the blonde didn't know if she was even really just biased. but there was something about the guy that really sat under her skin and bothered her. she was just annoyed by him. like she would be by a brother, or a cousin, or any other family member. "now?" she asked, a bit dumbfounded by his question. "i don't know what you might have done."

" sorry , i didn't study comebacks in school. i was too busy focusing on real subjects , " he retorted. eric didn't immediately notice the lack of recognition in his sister's eyes. he was fairly used to her pretending to not know him ; so he struggled to immediately note the difference. " what'd i even do to you now , huh ? just exist ? "

"well isn't that adorable. what are you...in middle school with that comeback?" she shook her head, rolling her eyes. she didn't know what it was about the other person, but she just felt like she didn't get along with him fully, even if she didn't quite know him yet.

eric eyed his sister , up and down. wasn't the first time she said as much to his face. " yeah , well , not as nauseous as you make me. " a lame comeback , even he knew ; but it was all he could manage on quick enough thought.
