Unlike the rest of the school, Ebony had little interest in the Triwizard Tournament. She was a couple of years shy of being able to compete, so it was nothing to her, and she’d be long gone by the time the next tournament rolled around -- if it continued. She wasn’t however, disinterested in the other schools and their students. Durmstrang in particular. Ebony knew they taught the dark arts there, her little morbid fascination, but a language barrier and expense prevented her from considering it as an option when she was enrolled at Hogwarts.                True to her house, however, she wasn’t going to pass up the opportunity to make friends in high places, celebrities or not. Fame didn’t matter much to her.
