How've you been, Cor? Been going out and having fun or been having more lowkey nights after a few weeks of fun?

It's been fun, so far! I wouldn't have it any other way!

It is, time always goes fast when you're planning something -- or anytime you get close to the holidays. I do, it's crazy how busy things are. You have your work and projects, I have two teenagers, a threeanger, school, wedding planning, lists seem never ending, don't they! I mean -- you don't have to come, it's just a way to get all my old best friends and new besties together, but if you're busy, don't worry about it. Since we're not having a traditional wedding party we were thinking the parties were going to be our all out event kind of thing. If you do, that'll be great, if not, that's fine. It's one of the best times of year without a doubt, and the decor is spectacular. Already have the few pieces I managed to sneak home out through the house. Apple picking is such a good time isn't it, and Jason was always good at getting the ones you wanted that were a bit too high up. I did have a good time, we good to take my mind off of a lot of things and just hang out with family, friends, things like that.

That is coming up quick! I've been doing well. Just busy with the usual day-to-day, you know how it is. Uh, yeah, sure! Just send me the information, or I guess have Lucie send it. I will do my best to be there. Creek Fest was a good time! It is every year though. You can't beat good fall treats, live music, all of the arts and crafts. I ended up with some pretty cute decor. Your brother and I went apple picking, which, I hadn't done that in a long time. It was great! All around. Did you have a good time?

"Anything can be a girls night, and why can't the Superbowl be one of them?" She pointed out, she loved football and going out for drinks and an Usher halftime show? While in New Orleans? That was like a dream right now. Especially when she mentioned getting something to eat. "Ugh yes, food. Please." She was already a couple drinks in from sitting with her brother. "I am definitely going to go all greasy foods and the queso cheese fries are calling my name."

"I don't really know if this constitutes a girls night, but beer, good food, good football and an Usher show. Perfect night!" Cori excitedly bounced in her seat, gesturing all around them, as she spoke. If this was the atmosphere that got the pair together, she was happy. "Do you want to grab anything to eat?" she asked, herself having already started on drinks but needing food.

Better than expected, that's always good. Better than dumping hot food down him, I know that one from experience. Don't recommend. Cage and I got into a huge fight, we haven't talked since, but it's fine. It's just.. right now it's about looking for an apartment.

I kind of like when it's easy.. It was fine. Better than expected. Wait, wait, wait.. Better than your love life. What's happened?

Sometimes it's good when things aren't very exciting. Oh? Dinner with Vince? How did that go? What happened there? Apartment hunting is going... I've got some possible choices. It's going better than my love life so you know, at least that's something at this point.

Nothing is going bad, it just hasn't been the most exciting either. Though, I did have dinner with Vince the other night.. How is the apartment hunt going?

Hi doll! I'm having a pretty good night! How about you? Up to your ears in green everything?

Laying low? That never sounds good. Everything okay? I'm good, gearing up for Easter but nothing too big or interesting. Other than looking at apartments.

For the most part, I've been laying low. How about you?

"You do, we'll make some plans soon." While she wouldn't invite her over to her place, she'd definitely make some plans to have them get together and do something together. Whether it was a dinner out or whatever, she was sure they'd manage to figure a plan. "It really is, it's amazing and surreal, to see her becoming this little tiny person with her own little personality. I think she's a little too much like her mama sometimes." she chuckled before turning, "So tell me besides work what's been up with you? Out looking for a little trouble tonight or are you just trying to relax and have a few drinks?"

"I will!" Cori smiled with an eager nod. Her family was known around town due to their business, but it was always nice when friends sent their well wishes to them too. Cori couldn't help but laugh softly at Cordelia's explanation on just how quickly Rosalyn was growing. "I'm going to have to see her sometime soon!" Cori had simply been busy as of late and hadn't had the opportunity to hang out with Cordelia, and with that, hadn't seen Rosalyn in quite a while. "It sounds like it, but it must be amazing seeing her becoming her own little person, is it not?"

There was a laugh that left her lips when Cori mentioned that her daughter was taking after her in personality. "Guess you could say that, she's 100% my mini me, which personally I'm thankful for." It mean she didn't see the man that had fathered her when she looked at her. Not that that would have caused resentment towards the little girl but it did help. "Attitude and all. I probably should already be fearing for myself in the teen years." Though she knew Rosalyn was a good little girl. "I just needed a night out you know, I love time with my little girl but sometimes I think I forget it's normal to still have me time."

Cori nodded, knowing that they would manage to come up with plans by the end of the night. Cori was looking forward to getting to see Cordelia's daughter, as she had only had the chance to see photos of Rosalyn lately. She loved to hear any update on her, being one of the only children in their friend group thus far. "So, she's taking after you in personality?" Cori couldn't help but laugh, interpreting that as the toddler being strong willed and hilarious. "Not much, really," she shrugged, "I'm here for relaxation and drinks but, I definitely wouldn't mind a little trouble."

Really this was already a reminder that she needed to get out and see more of her friends. They were all busy with work, or kids, or both depending and that meant having to put effort into those friendships. Hugging her tightly with a little squeal, "It's just so good to see you." she said shifting to get back on her seat and cross one leg over the other turning to face her more, arm leaning into the bar. "I've been good, busy... pretty much work, raising my little one, you know the drill, doing all the adult things." chuckling as she took a sip of her drink. "What about you, how's things at The Station? How's mom and dad?"

Cori's face lit up when she found Cordelia beside her. Though it had been a while since the pair had hung out, they had been quite close in their teen years. That bond had never really gone away. "The station, the laundromat.." Truthfully, she spent far too much time working. That's where these nights out came into play. Cori leaned over to hug the blonde momentarily. "How have you been?"

Let's say it wasn't my best moment, and got me fired from my old job -- and thankfully Cage didn't sue me or anything. I'm a hot head, and he's one too, I think he understands -- in a way. It's okay, right now, I'm not sure what's in the picture for us, but all I know is that I'm moving forward with a new place. I'm definitely excited to decorate it. Already planning a full out princess room for Rosalyn because she'll be obsessed to finally have her own room.

You know, as bad as Vince and I can fight.. I can't say that I've ever dumped hot food on him.. No matter how much I've wanted to over the years. So, I'll take your word on that. Oof, that's never fun. I'm sorry, love. I hope it passes! Though, I truly hope that the apartment search is going well! A new place is always fun, decorating and all.

Before we officially got back together, yeah, I dumped soup on him. I figure emotions were running high -- it happens? Like you said, we live and learn. I mean I appreciate it! We're working on it, it's like anything, relationships take work. A princess room would fit her so well wouldn't it? Nothing is more princess than a chandelier, and I'd love that, it would make it amazing given your style.

Oh, so that's what had happened.. We all live and learn, right? If it makes you feel any better, it seems that if anyone of our little group can and has made it past those kind of spats, its you two. Yes! She's going to love a princess room! If you would like, I do have some light fixtures and things of the sort that I can give you from last time I switched out my chandeliers. What's more princess than a chandelier, right?

She wasn't sure what had made her want to get out of the house and have a little fun. After getting ahold of her sitter, and paying her double time, having her come over to her apartment she slipped on a comfortable dress and pair of simple black heels, curled her blonde hair, and headed out. Maybe it was after talking with her brother, she wasn't even sure anymore, if she was honest. After slipping inside of Vibrations, she was saddled up to the bar, settling in, people watching always one of her favorite things. Upon hearing the voice she turned, a grin already pulling at her lips, "Well I'm just getting started," Her first drink just half empty, "but I'm doing a gin and tonic with extra twist of lemon." she said, "Look who the world has decided to grace upon me." One of her fellow teammates from when she had been the head cheerleader in high school, she had been one of the best on the team along side Cordelia. "Gosh it's been too long gorgeous, where have you been hiding out?"

Weekends were always Corrine's opportunity to let go of her on-air persona and enjoy an actual night out. It's always a much needed change from her early bedtime during the week. Every weekend's night out was typically a different spot around town, almost in rotation. Tonight, Vibrations. She made her way over to the bar for a drink, opting to make conversation for those in her proximity. "What are we having tonight?" she asked the club goer beside her, before offering up, "next one on me" she nodded between them and the bartender.

"We will have to get together for lunch, we need to catch up on so much." At least she knew she needed her girlfriends back in her life more, she had gotten lost in the work, raising a family, going back to school, a multitude of things. "I'm so glad to hear that, that things are going well. About the same, busy. Very busy." she admitted, "Wedding planning, gearing up for going back to college while getting my realtors license, still making the house home, wrangling kids. And a donkey." she laughed. "But wouldn't have it any other way." she admitted. "It's good to be out here with friends though, I miss these, remember when we were in high school coming out to these and thinking life was just made."

"I know! I've been meaning to try to get together for lunch, after all this," she gestured vaguely at their surroundings. Cori figured that they could solidify plans some time this weekend to have a proper chat up outside of the listening ears of everyone else around them. "I've been doing well, busy as always, but everything is going really well right now," she smiled. "How about you?"

Cordelia laughed, "Of course you do." Cori thrived in these kind of situations and she loved that for her. She had always been one of the most out going girls. "It is a pretty great way to start the trip, isn't it?" Some drinks, the Superbowl, a crazy crowd thriving off of everything. How could you complain about something like that. "You know I'm looking forward to being out tonight, I really needed a girl night, some drinks and what better night then tonight to thrive on the energy?"

"I love it!" she smiled, glancing around the bar wide eyed. Cori thrived in these types of bustling social environments. She settled back into her seat before responding to the question of how she was doing. "Pretty good! This is a perfect way to start a trip, if you ask me, so I'm loving life right now!" Really, there was a lot more to take into consideration, but Cori was excitedly living in the moment during this trip and that was what mattered. "How about you?"

The nights of the summer beach bash were always her favorite. While Cage had set up a wonderful tent, made sure to pack her the most comfy sleeping bag ( that she was sure that Rosalyn would crawl into eventually ) but for now she was tucked in with Colton watching her stacked down with books, his phone, and she was sure his friends were hanging out in there, as long as they weren't waking up the toddler, she didn't really mind. Hearing her name she turned spotting one of her good friends. Heading over to Cori she smiled, "Hi, hun, it's been too long." she said sitting down next to her. "How've you been?"

Cori was curled up on a fold out chair, enjoying the warmth of both the blanket around her and the fire nearby, when she spotted a familiar face. "Cordelia!" she called out over the crowd, hoping to get her friends attention. One arm slipped out from under the blanket as she proceeded to wave her friend over, gesturing to an empty chair near her for the blonde to sit. "Come, sit!"
