T’was the night before Christmas (just about), and all through the house, not a creature was stirring. Not even a-- Oh. Hold on a second.

Rattle rattle. Finding a gate latch in the dark was more difficult than she’d thought. Sure, she could of just run over and turned a lamp on, or even bothered to illuminate the area with her cellphone. But no; that would just a be a giveaway to her coming back over a week early. So instead she chose to suffer through it, eventually hoisting it open and dragging both herself and case into the foyer.

Why not just go home to her apartment? One problem there. There was no way to get her personal keys back until it was actually a living hour. Ah yes, the wonders of timezones and jet lag. Key reason why she was wide awake at gone four in the morning and practically breaking into a certain apartment tower.

“I’m in!” And left behind on the ground floor were several of her bags and jacket over the top. “Mmmn~ So warm~!” Much better than being stuck outside. “Ah-! Gotta be hush hush~” And thus the blonde would happily skip up the darkened stairs to a higher floor, hands scrabbling at the keypad that blocked her entrance into the common room. “What was the number again... Oh! I know! Open~ Open~”

Fuck. Why had she let Kira talk her into this? Okay. Fine! The lot of them had taken somewhat of a shine to her when she’d been dragged into the drama Sayaka had caused, and they were several kinds of appreciative. Still... Why!?

“Heeeyy!! Unhand me!” Various curses left the elder woman’s mouth as she was dragged by the wrist from the changing room toward the edge of the pool. Surely she could easily yank back and flee to safety, yet.. She far too easily allowed herself to be dragged along by the younger girl.

“Bzzt! Kirarin said you spent most of your time cooped up inside, sooo~ You’re going in the pool Mimi! Right? Koto?” The blonde’s bright eyed gaze instantly flitted between the two other girls in her grasp. What had people honestly expected from Julia when it was brought up they were all going to the pool? For her to just sit there and shrug? Pfft! As if! Her single objective was to make sure everyone had FUN. At least until a certain fiance distracted her from causing havoc. Anyway-

Truthfully Kotori wasn’t too bother being pulled along like this; in a way Julia’s energy reminded her of Honoka back in their highschool days. As long as it was obvious just when the one holding onto her was going to run off she was less likely to fall flat on her face.

“Mmn! It’s nice to get outside every so often~ This is actually a nice change from constantly trying to-- UWEEH!?”

Oh. Oh no. Had that been both Kotori and Miyama she’d heard screaming the second she walked into the pool itself? Three of them had changed fast enough to leave of their own accord.. Maybe it would of been a better idea to keep them behind until everyone had been ready. Too late for that though.

“Um! Minami-san! Sakuraba-san! Are you okay?” Ichiko had crouched down at the pool edge, eying the two that quickly surfaced with concern. “You’re not hurt righ-- HIII!” 

Well shit. There went another one, dragged down into the waters by the mysterious shark- Julia.

“And? What does it matter? They consider me dead like the rest of them from back then now.” Whilst speaking in monotone she stared up at the ceiling. She’d not really been paying too much attention to what was being said, merely muttering the first things that came to mind.

Arm dropped down the side of the couch she was lazing about on, shifting around until fingers wrapped around the neck of an empty wine bottle. One of several at that. “Huh. Guess I’ll have to have to find someone to buy me more later. Gonna suck when I run out of the money I brought with me.” She even shrugged at that thought, rolling onto her side and curling up to embrace the empty bottle to her chest. “Only a matter of time until I rejoin my friends after than happens.” Talk about hitting rock bottom.

❝Happy birthday Juli~❞ Akane exclaimed giving her a surprise hug from behind after popping out of nowhere... from where was a mystery. After a moment or two he gave her waist a small squeeze before letting go. A hand slipped behind his back. ❝Close your eyes real quick~❞ he said and when she did Akane lifted her wrist and slipped a bracelet over it. ❝You can open your eyes now~❞

Julia’s 19th Birthday - September 9th

Since it was quiet, majority off on their own job obligations or classes, a certain individual left behind had taken it upon herself to snack on cake before returning to a little secret project she’d been working on.

Fingers trailed along the metal strings of the guitar she’d been using as an aide, the sound that rumbled out causing the girl to hum in a somewhat displeased way. “Mmnn.. That’s a tone too low.. Maybe..” She’d continued to mumble to herself, so much so she didn’t even notice the shadow creeping up behind her, nor the quiet shuffling that came along with it.

“Hnngyaah–!? Aka–!? Wha–!?” Needless to say, had she not been enveloped in that sudden hug she quite probably would of hit the ceiling. Just by touch she could identify the culprit, instantly settling down and leaning back to glance up at him. “Ehehe~ You surprised me! Weren’t you all out today?” Not that she was going to complain.

Once he let go she took the moment to set down her guitar where it wouldn’t fall over, and incidentally blocking the view of the notebook of scribbles she had set down not too far away.

What she’d not expected was being told to close her eyes. She obliged without question, though that didn’t stop her curious hum and slight rocking on her feet until she felt something slip around her wrist. “Mmn? Surprise?”

Once given the word she turned her sights downward, simultaneously grasping the fingers of her fiance before he could leave her personal bubble. 

“Uwah..” Light catching and causing jewels held by silver to glint quickly held her rapt attention, slowly but surely the rare heartleft smile slipped across her lips. The exact same that only showed up when she felt completely satisfied and content. Rather than throw herself upon Akane in glee, she carefully snuggled her face into his shoulder, arm curling around his back. “It’s beautiful, I love it. I love you. Ehehe~”

4.30 in the morning? Doesn’t care. She hungers for snacks, so outside she will go!

“RAIN!!” Oh no. There she goes. Running right out in it in her pajamas.

“If you get sick don’t expect anyone to take care of you. Own fault. Stupid.” Yeah no. Staying in the doorway is better. Less wet.

“Hey hey! You!” Clattering footsteps behind the woman came to an abrupt stop, instead being replaced the sound of sleeve rustling as the blond tugged on the other girl’s sleeve until she either turned around or glanced over her shoulder. “Are you a model or something? You look really cute!” 

Did she have a reason for this? Not really. This weirdo just followed her own thoughts on a whim, usually ending herself up in trouble in the process.

If looks could kill there’d be a certain person dead five times over. Yes, she was still pouting as they left the movie theater, hands pulling out the last of the broken up popcorn pieces out of the bag to bounce off the boy’s head and into the trashcan. Empty bag soon followed into the same can since she wasn’t one to litter.

“You should tell me now! I didn’t say a word during the whole movie!” Well, besides laughing and occasional humming sounds when she didn’t quite catch what was said in the native tongue. “Do you have any idea how hard that is!? Hey hey! Akabee!”
