when they had originally started seeing one another peter wasn't sure just how far this would go, but naturally, things had progressed and now he couldn't imagine his life without stiles in it. sure, that wasn't something he would often voice to anyone, though he knew the other male knew it. ❝ you know that i can hear you, right? ❞ peter spoke, not looking up from the book he'd been reading, placed on the couch as he could hear the others heartbeat from across the room. ❝ if you want something you can just ask for it, no need to hide. ❞

there wasn't much, if anything that surprised peter anymore - partly, due to his supernatural abilities and being able to sense danger coming. but also because he'd felt as if he had saw most of what the world could throw at him, and they'd always gotten past it. though he did admire stiles' constant trying of surprise. ❝ that depends on what you've brought. ❞ the male spoke, though already he was putting down the paper, pulling the coffee table over as he was patting the spot beside him. ❝ c'mon, show me what you've brought. ❞ he added with small smile, never tiring of having the other around.

the relationship with stiles and peter was definitely surprising, to say the least. no one, not even him, would have guessed that he would have fallen for the evil peter hale. but, he wasn't evil, stiles didn't think so. he felt like the other was very misunderstood, and often times did things to show love that no one would ever see. stiles loved that he had a key to the man's place, and whenever he felt the need to stay, he did so. one of those times was tonight. " sorry. i thought i'd surprise you with some food. dad is working late tonight, and well, i didn't want to be alone. " he whispered, walking in and looking over at peter. " hope that's okay. "
