knew it was coming.
- Faragonda really thought she could just dodge that question without them noticing, huh? Yeah, well, no.
- Oh, look! The Shadow Fire is sentient. This reminds me of LotR tbh but anyway, moving on. So Darkar is a man who is possessed by the Shadow Fire? I so did not remember that.
- Oh, no! Is it really time for Avalon already? Dammit! I was just getting thrilled there was no Darkar in these last two episodes and now I get Avalon. Uggggh.
- I get Bloom’s annoyance with this but why does she keep blasting it when that obviously doesn’t give results?!?!?! This reminds me of that quote by Einstein that madness is doing the same thing and expecting different results. “I feel tired.” You think? You’ve been out there blasting that thing for hours. Get inside and get warmed up, oh my god! Seriously, how are they even alive? They don’t take care of themselves at all.
- This might be my more advanced knowledge of what the future holds for them speaking but I absolutely do not get what is Avalon’s appeal.
- Oh, how convenient. He’s teaching magic connected to their origins. Amazing.
- “I don’t want to seem obsessive” *proceeds to spy on girlfriend* At least the show is framing it well.
2x08:
- Ugh, I really hate these Bloom and Avalon scenes. They just leave a bad taste in my mouth.
- Ugh, I’m gagging at Bloom’s obsession with Avalon. I get he promised to help her learn about her origins but she’s downright lovesick. I am so with Sky on this and I understand his frustration.
- Aww, Brandon immediately revealed his own nickname to help Stella calm down. That was so cute! I love them!
- I love how the fairies are always invited, of course, but the witches are only invited because they helped. I mean, yeah, they do cause trouble, but like, they’re witches? I think the show should have done a better job at specifying what exactly being a witch is because currently it’s like “hey, they’re evil but they can legally learn how to be evil in the legitimate school for witches!” How does that make any sense?
- Ewww, seriously? On the one front I have Bloom and Avalon and on the other Icy and Darkar. What is wrong with this season?
- Oh, hey! It’s Helia! Now only if we didn’t have to wait half a season for Flora to confess her feelings, that would be great! I love how she got mad at Stella for introducing herself to Helia. Don’t just glare there, Flora. Do something about it! (About Helia, I mean.)
- So Saladin is also a dramatic bitch. Good to know. XD But hey, the new Red Fountain looks so much better. Before I started the rewatch, I didn’t even remember the initial vision. I only remembered the one from season 2 onwards.
- Poor Timmy! But what was Tecna’s problem? Like, you dreamed of him. That’s cool. I mean, you like him. What’s the problem? I guess she’s just not used to emotions like that, though.
- “I think it was Darcy” Jeez, really? Why is the fact that she ran away not enough proof that it was Darcy? Why would she run away if she was just a random girl? But I guess it’s a good thing Musa recognized her voice because people can actually do that unlike what movies would have you believe.
- It’s Kerborg time. Nice!
- Oh, yeah, “let’s leave Bloom and Sky in charge here”. Now you trust her. Last time she was there he blamed everything on her but hey, whatever.
- I loved Sky being supportive of Brandon and then the team up with all the rest. And Riven showing a better side of himself. That was really awesome.
- Oh, I think Helia’s got his eye on a certain fairy too! ;)
- But seriously. Literally an entire army of Specialists can’t hold the monster down while Helia did it on his own. With his glove. Wtf?!?!?!?! Though really, why am I expecting anything to make sense at this point.
2x09:
- Okay, but as annoying as Darkar is, he at least knows how to steer the witches to do exactly what he wants.
- Really, Tecna, I think your facts are wrong. You aren’t completely grown up at 16, wtf.
- Who else is completely creeped out by Avalon? He really just gave all of his very female and very young students flowers. And he’s teaching them all individual things (which is just a cover so that his interest in Bloom doesn’t stand out, of course, but still). He knows they are all crushing on him and he’s exploiting that and doing his best to lead them on and reinforce those emotions. That is absolutely disgusting, thank you.
- Seriously, even Faragonda is falling victim to his “charm” (not)? I can’t with this episode anymore and it has just started. And here I thought Darkar would be the problem of this season. How was I so wrong????????
- Oh, he wants them to trust him as much as they trust themselves? How about they throw you off a cliff instead? Oh, wait, that won’t work because he has wings. Crush him with a boulder then? (This is getting very anti Avalon and I am so sorry for all the negativity but I don’t think I can stress enough how much this is upsetting and angering me.)
- Why do I feel like Avalon is the one who planted the book there so that Tecna could do all of that and embarrass herself so that she wouldn’t try it again and he could proceed with his real plans?
- Well, we finally got Bloom’s parents’ names and a very unclear peek at them. Though, props for having their designs figured out from the beginning, though I guess that is just thanks to the comics.
- Oh, hey! Palladium is back. (Why is no one crushing on him? He is so much better and more handsome than Avalon tbh.) Glow up time, bitches. XD
- Amaryl is being Amaryl, of course. But Palladium is having none of it anymore. And he saved Stella. Nice!
- The others trust Tecna, that’s great!
- (Honestly, Griffin is the only thing saving me from losing my mind in this episode tbh, Also the fact that she believes Tecna and that Tecna was suspicious enough to dig in the first place. At least someone hasn’t lost their common sense.)
- Oh, hey, how did Bloom get that medallion? Did she pull it out of the past? Pls, tell me that’s not what happened. It can legit mess the entire timeline.
- Wait, didn’t they start chasing him before midnight? Why is it suddenly morning? Wtf? You can’t tell me they chased him all night. Why is everything so wrong?
- Poor Wizgiz! Another invention is destroyed. I feel his pain.
- At least all parts of the episode came together nicely. The writing was actually good but I absolutely hate this episode, thanks! I still appreciate the effort with the script, though.
2x10:
- Seriously, why did Bloom instantly decide that Diaspro was involved in this? Ugh. Both she and Sky need to calm down with the jealousy.
- Omg, Griselda is so savage, I can’t! Her magic is so awesome. (Since when is Stella up for cooking? Or was it just because she wanted to see the cute guy that would teach them cooking? Ah, and she’s tired of take out.) I really loved how she used different methods to deal with the different powers of the fairies. Finally we’re getting all the magical lessons and it is absolutely glorious.
- (Btw, seeing Stella openly critique classes schedule makes it clear to me why she’s always been my favorite. That is such a me thing to do. I still can’t understand how teachers liked me since I was always arguing with them.)
- Of course. Sky wants to talk and Bloom immediately decided he wanted to break up with her. Why don’t you hear him out first maybe? (Sidenote: Stella and Brandon went on a date with unicorns? That is really cute!)
- Brandon is in his role of the wingman again. Considering he’s the only one having a steady girlfriend (and they’ve said “I love you” already), the rest should just listen to him.
- Mayhem globe? That’s really cool actually.
- Helia is here. Nice!
- Poor Stormy. She looked really hurt. I thought Darcy was the one with the illusions and riddles. Why did she get it wrong and why was Icy the one to solve it (through a detail that not only has never been shown but has been pretty much disproven by what we’ve seen)?
- Yeah. Tecna and Timmy were also knocked out, Bloom. Just in case you care about that.
- Kindness spell? And non-agression spell? That’s kinda cool actually. But problematic... again.
- I am not quite sure what Bloom did but I am actually glad to see they went with a hug there (and it was cute). But how many times are they going to become a boyfriend and a girlfriend? I thought we were over this.
2x11:
- Brandon is at it again. A true specialist... in dating tips. XD
- Wow, Flora. Nice Helia spell you got there. (Btw I am so loving that we get to see them in different classes and learning things! Yes, this is what I’m here for!) But Layla was so ready to help! And I also love that Flora went to Layla instead of anyone else. It’s really cute that they got so close so fast. (”He’s crazy if he doesn’t like you.” Perhaps Layla is the one who likes Flora. XD)
- Shoulda listened to Brandon, Timmy. (But Tecna so boldly went for the “us”. You go, girl!)
- Idk but to me “The Archaic Spells of Spheria” doesn’t sound any good tbh.
- Of course Stella is all about the romantic movies. But poor pixies. They had to imprison them to save them.
- Why did all of the boys know about the Codex in the previous ep but the girls have no clue about it? Why is Faragonda keeping it from them if everyone at Red Fountain knows about it?
- What was Faragonda doing? And why did she make Bloom look for the spell? Couldn’t she do that herself? (Also, she just threw the book like that on the floor. I get why it prompted her derision but damn, really?)
2x12:
- Flora and Helia are such romantic dorks. And they’re bringing their A game there. Poems and flowers... A beautiful romance blooms. (I’ll stop now.)
- This convergence talk is giving me all the friendship feels. Not just for Winx but also for Faragonda and Griffin since they have been spotted doing convergence too. Ugh, my heart!
- Wow, Riven sure has a lot of pictures of Musa, considering the way he’s acting.
- “Kind of involved”? Mhm, sure.
- So I understand Musa’s frustration with Stella’s meddling but on the other hand I can see Stella’s point. I love Musa x Riven but Riven doesn’t seem exactly present and Musa herself stated that she’s not really sure what the status of their relationship is so...
- Okay, but there is no way in hell that it is Darcy’s birthday. It is fall currently and Darcy’s birthday is May 5 according to Wiki. So yeah, no.
- I am getting a bit sidetracked again but can we talk about the fact that Bloom and Stella couldn’t do convergence after a simple disagreement even though they’re together like 24/7 while Griffin and Faragonda managed to do it seamlessly at the end of season 1 after not speaking to each other for years and kind of getting into a fight the last time they spoke at the Day of the Royals. Friendship goals (well, besides the silent treatment.)
- Okay but I think it wasn’t right to blame Stella. She didn’t say anything that was inherently offensive. She suggested that they try to get closer. That isn’t bad even if it upsets someone indirectly. There was no need to blame her. They should’ve just focused on making Layla feel better.
- Why do I feel like none of them really had friends before they found each other? But hey, they are this big found family now and that is awesome! (I am getting all the feels again.)
- And Darcy is messing up the magical reality chamber again. Didn’t we do that already? Also, why didn’t they try to... idk, take precautions and put better security on it considering how dangerous it can be? Like, those are simple things. Please, be responsible.
- Better not play Truth or Dare with Stella. Unless you wanna be kissing ogres. XD
- That was a good save Layla pulled off there. Also, I love how the girls are mad at the “technical” issues. Tbh they are right to. How many times are they gonna get stuck in the wrong world when sent into the magical reality chamber? Like, get your shit together teachers. Also, why don’t they simply do a test run before they get anyone inside it? You’d think they’d learn their lesson.
- Damn, they can be deleted if the program is turned off? Why didn’t Darcy just have Jarred unplug it then? Winx are erased forever. Boom, problem solved. For the Trix, I mean.
- Aww, the pixies were ready to go in. That was cute.
- I LOVED that convergence! It was such a cool idea to have them make a figure. Also, they just created life. Damn! I am impressed.
2x13:
- Poor Layla. She has all those nightmares. But at least Piff helps! That’s really cute.
- I see Flora still hasn’t solved the Helia problem yet.
- They just ditched school to go to a club. What chaotic dumbass energy, I can’t.
- Aww, Layla is sharing about her harsh childhood. At least she has friends she can talk to now. But damn the difference between Andros and Solaria is very striking in scenes like that.
- Layla totally nailed that improv. Nice, you go, girl!
- I love the difference between Griselda and Faragonda! XD
- I loved that convo between Bloom and Vanessa! Yes, thank you for that. I am a little confused as to when Bloom learned Daphne was her sister. Did I miss something or did the writers miss something? But aww, Vanessa can’t see Locket. That’s making me sad. :(
- They did go to the club, though, huh? Nice one, you guys.
- How will Faragonda learn if they use magic on humans but not otherwise? That doesn’t sound very logical to me. (Speaking of logic, where is Tecna? They didn’t show her in this ep.)
- Oh, no! Poor Layla. But damn, she’s powerful. And the others are there to help her. (The pixies can cause so much trouble considering how small they are.)
- I love how Faragonda and Griselda just showed up to get them. It was cute. Though, now they’re being punished. Well, technically, Bloom didn’t break any rules because she had permission to leave but I guess she’s also in this because she shouldn’t have taken the others with her. (Cheeky to welcome Faragonda and Griselda to Earth.) At least Faragonda managed to get them the permission for music back from Griselda. XD
- Aww, babies! They are so tired from cleaning the whole school, they fell asleep. And the pixies helped, too.
- I’m not sure how Flora got that Helia is “the one” from talking to him for half a minute, but damn, wanna share those powers with the rest of us so that we can know immediately when we’ve met the one as well? (It was so cute to see Flora lean on Layla to sleep with her. And Piff, too. If she weren’t just talking about Helia, they would’ve been like a picture perfect family.)
This got very long so I decided to split the post for this season in parts. Part 2.

Instead, focus on who you are in Christ and declare your victory through His name.
In Acts 16:24, we see Paul and Silas in the after-throws of their battle with Python, bound by their hands and feet in prison. The Passion Translation says they were "undaunted". They began to sing and it was their songs of worship that captivated an entire jail of prisoners. In verse 26, it tells us: "Suddenly, a great earthquake shook the foundations of the prison.

Ivana seemed surprised at the compliment, but she offered a smile anyway. "I... Thank you, Kairi. I must say the same for you. Your own name is very lovely." She says.
She seemed to feel a newfound sense of calm and trust around this child. Ivana had always been so... Alert and too aware of her own surroundings, she never really let herself relax for a bit. Kairi seemed to have a friendly, comfoting effect to her.
I bet she's friends with a lot of people..., Ivana thought for a moment. How she wished she could be so bold.
evxrgrcwing‌:
“… Ivana.”
Ivana didn’t introduce herself to many people, let alone a child. She had always been on her own, almost distant from everyone else. Sure, she talked with people… But only in passing.
She knew seemingly almost everyone in town, but she never really had a friend of any sort. Not that it really mattered to her.
However… Maybe this was a sort of start on that?
Tumblr media
Kairi’s smile grew once she learned the older girl’s name. Ivana… what a pretty name. She even made sure to say as such to her new friend. “Your name is suuuper pretty, Ivana! One of the prettiest names I’ve ever heard.”
She’s never made a friend that was so much older than her but the tiny redhead wasn’t going to let that stop her. Besides, so far Ivana was much kinder than the other big kids who would reject playing any “baby” games with her. Hide and seek is a very serious game, thank you very much.

Deuteronomy 32:28-52, Luke 12:35-59, Psalms 78:56-64, Proverbs 12:24
Today is the 8th day of April, welcome to the Daily Audio Bible I’m Brian it's great to be here with you today as we continue our journey through holy week. We move toward…we…we move toward this weekend, which is I was is one of the most important days in the…in the history of the world, Easter and today is the day of Passover. So, we just observe that, mark that as we continue our journey forward through this week, through this month and through this year. And turning to the Scriptures we pick up where we left off yesterday no matter what's going on and that's…that leads us back into the book of Deuteronomy and I believe we’ll be concluding the book of Deuteronomy on Good Friday this year. So, let's get to that. We’re reading from the Christian Standard Bible this week. Deuteronomy chapter 32 verse 28 through 52. And by way of reminder we’re in the middle of a big song that Moses is teaching the people.
Commentary:
Okay. So, some of the most important advice about how we are supposed to live our lives right now right here is…well…comes from the lips of Jesus through the gospel of Luke today. So, Jesus says, “you are to be like people waiting for their master to return from the wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks, they can open the door for him at once. Blessed will be those servants the master finds alerts when he comes.” Okay. So, who is the one who is alert, right, the one who is awake with their eyes open to see, eyes to see because there awake and not asleep? And a lot of the time when we read a passage like this we think in terms of like cosmic destiny, like return of the Lord. We should be ready at any time for Him to split the eastern sky and come riding on a white horse and the end of all things and the beginning of new things and all of this…this is what we're thinking. We should be ready for this at any time. But is this the only time the Lord comes? How often are we raising our hands in worship and moving back and forth on Sunday and asking for more of His presence and for us to be able to see what we need to see because we have generally become unaware that we can never escape His presence and all we can do is become aware of it, it's always with us. I mean we’re always needing to go into His presence but what…what about went on about when He comes for us as a Father, as a friend, as a counselor, as a comforter? What about when He comes for us? Are we even paying attention? Do we at all have eyes to see? Are we alert at all? And isn't this central to what Jesus has been saying all along? “Wake up, open your eyes, open your ears. Something is happening among you now. Don't miss this. Don't sleep through this.” Jesus goes on to tell us, “blessed is the servant, whom the master finds doing his job when he comes.” And then listen to this, “truly I tell you”, which is Jesus saying, “I'm telling you the truth”, “He, God will put Him in charge of all His possessions.” In other words, if we are awake, if we have eyes to see, if we are looking for the movements of God and His kingdom in this world and we are able to see those things and we are awake and we are aware we are collaborating and we are participating then we will fully begin to realize we lack nothing. The God of all things is entrusting His possessions to us. That’s pretty huge. Then Jesus says some…some other things that are pretty huge. “I came to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already set ablaze, but I have a baptism to undergo.” And He's referring exactly to what we’re going through as we go through this holy week. He says, “how it consumes me until it is finished. Do you think I came here to bring peace on the earth? No. I tell you, but rather division.” So, how does this work because we see Him as baby Jesus, the Prince of peace? How can He be saying these things? What does this mean? As we've learned, if we have eyes to see and ears to hear, then we can see the repercussions of the light coming into the darkness and the darkness first, not comprehending it then rejecting it, then trying to destroy it. Jesus then becomes this living metaphor for our struggle forward to wake up, to be aware of what's going on, to be light in the darkness and stand as a witness against the darkness exposing the darkness, knowing that the darkness is going to try to stamp out the light. But if lights keep flickering, if lights keep going on all over the world then at some point the light overcomes the darkness. And Jesus is telling us to be awake, alert, ready because the light is going to bring fire on the earth. And the funny thing is, these are the kinds of things we also pray for. We sing about them. “Send your holy fire upon us.” It's just going to consume everything that is in the darkness, including everything that is false within us. This is what we’re asking God to do and He’s saying “I’m doing it and I'm going to continue to do it” but we just so rarely embrace it. We run for comfort. We run into hiding. We want to go back to sleep. But Jesus comments on that. He's like basically, “you can…you can tell when rains coming. You can tell when it’s gonna be hot. You know how to read those signs, but you can't see the sign of the present time all around you. You just keep looking for somebody to tell you what time it is. Wake up.” And then He goes on to talk about a judge, like “if you’re…if you’re gonna go with somebody that is your adversary before a judge, own it, fix it, don't…like fix it before you go before the judge. Like, own this. Be awake. Stop waiting for everybody to do everything for you or to get into a position where a decision is made for you that is not the one that you are after, but now there's nothing you can do about it.” And fundamentally what Jesus is telling us in today's reading is, “own it. This is your life. It is a gift, wake up. It's not happening to you. You're happening to it. The darkness cannot…no matter how it rages against you…cannot come against you as long as you are in the light. Don't let the light go out.” In another passage, Jesus said, “you are the light of the world.” Own that, be responsible for that, be awake and alert. And I can't think of anything more poignant for a day like today as we move through Passover and Maundy Thursday and Good Friday and Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday as we move toward the end of this season of Lent where we’re sitting with the cost of our sin and what it took to set us free for Jesus then to be telling us, “own this, live into this, be awake, be alert, have eyes to see.” There’s nothing more poignant for us.
Prayer:
Father, we invite Your Holy Spirit into that. We've been asking over and over for eyes to see and ears to hear, and we thank You for the way that You are waking us up. But what we see in the Gospels is that light is a disrupting agent to the darkness. It shakes things up no matter what. And although people are drawn to the light, the light exposes the darkness and normally we slink back into the darkness because everybody else is hiding too. And, so, come Holy Spirit as we move through these days, these days that have so significant of an impact on our hearts because of the things that we’re commemorating and observing. We invite Your Holy Spirit to shake us fully awake and let us own our lives before You knowing that You are not withholding anything from us, but we are withholding plenty and that…those things that we are withholding from You are the things that are the chains that, they’re things that are enslaving us when we are free. So, come Holy Spirit shine the light of truth within us, into all of the dank corners and the deep basements of our lives. Bring Your light. We trust You. Awaken us we pray. In Jesus name we ask. Amen.

Community Prayer and Praise:
Hello DAB family this is your brother __ calling from Nairobi Kenya just to say thank you so much for your prayers. I’m a long-time listener and for a while was busy with my activities. I’ve been traveling and yeah, I was not listening for a while but now I’m back. I thank God for the DAB family and for the prayers and for this community that it’s not affected by this coronavirus at this physical time that the community of DAB is more efficient because it’s been working online all this time, all these years __  community. We thank God for the blessings, we thank God for everything. Thank you so much for your prayers. God bless you.
Hi family this is his little Cherry in Canada and I’ve really been thinking a lot about the Holy Spirit lately. When Jesus left, He promised His disciples that He would send to them the Holy Spirit and He called him the comforter or some translations say advocate, helper, encourager. It’s hard to accurately translate that word because it’s so rich with meaning. But boy, I could use the comforter right about now and maybe you can too. I have been confronted by how shallow my devotion is, by the uncertainty and the fear that has gripped the planet and I’ve been swept up in it. And I just realized that God is giving me an opportunity to get to know in a deeper way the person of the Holy Spirit, the comforter. And I’m not talking about something denominational because some denominations talk a lot about the Holy Spirit, some not as much, but I realize now that the Holy Spirit is at work everywhere. I have been so comforted recently by the Catholic liturgy, which surprised me. But the Holy Spirit has been given to every disciple of Jesus, every believer and I need to know Him in a deeper way. So, Lord that’s my prayer for myself and for all of us, that we would get to know the comforter, the encourager in a way that actually lifts us up, out of fear. Lord, make it real, make it personal and comfort our hearts. I pray in Jesus’ name.
Aloha from Hawaii, I’m Robin first-time caller but I was inspired by Free Indeed from Maryland who encouraged us this week not to ignore calling in if we were prompted by the Holy Spirit. And I actually did feel prompted several weeks ago and started to call but then I didn’t follow through. I am just so touched by many people who share on this format, but I wanted, especially Tammy in Kentucky with the foster son to know that I’m praying for you and also your foster son and your family. Sierra in Florida who I think is a newer believer and you are so excited, and you planned to go to the mission field and then our whole world was changed with this COVID-19. I really believe one day Sierra you will go on the mission field but maybe right now the mission field is taking care of your unbelieving grandfather. And I know that that’s…that’s difficult but I’ll be praying for you. Diana Olive Brown I just love your sweet voice and every time you say “shalom, shalom” I just smile. All of you other faithful and passionate prayer warriors, you’re really an inspiration. I just so love all the various accents and the different styles of prayer. I’m so honored to be a part of this group and join believers around the world as we just plead for God’s mercy and healing upon our world. A personal prayer request is the healing of the dear friend’s chronic back pain. Thank you for that. And Aloha Kaya Koua. God is...
Hello Daily Audio Bible family today is April 4th just got finished listening to today’s broadcast and through the second to last chapter of Sneezing Jesus…Jesus. Anyway. in this…today’s broadcast, Slave of Jesus came on. He encouraged us to share the link to Sneezing Jesus. And I took a leap of faith and I shared it with my brother Danny with no preamble, no explanation just in faith that God will do something with that and will change the heart of my atheist brother like the same way that he changed the heart of Slave of Jesus who was also an atheist at one time. So, hope you join with me in prayer for my professed atheist brother, that he would…that this link would spark something in him that would open his eyes and his ears to the truth. So, as Brian has said just about every day this year, “come holy spirit, gives us eyes to see and ears to hear.” And Lord may You give those eyes to my brother and may You soften his heart to receive what he sees and what he hears and may he be a blessing to You one day Lord and __ in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Hey everybody it’s Lisa the Encourager, just wanted to call in today after hearing the sweet woman that called in about her 13-year-old daughter and her 16-year-old daughter that were suicidal…who had suicidal thoughts. And her 16-year-old daughter was in a very dark, dark place. So, I just want to pray for these two sweet girls and their mom. Dear God I just pray Lord Jesus that Your hand will be upon this mother Lord and You will help her to be able to divinely say the right things to her daughters to get them into a place where they can be connected with the Holy Spirit and I pray…I pray Lord Jesus…I’m begging You God, I’m begging You from the bottom of my heart God to remove what thoughts take them there Lord God. Help them to see You God and help them to know that their loved and needed and their mother wants them to be a part of her life forever and that they are going to have something special, that they’re going to be able to bring to this world. Lord help them to see that, that they are needed and loved and wanted. And You God mostly help them to see You Lord, help them to understand how much You love them and how much You have for them and how much You are gonna bring into their lives. Lord, help them to see the future, help them to see what they can look forward to in this world Lord through You Lord Jesus in Your eyes. Please God change their heart. Please God help them to understand…
This Healing Shattered Fragments. I’m scared to ask for this and it’s just wrong to even ask but as someone who experienced satanic ritual abuse, I am struggling with __ awake until Easter. I’m struggling to believe that healing is even possible from horrendous abuse like this. I’m struggling with the memories that have come with the abuse and the lies and I just need to know that God is still there. and He cares and He sees me and healing is possible. And I can’t…I can’t do this alone. Can’t reveal the secret that Christians are afraid to talk about, I just need someone to pray…

"... Ivana."
Ivana didn't introduce herself to many people, let alone a child. She had always been on her own, almost distant from everyone else. Sure, she talked with people... But only in passing.
She knew seemingly almost everyone in town, but she never really had a friend of any sort. Not that it really mattered to her.
However... Maybe this was a sort of start on that?
{ @luzradiante – continued from here }
Ivana had stayed completely still as the little girl did her work, almost as if she was just a statue. It wasn’t the best, but she wasn’t about to comment on it. Besides… Despite her age, it’s not like she could do any better.
The teen quietly watched as she placed the floral stickers on top of the dried polish. Each flower was different, but she didn’t mind.
“It’s… It’s pretty…” She finally spoke, her voice soft; as if she hadn’t spoken in ages, which wouldn’t be too far off. A faint smile forms on her lips as she stares at the child before her.
“… Thank you.”
