Davina was really enjoying her 'normal' life in San Francisco with Kol. Just no supernatural stuff that was bound to them or just people using them, mainly Davina in that case. The amount of times she had been used by vampires for that matters, Mikaelon's to be exact. Here she is, married to a Mikaelson who's a vampire. Something the witch didn't thought was possible. One night being on her laptop she came across a website that sold crystals. Yes it is an online shop and yet Davina wanted to see the crystals in person to see if it was legit or good material. Not just the crystals the witchy accessories they other one sold caught her eyes.

Meeting up somewhere natural just in case. The witch needed some new things in her collection and this online shop had more than she had expected it. Spotting a woman sitting on a bench as. the brunette approached her. "Hi, we talked over the phone that I wanted to see the things I am interested in, in person. Thank you for meeting up. Not sure if you do this normally with customers. I do appreciate it." Sticking out her hand to shake the other woman's hand. "I'm Davina. And what I saw on your website, it looks all so good. You make them yourself?" She then asked out of curiosity.

"klaus? you home?" davina calls, collapsing on the couch at the sound of her husband coming into the room. "i need a break from... life. can we go on vacation somewhere very far away?"

it'd been much too long without a word from davina. she was supposed to be home for dinner hours ago and if she were held up somewhere, they would've told him they would be late. but kol had sent a couple texts, called a few times without a reply and set it upon himself to search the city for her. using his vampire speed, he went to the places he would usually find her, the shops she liked and found nothing in the initial search. he'd been ready to give up the search when he smelled the faint remnants of blood nearby the path she'd usually take on their walks home. "davina?" he called as he walked towards it, already knowing what he was going to find but he wouldn't believe it until he was faced with the undeniable truth. turning that corner, kol felt something in him break at the sight before him. the rips into her neck, all too similar to how he'd been forced to kill her years ago. "davina!" despite not hearing a heartbeat, he ran to her, kneeling by her body, holding her head up. he brought his wrist to his mouth to bite into and break skin, moving his wrist to her mouth, willing her to drink even just a drop to no avail. even without the heightened emotions of being a vampire again, kol could feel his anger taking over. the veins around his eyes protrude as he stands momentarily to throw his fist into the brick wall. an unlucky witness walking past is immediately snatched by kol, ripping into the side of his neck to drain the blood from them before letting them drop to the ground. the action not having subsided any of the anguish he felt he searches closes his eyes, searching for the very place he felt the unending pain from. once again the world was trying to pull them apart. not only a few months after they're reunited, they're taken from each other again. it was some cruel joke the universe must be playing on them. he couldn't take it, being ripped apart from her one more time. it didn't take that long to find it, the source of the feelings, of all his feelings. he didn't want them anymore, he didn't want to feel this, he didn't want to feel anything. not a moment later, did a sly smirk play upon his lips as he felt all of it fading away. the ruthless anger, the depthless sadness, the willful love. it was all gone. "now that's much better." he reaches a hand up to wipe at the blood coating his chin.

          Dressed in a long white dress, heels to match, Davina was far too occupied looking at the line-up for the Boy Toy Auction, curious as to who would put themselves through such a display of such depravity? Either way, she supposed it was one of those ‘each to their own’ moments. Though, admittedly, she was thankful that one particular name was not floating amongst the list; that of Mikael. She’d had a tight leash on him in recent months, but over time, it’d grown looser. Davina was just thankful it wasn’t that loose. “You’d think we’re above this by now.” The sale of people, that is. “But, I guess I’ll have to put in a bid either way.” Especially taking note of a few particular names, including Josh and Marcel. “You think it’ll turn into a Chippendales show?” With some of the names there, she wouldn’t be surprised at the overly confident displays.

maybe she should just go to kol for some advice, after all he did have far greater knowledge of spells than probably her and navey put together but she somewhat knew the lecture she would get because there was always that danger of death, after all Davina wouldn’t sacrifice navey. “i know I’ve been distant since the gala.” she spoke, making eye contact with her husband. “i’ve just had a lot on my plate but I’m here and you’ve got me for the whole day.” a small grin forming in the witches lips.

Davina was on her way back home from work, it was actually really refreshing of not living in New Orleans anymore, and just having her own life together with Kol in San Francisco. Just having a normal married life, although what is normal when she's a witch and her husband an original vampire. It's their normal, let's keep it with that. After work she went grocery shopping as they needed some stuff that they didn't had anymore. Once she pulled up on the driveway she parked her car and got ou. Carrying the grocery bags, opening the door and walking inside, closing the door with her foot as she walked to the kitchen to put the bags down. Unpacking the groceries as she was looking around. She didn't see Kol his car outside, so was he home or where could he be.

"Kol?!" Davina then said as she was looking around if there was a note lying around, taking her phone out of her pocket to maybe see if he had texted her. It's probably nothing, they have a good marriage. It was still something she never expected to happen, to fall in love with a Mikaelson. She hated that family, wouldn't do anything for them and now she is a Mikaelson because she married one. Davina wouldn't change it for the world. She will start making dinner soon, first she was taking a shower and putting something more comfortable on. After an hour she was back downstairs and in the kitchen starting to make dinner.

while it was no fun seeing his siblings in the state they were in, kol was most concerned about davina. if he'd found out she had no recollection of him, that might actually be the thing to break him. "hello, darling." kol spoke softly once he caught sight of her.
